I was told on the last I demanded them to stop calling Too bad, pay or Ill be calling you back in an hour. In fact, I just got that call back typing this ... I was encouraged by counsel, not retained only inquiring for relief, to contact you about this issue.

Complaint: Capital One illegally closed my account for inactivity. I tried to use my card today and was declined. I called Capital one and they informed me my account was closed for inactivity. They never sent me any warning notice letting me know my account was going to be closed due to inactivity. I never received a notice letting me know the account was even closed. If I would not have called them, I would have no notice the account was even closed. I requested to speak with a supervisor who basically kept repeating the account was closed and was totally unhelpful.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, in two separate transactions, {$2000.00} was fraudently removed from my checking account via XXXX. I immediately reported this to my bank, Captial One. The first {$1000.00} transfer was credited back to my account but not the second {$1000.00}. The bank said they were able to recover the first {$1000.00} before it went through. I never heard of XXXX and subsequently learned that it if rife with fraud. Capital One should bear some responsibility since my customer profile doesn't include XXXX, which should have been a red flag. Nor was there any two factor authentication. I wasn't alerted via email regarding this transaction either. The person also attempted fraud with my XXXX account by trying to purchase multiple gift cards but XXXX flagged the activity as suspicious and put a temporary hold on my account. Capital One should have been able to do the same. Capital One denied the claim.

Complaint: I applied for the CapitalOne Business Spark Miles credit card when CapitalOne had the promotion of XXXX miles after {$4500.00} spend and XXXX miles after total of {$50000.00} spend within 6 months. However, upon receipt of the credit card and notice of the credit line, i was so baffled to see that they only gave me {$2000.00} credit line. It was impossible for one to spend {$50000.00} within 6 months when there is only a {$2000.00} credit line. i tried my best to complete this as to pay off all purchases immediately as they post so that I can get my credit line back for additional purchases. I think Capitalone purposely gives out next to nothing credit lines just to hinder this process of completing the purchases within the 6 months. I have excellent credit and payment history with over 800 credit score. It's insulting to give me only {$2000.00} credit line, and this is a business account too!! To make it worse, Capitalone starts counting the 6 months way too early. I was given a deadline of XX/XX/XXXX to finish the {$50000.00} task, when the card was actually mailed out in the middle of XXXX. So by the time the card arrived in my hands, Capitalone has robbed me almost half a month to complete this task. To me, this is false advertising. It's bait and switch to say the least. Get a consumer to apply for the card with promised incentives, then lowball the credit line, then don't give the full 6 months to complete the task. If you look at my other credit cards/lines, my credit history, {$2000.00} line is a joke. And if I have the full 6 months from the day I got the card and started spending with it, I would have completed the task. i tried complaining to customer service, escalated to the " rewards case manager '', and came back declining my request to extend my deadline. Our company has always a loyal capitalone customer. We put over {$400000.00} each year on our other Capitalone card. I am very disappointed in Capitalone this time on how they treat their customers.
