Problem during payment process
Complaint: I get electronic statements. I have scheduled payments with my Kohl 's Credit card a week before the payments are due. I wait 24-48 hours and then check my Kohl 's app and the computer website to make sure it was pending. The payments NEVER show as scheduled or pending under those options. Once I forgot I had scheduled a payment twice because of this. In calling Kohls each time, I am given deflective answers and have even been accused of " you're not looking at the system correctly ''.
They have not fixed their system, though I have made complaints with them previously. I've attached today 's picture of my account screen shot on the website which is dated and time stamped in the lower right hand corner. The payment is scheduled for today as they were able to see on their end, and they had it in for two payments to be taken from my bank account?!?!

Complaint: The credit card company ( Capital One ) closed this account as I requested. The company had a data breach in XX/XX/2019 which impacted the services they provided on this account.
Now I receive a message from the credit card company telling me that a payment is past due on this account and they are expecting payment.
How can they do this when the account is closed?

Problem during payment process
Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavourable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that CAPITAL ONE BANK USA has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to mis-report. Moreover, I was never 60 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask your confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Complaint: There was something ordered on my card from XXXX that was never received. XXXX originally told me on several occasions that they would refund me, then they started saying to dispute it with my bank. Which I did however capital one keeps allowing them to pull payments from my card. They said that they are not able to block them even though I never received an item from this company. I am afraid to pay my card off because they keep charging me. Capital one sent me new cards and told me that they would block them at one point then they went back on there word. they attempted to charge my card on the following dates : XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX I do not have any of their items. They have said the closed the account due to non-cooperation however they did said we had to do anything. They have no proof they we ever received an item from them. I even have the card locked and the still allow them to try and pull money.

Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card
Complaint: The funds totaling {$790.00} were refunded to my account and I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from Capital One stating : " We're happy to tell you that your fraud investigation with Capital One is now resolved. '' Over a month after that communication, they rebilled my account, again, for {$790.00}. Capital One said the dispute/fraud did not fall within the parameters of their contract with Visa and that I had to seek recourse outside of Capital One. Capital One confirmed they have not tired to reach XXXX XXXX to dispute this transaction. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, they tried for the first time but were unsuccessful reaching anyone at XXXX XXXX.
They agreed they should not have processed the transactions on XX/XX/XXXX when I replied to the text notification from Capital One that these were not valid charges. They have no intention to take any other steps to resolve this issue.

Card opened as result of identity theft or fraud
Complaint: My credit report has XXXX accounts that are reporting with XXXX. XXXX account is a {$500.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX, the other is {$300.00} Kohl 's card. I have not applied for any credit with either one of these credit card companies. Along with the reporting, I have NEVER received a credit card from these 2 companies and during the time that that I have been trying to get this issue resolved, I have noticed that they are reporting this payment as being paid on time, then it will go in into late payments status ( Kohl 's ). As for XXXX XXXX, they have added late payments to my credit report. I was able to get this issue resolved with XXXX, XXXX on the other hand is allowing these companies to continue to report theses fraudulent accounts on my credit file and I have been disputing the matter since early XXXX.
Each time, I dispute the accounts, they are sent back into re-investigation status, ULTIMATELY ALLOWING KOHLS & XXXX XXXX BANK TO CONTINUE REPORTING THIS UNVERIFIED FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT.
I have had excellent payment history until this issue. Now, my credit is going down the drain, due to the false reporting of the XXXX companies

Problem using the card to withdraw money from an ATM
Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 @ XXXX at XXXX, XXXX, Tx at ATM # XXXX at XXXX XXXX, I tried to withdraw {$XXXX} + {$XXXX}. fee from my prepaid US Treasury given ATM/Debit card. After going through the process, the ATM machine said the ATM had an " internal error '' and could not finish the transaction, but took the {$XXXX} off of my Social Security debit card anyway.
This happened at Capital One Bank @ XXXX, XXXX, Texas ( XXXX ).
The man in the bank gave me a number XXXX but they said they could not reimburse or help me because I was not a direct customer of the bank.
I'm at my witts end. I can not afford a {$XXXX} loss off of my already modest SS payment.

