Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent using XXXX XXXX to a person for a personal matter, since the money was never available immediately, I took care and sent money using a different app BUT the original XXXX that I sent using XXXX by capital one until this day the payment status says sent and not delivered. The person never recieve the money and the money was deducted right away from my account. I place a claim with capital one bank and all they said was the claim was denied because there was no error in the transaction besides the fact that I don't have the money and the person never recieve it? Really? They gave me XXXX phone number and told me to contact them. They know very well cause I most not be the first person with this type of issues that there's not such a thing like XXXX customer service, that number all it says to contact your bank if any issues. This is outrageous!

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I transferred a balance of XXXX to my Capital One credit card by clicking the " Transfer and Save '' button in an email that was sent to me by Capital One offering 0 % APR for XXXX months. The request was approved and the confirmation read : While you carry a promotional balance, you'll see an additional payment option - the Interest Saver Payment. Pay at least this amount each month to avoid interest on new purchase without having to pay your balance in full. The original email also contained information about avoiding interest charges : Q. Can I avoid interest on new purchases after I accept this offer? A. Yes, you can! Pay your Interest Saver Payment ( the minimum payment plus all your non-promotional balances, including purchases, cash advances, fees and finance charges ) by the due date each month, and you wont pay interest on new purchases. You can find the Interest Saver Payment amount on your monthly statement and your online account as a payment option. The first statement since the transfer posted, on XX/XX/XXXX, was generated on XX/XX/XXXX. This statement did not include a Interest Saver Payment on the monthly statement or online, so I called customer service. I spoke with XXXX XXXX, who worked with a female supervisor. She told me that my Interest Saver Payment would be XXXX, but that she could not produce anything in writing verifying this. For this reason, she transferred me for further assistance. I then spoke with XXXX XXXX, a General Account Supervisor, who said that the transfer did not appear to have promotional terms. He said that there was a known issue, that some customers experienced a transfer that did not have the correct terms. He advised that a case would be opened to investigate this matter and that a decision should be made in XXXX billing cycles, and a letter sent in XXXX days after that. He said that in the meantime, the balance that would begin to accrue interest but that it might be refunded to me if it were determined that I was not given the correct terms. He said that he was not able to do anything further to assist me in getting a resolution before my balance was due. He said there was not anyone at Capital One that he could escalate my issue to.
