Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I attended a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 3 day workshop which I paid {$2000.00} to attend. From that workshop we were offered another workshop which would work with us until we earned 100 % of our investment. I paid {$21000.00} to attend that workshop. After realizing that none of the formulas they taught in the workshop were working for me I contacted the resource office. I spoke with a resolution specialist by the name of XXXX XXXX. There was an agreement to a refund of about half of the money. She emailed me a settlement agreement and mutual release on XX/XX/2018. As I read through the agreement I did not feel right about signing the agreement because of the language used and obligations I would be forced to comply with and I would only get a partial refund so I did NOT sign the agreement. Instead, I contacted my credit card companies that i used to pay the workshop with. XXXX kept the charges of {$4200.00} paid to XXXX XXXX and Capital One kept the charges of {$4700.00} and {$250.00} on my account paid to XXXX XXXX after their dispute process although there was a the settlement agreement that agrees to a refund all services paid for were not rendered.

Complaint: Capital one XXXX rewards card Paid bill XX/XX/XXXX. Scheduled payment three weeks ( approx ) ahead of time time via phone app AND phone call. Payment processed by midnight on phone app, phone call, and bank website thus credit was restored. Payment was processed for XXXX and XXXX. Used credit card during weekend for a holiday trip and twice or thrice during the week. Attempted to use credit card for XXXX XXXX XXXX, declined. Payment was actually returned ( but no money credited to either debit or credit account, thus robbed ), with a higher debt rating than previously before the payment ( thus robbed again ). Payment also due again for XXXX and XXXX thus robbed a third time, feeling extremely swindled and cheated despite being a loyal customer either a consistent track record of complying with creditors.

Complaint: I am SERIOUSLY being harassed by CapitalOne. I have had a credit card with them for years. I changed my phone number almost a year ago and tried going online to report this during the summer of XXXX. I have called CapitalOne to tell them of the change and they have locked out my account and classified my account under fraud. I have called them back, including tonight, XX/XX/XXXX, to request the pay off total to close the account altogether. Despite providing CapitalOne my account number, social security number, bank account information where my payments come from, they REFUSE to provide me with any information. I can't get my pay off total using their online services or from the idiots they employee over the phone. I have made ALL of my payments to CapitalOne and don't believe I have ever been late. I am a XXXX good customer and they should be thanking me for using them. I am XXXX years old and believe I am being harassed by CapitalOne with continuous hassles. I AM IN A PROTECTED CLASS AND NEED TO BE ASSISTED WITH CAPITAL ONE PLEASE!
