Complaint: There are inquiries about an mortgage and car loans and a couple other unknown credit card companies that are not being inquired from myself and I have a concern about the research information that I obtained in regards to my credit report and I have to say that after I received the letter from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and them saying that my personal sensitive information has been compromised by the web payments regarding some credit cards and payments due by 2020 and I have never tried to get a mortgage or a loan for a house in all my life and I have been trying to understand why I have been asked questions about my credit report and been told that they could not identify me giving the information I provided, which is the correct information for my life and my own actions. But because I didn't answer the questions right that means that someone is using my identity and my credit report for their own benefits and I don't have a clue what to do about the situation and the legalities regarding the situation as being a person that has been a victim of identity theft and my son as well. My deceased father 's veterans affairs have been breached and I have been left behind in regards to the changes that I was supposed to look forward to after my father 's death, I was not mentioned as his youngest daughter and I have been trying to get the details from the SSA and the VA. I have a list of suspects that I can provide that could be involved in regards to my credit report and identity theft as well as my father 's information and my youngest son and his grandmother opening up a account for a check to be direct deposited into the savings account with my son 's name on it and it was titled as a XXXX check with research it is a back child support payment for the child my son. I believe it was stolen from my family and I want to get to the bottom of all the things that are going on, I know my son 's father is using people 's identity that have passed away and that have no idea that he is stealing their identities. Complaint: After opening a Kohls charge card I made my first purchase in store.
Around 30 days later I still had not received a bill or the card. I went in to the local retailer and let them know I hadnt received any information and ended up making a payment in store which I was told would pay my balance in full.
2 months later I received a letter saying I missed a payment.
After immediately contacting them they stated it was their error and reversed late fees because they did not input my address correctly.

1. They had my previous name. I was married 7 years ago and they had my previous last name.

Problem with customer service
Complaint: Per the attached document I filed a complaint with Capital One 's leadership and XX/XX/2019 as follow. Thus far, all parties have been an unwillingness and lack of common courtesy to provide any service as it relates to my complaint.
I contacted Capital One customer service on XX/XX/2019 do to these unethical acts and was told that I would be obtaining a letter within five to seven business days as it related to my concerns outlined in attached complaint.
Several weeks had past and I still had not received a response regarding my complaint. Therefore, I contacted Capital One again on XX/XX/2019. I spoke with a supervisor and explained the situation and forewarn that I were in the process of filing a complaint with the CFPB due to the failure of Capital One to address my prejudicial treatment complaint.
I was assure that I would be obtaining a call the following day.
A couple of days past and I still had not received a call or response. I again contacted Capital One on XX/XX/2019 and was meant with additional prejudicial treatment. During my interaction with XXXX # XXXX after verifying my information through the automatic system and providing him my first and last name ; he arbitrarily declined to provide assistance. On numerous occasions I requested what was Capital One 's policy as it related to the matter and told him that he was engaging in discriminatory practices by refusing to assist me after I had already provided the last four of my social security and card number along with first and last name. XXXX # XXXX conduct was so absurd that I requested to speak with a manager. Subsequently I spoke with XXXX # XXXX who indicated that I had already provided verifying information and I did not have to provide additional information as demanded by XXXX. XXXX assured me that he would take action, however as it related to my concerns XXXX was unhelpful.
The level of treatment I have obtained from Capital One is unreasonable and in the sake of customer service, no client should have to file a complaint with the CFPB for their complaints to be looked into in a fair and equitable manner.

For the first few weeks, they only called a couple times a day, but this week they have been incessantly calling me, as you can see above. This harassing behavior isn't going to get them their money any faster. I will pay it when I can and as of now I just sold the only thing I own that has material value in order to pay rent. This harassing behavior is only causing me more emotional distress than I am already experiencing during this difficult and overwhelming time in my life and it isn't only unfair to me but it is also unfair to the poor souls that have to waste their time harassing me for the collection agency.
I am unsure who the collection agency is because I can hardly understand the collectors when I am able to answer the phone ( which is rare because they are typically disrupting me at work ). However, I do know that the debt they are trying to collect is my credit card debt from Capital One. Hopefully that and the phone numbers listed above will help you to identify who the collector that is so terribly harassing me is.
The collector has even called an additional 7 times just in the amount of time is has taken me to type this complain.

So I call the Bank, they said it was being processed after 5 days Wow. I said Ok i will wait couple days. XXXX call me again and said she had not recieved any money yet now it's XX/XX/19. I call Capital one again the agent said it being process again 14 days processing thats to long. Of course I was very upset and demanded my money back ASAP they said they would have to make a claim this could take 10 to 45 days. To make a long story short here the person I sent the money to needed it on the XXXX, how can a Bank hold up your money 24 to 45 days? I want my money back now how can it get it?
