Complaint: XXXX process a transaction that I was not approve of, I contact Capital One regarding this matter. I have express to Capital one that this transaction was not approve from me and that I have try to get into contact with this company many time therefore have not receive no response from this company. I have receive an email today XX/XX/2019 regarding they have denied my claim and refuse to fight for my payment back.
I have made it clear to Capital One that this transaction has no sign document, written, oral agreement for this transaction. I also made it clear that this company have took their service back and I no longer have their product. Capital has refuse to take matters in action.

Complaint: I went to get a car loan at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, California. I authorize running ones my credit score and the result was that they did it bot with two companies and the credit score that I was taking care as a baby to increase the point, drop-down several points. I'm no agree with what they did. They suppose to check my credit just ones.
Companies that they used to check my credit : Coaf XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2019 No idea the amount they were asking for.
I will appreciate your help please, I want to take care of my credit as good as possible.

Problem using a debit or ATM card
Complaint: I used the Capital One mobile application to find an ATM near my house on XX/XX/2019.
The app pointed me to an ATM at the XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, VA.
But when I used the ATM, I was charged {$3.00} in fees by the ATM and then another {$2.00} by Capital One - for an ATM that the Capital One app. directed me to.
I've spoken with customer service and was told that because my account is " not a XX/XX/XXXX account '' I am liable for the fees. This particular account was originally an account with XXXX XXXX but was ported over to Capital One as part of the merger.
Looking at my account, it just says " Total Control Checking. '' The only discernible difference between this and my other XX/XX/XXXX account is when I open my account online and click on account details, this account has a red icon at the top of the pop-up page and my other account ( that was originally an XXXX account, but is apparently now a XXXX account ) has a red " XXXX '' where the icon is displayed. Nothing in the name of the account indicates this.
I spoke with Capital One customer service on XX/XX/2019. They agreed to refund the {$3.00} fee charged by the ATM host, but not the {$2.00} fee actually imposed by Capital One.
If they are charging others similar fees every day, they're likely making thousands of dollars over this discrepancy. There should be a disclaimer in the mobile app. that indicates you may be subject to fees at " XXXX ATMs '' based on the type of account and indicate whether or not you account is a XXXX account.
I can provide documentation is necessary.

Can't use card to make purchases
Complaint: I called Capital One Bank to report my Capital One Bank credit card lost/stolen. Capital One Bank sent me a new card with a new account number, but I am not able to use my new credit card while Capital One Bank Fraud Department is investigating the fraudulent charges on the previous account. Capital One Bank is holding me liable for fraudulent charges that are not my charges and are fraudulent charges thats unauthorized and not my charges. My liability under the Fair Credit Billing Act ( FCBA ) for unauthorized use of my credit card is {$50.00}. Capital One Bank is holding me liable for over {$300.00} in unauthorized and fraudulent charges. Thats illegal and unlawful. Capital One Bank is violating the Fair Credit Billing Act under federal law. They are in violation of The Fair Credit Billing Act ( FCBA ). The fraudulent charges are unauthorized and not my charges.

Complaint: Kohl 's offered me the opportunity to delete the debt from my credit report and settle for 60 % off the original debt amount Kohl 's account # XXXX, if I paid the following settlement amount {$1000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Complaint: On my XXXX credit report Kolhs credit is showing current and they fixed my credit report but XXXX and XXXX they did not fix the errors. This has been going on for two months going on three now. I have called kolhs, they said they will not fix it. One manager said they would. Then my experian report is fixed but my other two credit reports are not? This late payment was an error on kolhs part and they can pull every conversation with every representative. There system does not show pending payments.
