Complaint: I inherited my father 's home after he passed away. My attorney whent through all the steps in court so I could be administrator of the estate and mailed copies of this to Bank of America. They said that they never received the paperwork and could not say or do anything for me because I was not on the loan. My attorney sent the copies again, and BofA stated they didn't receive those either. Bank of America would not expect my payments and returned my checks. I got a notice of foreclosure from them so I called about it and once again denied information so I faxed the copies from the court they denied getting them so I then emailed the paperwork twice in a week. 3 days before the sale of my home they said that they just got the email and would process it. I called every day after asking them to stop the sale so I could take over the loan and refinance. I was sent to 4 different people on the phone before being told they were still processing the papers. I had 2 people come to my home on the day of auction and tell me they just bought the house. Bank of America never once tried to help me do anything to take over the loan or stop the foreclosure this has been going on for a year since my father died. I was never given any options and they sold MY home out from under me forcing me and my children to be XXXX.