Complaint: Capital One XXXX credit card.
I have not used my credit card in well over XXXX months.
It does not even work. I reported this issue to them. Furthermore, there were fraudulently charges made in or around XXXX of this year for about {$30.00}. I had no idea there was any activity on the account. The credit card company issued about {$120.00} in charges related to this single charge not being paid. When I became aware of this around XX/XX/XXXX, I brought the fraud to the company 's attention. I also, to protect my credit, paid by check by phone over {$140.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX to pay off the balance while they investigated. This was to prevent the right hand not speaking to the left and a charge off occurring. This is because I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX to protect. I am in the middle of a refinance. I also have business credit cards that rely on my personal credit history. All got harmed because of Capital One being incompetent and unhelpful.
Yesterday, I was on the phone with them for over XXXX hours reviewing XX/XX/XXXX - the money I paid -- where did it go? On XX/XX/XXXX, from XXXX XXXX, I paid online another {$47.00}. Where did this payment go? Why is the current balance on Capital One showing {$140.00}. They have violated my rights under the Fair Credit Act. The account should be XXXX balance or even negative. They need to restore the credit card to good standing. I do not want to close the account. And they need to update the credit bureaus to reflect that this was their error and they improperly reported. I have identification numbers on the employees I spoke with. XXXX '' XXXX '' XX/XX/XXXX -- he could not locate where my XXXX payments went. He transferred me to escalations. I spoke with XXXX. I spoke with XXXX. {$100.00} are bank fees. {$13.00} are interest charges. They need to remove these. My account ends with XXXX The credit card has an expiration of XX/XX/XXXX. I have been a client of their since XXXX. I have called them over 6 times since XXXX and they are not helpful. They keep saying this is en effort to collect a debt .... And then they ask me to start over again. I ask them what do the notes say? Why am I having to repeat myself.

Complaint: I opened my account with Capital One in XXXX of 2019. Since the time of me opening my account I have paid every balance off in full before the billing cycle ends. I have never carried a balance on this account. XX/XX/2019 I traveled to XXXX, where wifi and cell phone service is very spotty. I paid my balance in full due for the month of XXXX. In XXXX, I paid the minimum payment that was due. As I always do, I attempted to pay the full balance off from my card. Being that I was in XXXX, I transferred all of my money from one account to another. This in turn caused my two additional payments for the month of XXXX to " kick-back '' and not fully process. I was unaware of this until I checked my credit report XX/XX/2019 only to realize my Capital One account had been closed. I immediately called Capital One attempting to resolve this issue and was denied not only by the service rep by also by the XXXX the Account Supervisor. I asked XXXX to record the phone call so that there was evidence that I did indeed attempt to pay my card in full but Capital One is denying to accept the payment even before the actual billing cycle ends.

Complaint: I recently reviewed my XXXX credit report and I was totally shocked to find Capital One Bank is still reporting these fraudulent accounts on my credit report. I am requesting for Capital One Bank to send XXXX a request immediately to remove these fraudulent accounts. I have attached a copy of letters I received from XXXX XXXX who handled my fraud case. He stated that all three major credit reporting agencies need to remove these fraudulent accounts.

Loan balance remaining after the vehicle is repossessed and sold
Complaint: There was a car loan from capital one auto finance in my name in XX/XX/2017, which I have disputed to be removed from my credit report since it has been repossessed and sold off. I tried contacting the company to fix this error on my report and they keep sending me affidavits for identity theft which this is not the case. I am trying to have this incorrect balance reporting removed because this vehicle was repossessed after i was not able to pay after being diagnosed with a XXXX sickness and not being able to work. I do not owe the balance that is reporting on my credit and this need to be removed immediately.
