Complaint: Im making payments as agreed to capital one. XXXX a month. Long story short ... Im struggling with my health and taking care of parents. Theyll get their money when I die but Ive been making payments religiously as agreed. They stopped sending statements couple months ago. They rejected my XX/XX/XXXX money order stating no account number. My handwriting is not good. I alway place sticker with complete account number. It was missing she returned to the bank. I feel they did this o purpose to drag me to court for more money. Im tired of the games. I pay every month. Even when they dont send statement and its never reported in my credit report with any debt collectors. Please make them send me a statement as agreed. Im replacign money order XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. With money order XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Mailing XX/XX/XXXX. Please help me. Im tired. I wish I could pay it all but I just cant. Im sorry XXXX XXXX

Complaint: My car was hit on XXXX by another car a and that car was insured by XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX took the responsibility to pay for the damage. Their agent took all the necessary action by reaching out to capital one auto finance regarding the accident claim. All the time when was reaching out capital one auto finance I was also on the call as a witness with my husband. So the first capital one auto finance agent the insurance agent had on the phone regarding the issue refused to talk to him because he was not authorised then I had to give verbal authorisation. The second agent on the phone with the insurance agent state that the car is a total loss and they using email to handle this type of issue so all the filing documents can be sent via the email the insurance agent never received any email back after a week decided to call back the other agent from capital one said they not responding with email but they use fax the XXXX agent resent the documents via fax no response after a week decided to move fast with the process by issuing a check in order to close tbe claim. So I was on the phone with the XXXX XXXX agent with my husband and the capital one agent then another version the capital one agent we had this time could not recall all the previous conversation like nothing was notated on my account. But after few questions and exchanges I told my decision to retain the car and the XXXX agent stated that he will then be issue a check of XXXX because I am keeping the the car and also after the check is processed I will be contacted by capital one to take care of the remaining balance and I gave my verbal agreement and after my remaining balance is posted I get the title of the car. A check was issued on XX/XX/XXXX paid to capital one auto finance for my auto account. The check has been cashed by capital one auto finance on XX/XX/XXXX and not applied toward my loan. No communication received from capital one auto finance stating they received a check on my behalf and here is your remaining balance you have a certain time to pay the remaining balance before we can issue your title. They failed to communicate with me. Until I decided to call them this morning XX/XX/XXXX first capital one agent stated they haven't received a check. Second call the same day another capital one agent stated that they had the payment but they can't apply toward my account because XXXX didn't tell them if I am keeping the car i told that capital one agent how I was tired of their movies they making around applying this amount toward that loan so I can pay the rest of the loan an move on. And also told the agent that all the actions took by the insurance I was on the phone nothing was notated regarding the different conversations every agent tells a different story. Couldn't resolve the issue of applying the check. I had to add the XXXX agent that took care of the claim to the call so he can speak foe himself. He explain all the actions took before issuing the check the lady couldn't help us so she will transfer us to their insuramce department.we wait no one picked up and we got disconnected. I called again ask to speak to a manager and another agent said they don't have any manager. Ask to be retransfer to their insurance department the same capital one agent stated they don't have any insurance department. I told that agent I will then take a legal action against their service.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX canceled a credit card I've had opened with them for over 10 years because of an issue of my social security number.The account was a business card in the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX last four digits # XXXX the card had a Credit Line {$5700.00}. They closed the account because they kept asking for a Federal Taxpayer number. I told them many times that I used my personal social security number on the original application. this account was opened as sole proprietors account. Capital one allows a customer to use '' Your Business Employer Identification Number ( EIN ) or Social Security Number ( SSN ) for Sole Proprietors-Your Personal Social Security Number '' I used my social number for this credit card account. They refused to accept this and when I write them it takes them 90 days to respond. They have hurt my credit score by closing this account.

Complaint: I opne an credit card account with caital one services, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, ut XXXX, on XX/XX/2018 an arc payment ( note ) was sent to my bank giving them the ok to send or do an pay to capital one to recive {$25.00} for my min payment.I call capital one to check up on my card acount on XX/XX/2018 at XXXX.they told the account was close, i ask why, the said on XX/XX/2018 when they sent the payment to my bank that the bank deny it becoause it was money in the account, so, i call XXXX which is my bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ca XXXX , we did an 3 way call in which an rep from capital one, an me, XXXX an rep from XXXX XXXX was on the phone together, my bank rep from XXXX told capital one the phone talk was recorded by me, the bank an capital one, they told them the reason why the payment to go out wasnot because, capital one would not did collcet the note, we ask them why, he stated he was going to look into it.that was strange, affther the bank rep hang up.he told me to hold on when he came back to the phone he said that the could not correct the matter cause the bank said it was not money in the account, keep in mind we just got off an 3 way the bank rep said that the reason was cause capital did not colcect, the note and the money was in the account to cover it.i told him that.ask if i could have the papers ect.. so i can fail an complaint, the co has an investigaton team that do just that look over acount check and corect mistake ect..the custumer has to tell them that want it they has investigate and let the person know what hapend, if person need statement letter doc ect ... that are show it give to.thats the consumer rigths fed law also cover that to

Complaint: Today ( XX/XX/XXXX ), I received a call from Capital One representative at XXXX PM. As always, Capital One representative has mislead, lied, and hung up the phone. The representative did mention that the account was closed on/around XX/XX/XXXX, though this fraudulent company has sent out a letter on/about XX/XX/XXXX stating that if i do not make a payment my account will be closed. This is not the first time that Capital one uses illegal/unlawful tactics to prevent resolving consumer issue or manipulate to have the consumer pay. It is my understanding that Capital One fully assists fraud operators and refuses to refund those that are law abiding citizens. Lastly, while capital one representative was on the phone with me we contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX for those fraudulent ACH debits and they have informed Capital One that the transactions were not initiated by me or/and done through XXXX XXXX XXXX. Those ACH debits were fraudulently initiated by Capital One and they refuse to take responsibility even though they did refund me for four of those transactions. The representative also lied about this matter never being investigated before when factually 4 out of 7 ACH debits were refunded into my CAPITAL ONE credit card account!

Complaint: I was a victim of unauthorized transactions due to the cust service rep failing to cancel my account after crediting my account for unauthorized transactions. This led to additional unauthorized transactions occurring by whoever had my card. I was by assured by capital one that : 1. My credit would be re-reported and updated immediately as " current '' after the account became credited again for the unauthorized balance 2. All of the " PAST DUE '' reporting for the months of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 2018 would be removed from my reports since it was past due as a result of the unauthorized transactions that were causing the balance on the card. This did not happen and it is preventing me from obtaining credit. This is causing me to suffer Damages and I should not be " HELD LIABLE '' as per Capital One 's own Policy. In Fact Capital One is going to be Held Liable for such Damages suffered by me as a result of breach of " zero liability. '' promise. Damages will be sought for unless this issue is resolved.

Complaint: I have a loan with CAPITALONE. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and CAPITALONE with no successful resolution. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX only reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late four times.
