Complaint: Back in the spring we experienced major delays when trying to close matured CD accounts with CIT Bank. We heard excuses from there were so many accounts closing that they were backlogged as well as our accounts were so large that multiple reviews were needed before closing and those areas were backlogged as well. In addition, one time a representative had linked XXXX CD 's that were maturing within a week so none of the CD 's were being processed until the final matured. Over the years, we have had over XXXX CD 's with this bank and things only started being problematic in the spring. Unbeknownst to us, they changed many things XX/XX/XXXX. We received no notification of these changes. I learned about them today when I called to set up XXXX CD 's that are maturing XX/XX/XXXX. Now, everything is done online, but I needed to redo my password and other activities to even get access to my accounts. And lo and behold, CIT Bank has deleted our previously linked external bank accounts for transfer of funds. CIT Bank has been transferring funds to this bank for years, even as last at XX/XX/2016. Now, it is non-existent and I have to start all over and go through testing, etc. That means my time and attention for problems that they have caused. At this point, I am not confident that this system will work as they say it will. It will be very easy for them to say that they did not get the message. Yes, now I have to send a message through their customer service message center to request that the account be closed on maturity and transferred to an external account. Of course I can not do that until my external account has been tested and approved. I truly do not like fighting for my money. I find it somewhat amazing that a bank can delete, eliminate, discard banking records/transactions/data for on-going customers. It seems that CIT is out for themselves and not there for their customers.

Prior to this payment, XXXX 's home was sold at a foreclosure sale on XXXX XXXX, 2016. The purchaser of the property was the mortgage lender, XXXX. After the sale lender and the State of Florida entered into an agreement whereby the lender agreed that in exchange for full payment of XXXX funds to cure homeowner 's arrears, including all fees and costs, lender would vacate the final judgment, reinstate the loan and rescind the foreclosure sale, restoring title to Defendant. Notwithstanding, lender now seeks possession of the subject property and is intent of dispossessing homeowner of her home

XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, we received a letter from XXXX XXXX confirming our loan had been paid in full. To date, we have not received the clear title to our boat. I have contacted CIT Group, XXXX XXXX and was told neither now services our loan. In XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX was acquired by XXXX XXXX. I now wish to sell the boat ; however, all three entities have told me they do n't know anything about my loan.

Complaint: On XXXX I entered into a contract to purchase my father 's house for the property at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, KS Loan # XXXX. Freedom Financial ( FF ) is the reverse mortgage lender and FF was helping me to pursue a short sale. All of my siblings signed the contract as the sellers for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as FF required. My contract was scheduled to close on XXXX. FF hired an appraiser and FF and myself agreed to a {$150000.00} short sale payoff. The contacts at FF are XXXXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXXXX. FF filed a petition to foreclose on the subject property using a local attorney XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX KS. On or about XXXX a very wealthy neighbor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted XXXX, the attorney for FF. This very wealthy neighbor told my sister, XXXX XXXX, that he was able to stop my contract from closing through his contact at XXXX. XXXX told my sister he would have his friend at SandA tell FF to terminate my short sale because XXXX wanted to buy my father 's property. This powerful neighbor, XXXX XXXX is represented by XXXX XXXX XXXX as Shareholder XXXXXXXXXXXX. We continued to pursue the short sale with FF throughout the summer. A second appraisal was completed. Again, I and my family agreed to all of the terms to close with FF. XXXX XXXX, the attorney for XXXX XXXX filed an affidavit of equitable interest against the property to prevent me from closing. Today my short sale was cancelled. I feel that I am being taken advantage of by powerful lawyers and they are manipulating this lender Freedom Financial into denying my right to purchase my father 's house as the rightful heir. Can you please help me? We are scheduled to go before a XXXX Judge in XXXX. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars trying to defend my right as a consumer to purchase my dad 's house. All of my siblings want me to purchase my dad 's property. The wealthy neighbor seems to be pulling all of the strings. Thank you

Complaint: I recently submitted a complaint against CIT complaint number XXXX and the company got back to me with a response that stated a deed of trust that was in question still stands and we owed a balance of XXXX. After conducting my own research I discovered that the deed of trust had a maturity date of XXXX XXXX, XXXX and under Nevada law, XXXX XXXX, the expiration date is ten years after the maturity date which would have been XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The company should have released this deed in XXXX and did not. Instead they are still stating the money is still owed.

Complaint: I did a reverse mortgage back on XXXX XXXX XXXX. With A company call Financial Freedom which is a reverse mortgage specialist. they say they placed homeowners insurance on my home on XXXX XXXX, XXXX thru XXXX XXXX, XXXX had placed my own insurance on my house thru State farm on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and is still paying it today. I have forwarded all my info to them including my health documents and my age being XXXX. Now they are trying to foreclose on my home saying I would n't pay when in fact I was paying XXXX monthly then all of a sudden the payments started being returned back to me. Now they do n't want to accept a payment plan from me at all so therefore I am filing a complaint against this company. I placed my own insurance on my property at the time of the loan with XXXX, then at the time of renewal they would not cover the house due to the age and structure of the house. This was XXXX thru XXXX. I got my house totally repaired and placed insurance on it XXXX XXXX thru today. I made payments to financial freedom until the monies owed on the insurance was paid back and they started sending the payments back to me. this is what as explained to my daughter XXXX XXXX XXXX, who is on my account to talk on my behalf. at XXXX
