Complaint: I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH CITIBANL I ASKED WHETHER I AM ENTITLED TO A REFUND. THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED.
1. CITIBANK ADVISED ME BY E STATEMENT WITH WRONG INFORMATION THAT ABOUT MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS. THEY SAID I HAD TO MUCH EXCESSIVE POSITIVE ACCOUNT IN MY CREDIT ACCOUNTS AND CITIBANK WOULD LIKE TO TRANSFER IT TO ME. I REJECTED THE TRANSFER AS I NEVER HAD MADE EXCESSIVE PAYMENTS CAUSING MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT TO BE POSITIVE 2. I SAW IN MY XXXX A MISSCALL ON XX/XX/XXXX AT 22- 23 HOURS FROM CITIBANK INTERNAL INVESTIGATION TEAM WITH NO MESSAGE I RECEIVED AS I ALREADY SLEP.
3. I MADE THREE ENQURIES TO XXXX you have questions about whether you are entitled to a refund, K AS SUGGESTED 4. I RECEIVED THREE MISSCALLS YESTERDAY 5. I CALLED CITIBANK AND ASK IF I AM ENTITLED THEY SAID IT IS BEING PROCESSED. ND OTHER OPERATOR OFFERED THEI SERVICES. I SAID I AM NOT DOING ANYTHING AS INSTRUCTED

Complaint: I called Citi Cards customer service on two separate occasions ( on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ) to dispute and resolve the issue of why my 10 year credit history with their Citi XXXX Card was no longer being reported to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX credit reporting agencies. My Citi XXXX Card was opened on XX/XX/XXXX. This issue has significantly effected my credit score in a negative way. Following my second conversation with Citi Cards customer service department, I faxed and mailed a dispute letter to the Citi Credit Bureau Dispute Team as instructed by the customer service representative. I also mailed and faxed a copy of two XXXX credit reports, and an XXXX credit report to prove that my Citi Card credit history was once reporting to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX credit reporting agencies but it's not now.

Problem with customer service
Complaint: I have been using Citi online banking for my credit card since XX/XX/XXXX. Starting from XX/XX/XXXX I was not able to login to my online banking account any more. So I called Citi customer service on XX/XX/XXXX, hoping to figure out what's happen because I did not change my password.
However the representatives were a nightmare. They kept transferring me to the next representative for 13 times without giving me any resolutions at all. Also my calls have been dropped 3 times. I've been on the phone for 2.5 hours and haven't gotten any useful information from Citi.

Problem with rewards from credit card
Complaint: I have a citi dividend world master card. They offer every quarter different categories of rewards. I registered for rewards from the period beginning XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX which offers a 5 % reward on all purchases from home improvement stores and Home Depot is mentioned specifically on their quarterly calendar. I purchased merchandise from Home Depot on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$320.00} and another purchase from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$230.00} on the same date. According to my calculations I should have received a total of {$27.00} in rewards for these purchases. My closing date on the credit card is around the XX/XX/XXXX of each month. When I checked my rewards balance they only gave me 1 %.
When I called in to customer service at the telephone number listed at the back of the card which is XXXX after being put on hold for a long time and speaking to some outsourced service I was told that I purchased the merchandise from a warehouse which I definitely did not. I mentioned to them that I have the original receipts of both stores and that I walked into an actual and real home improvement store and physically bought the merchandise definitely not from a warehouse or online. The representatives at the card company seemed adamant and refused to listen to my side which I have the receipt with telephone numbers that can easily be verified where I bought the merchandise from. Just to set my mind at ease I then called the two improvement stores and asked to speak to the store managers. They confirmed that they were not registered as warehouses but were registered as home improvement stores.I then called the credit company again to inform them of the information I obtained from the store managers of the two stores.They refused to listen to my side and were adamant on their verson of these being warehouse purchases. I have in my possession all original receipts.

Complaint: I applied for a housing loan and they reported to me that i have a collection letter that i have not paid and causing problem with my application. The lender gave me the number of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and i called them. They person i was talking to could not give me the details of the debt that i supposedly owe them. I looked into XXXX credit score check and found that on XX/XX/2017 I owed {$290.00} and that XXXX company is the collection agency. I called up citibank and talked to many departments and said that i do not have any bank accounts with citibank. So how is it possible that I would owe an amount of {$290.00} from citibank if i didnt have any accounts in the first place? I disputed it with XXXX XXXX but was not sure if they are going to take action on it and its affecting my credit score every single day.

Complaint: I disputed a charge with citi bank for the amount XXXX in XX/XX/2018. The merchant was supposed to fix my card but they NEVER fixed it and did not provided any services to me. So i disputed the charged for the services not provided with Citibank. Till XX/XX/2018 I have received zero communications from CITI bank. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an incomplete irrelevant letter that Citi bank investigated the dispute and according to the merchant 's provided documentation they were closing the dispute in the merchants favor. The funny thing is that Citi bank is telling me to review the merchant 's documentation and if i still wish to dispute this charge, please specifically address the merchant 's response along with the complete details of my dispute but CITI never attached ANY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION FROM MERCHANT THAT THEY HAVE PROVIDED ANY SERVICE TO ME. The letter they sent to me is unprofessional and unreasonable. After receiving this letter i tried to call the dispute department several times but they were never available and responded my calls. I have sent 3 emails to Citi bank billing disputes department but nobody replied to me. It is ridiculous and bad service from Citi bank.
I want CITI bank to finalize the dispute in my favor as the merchant according to Citi bank provided documentation provided zero proofs showing that they provided any services to me and citi bank did nothing to recover my funds. I want all my funds to recovered within 24 hours. This type of customer service in unacceptable from the bank.

Unexpected increase in interest rate
Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX, My concern is card issuers lack of comparison to the rate being charged to the rate to be charged for new applicants today based on the issuer 's pricing for new accounts.
Further concerns ; their lack of compassion and consideration in following reasonable polices to give any help due to my Identity Theft crisis inXX/XX/XXXX, whereas my credit score plummeted from XXXX ( GOOD ) to XXXX ( POOR ) condition, as if overnight. Failure for Consideration for credit line increase to provide for balance transfers to slow down the rate of pay-down. This would be achieved by reducing the minimum payment ratio from 10 % of the balance outstanding to 5 % for example or by offering payment holidays.
The rate increase and arbitrary charges for services without consideration for whether the factors that led the card issuer to increase your interest rate still apply.
Card issuer proceeded down the path where factors that led to the increase no longer apply and failed to decrease my rate and follow reasonable policies in doing so.
This behavior deprived me of ability to meet Hardships & Emergency financial needs during Family crisis at this time. My inability to qualify for access to reasonable lending leads me to predatory lenders which causes the need for me to seek & qualify for Credit card Debt relief and/or Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy methods. Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I bought my wife a pearl necklace for {$320.00}. The first time wearing it, the necklace fell apart. The warranty per the jewelry saleswoman was 180 days. It was reported with 90 days regardless. XXXX XXXX credit card has refused to investigate my dispute on more than one occasion despite saying they will investigate and to deduct the amount. But they neither investigate, nor deduct the amount. I really don't know what's going on here. I spend thousands a year at XXXX XXXX, am a Platinum member and cardholder since XX/XX/XXXX. Please investigate.
