Complaint: Dispute Over Inquiries on XXXX Credit Report- Unauthorized AccessI contend that all of the inquiries made by ALLIED INTERSTATE, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX MN XXXX, on my XXXX Credit Report are unauthorized and must be removed. Credit reporting is inaccurate, incomplete and unauthorized. I did not give my consent to access my credit report. Background Identification BreachOn or about XX/XX/XXXX, I had my gym bag and contents in a locker stolen and compromised. At the time I believed that my identification had been in my purse in my car, however, this was not the case. From that date on I obtained replacement identification without knowing that I had a right to file the information with the credit reporting entities. Since XX/XX/XXXX, up through and including XX/XX/XXXX, I find that an individual in XXXX XXXX XXXX, California, may be compromising my identity. During these times I have found that my internet email has been inordinately littered with requests for credit card loan and merchant credit card offerings, which may or may not be normal these days, but seem unusual and suspect. Any internet inquiries into my credit, if any, were unauthorized by me. Demand to Remove Unauthorized InquiriesMy review of a recent XXXX credit report indicates that items, from XX/XX/XXXX, up through and including XX/XX/XXXX, stated above, constitute unauthorized and unlawfully accessed information in violation of state and federal law.

Complaint: I was tricked into an online learning college scam and ive become aware of it a few months to this day. I was pursuing a dream of becoming a XXXX, but unfortunately I was not lucky at the moment I enrolled in an online institution because there was no XXXX degrees being offered at the time XXXX of Puerto Rico. So I decided to entrolled at XXXX XXXX ONLINE to start pursuing a career XXXX. I asked for several loans to pay for the courses I was enrolled in and transactions were made between the education institution and the financial lender XXXX XXXX to cover the expenses of the degree, which were pretty expensive. XXXX XXXX XXXX was charging me {$300.00} per credit and the concentration courses were even XXXX credits, each course lasted 9 weeks and I only lasted 2 years before finding out that a college in Puerto Rico, XXXX College, was offering the same degree, and I didnt had to pay a cent for the same education and even a better one. I was told that not even XXXX charges {$300.00} per credit. Now I have my degree but there is still no jobs XXXX, neither I have being able to start my own business due to the poverty level im under. I survive by doing a job here and there, by donations my parents give me and by welfare I got at the moment of enrolling in XXXX COLLEGE due to the benefits a student renter has for having such low income. I understand that there is a debt forgiveness XXXX practiced in the economic world. Similar to XXXX XXXX XXXX where every seven years debt must be forgiven. There had pass 8 years almost and yet, my debt has not been forgiven.

Complaint: Allied Interstate in XXXX placed a wage garnishment against me on a student loan debt that was outstanding ; while making small payments from time to time. I not once spoke to anyone at this collection agency in regards to this matter. In XX/XX/XXXX, I took a FMLA from my employer to care for a parent after being here since mid XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, my father past away in my care during his illnesses. During this time small payments were being made directly to Department of Education 's website. Needless to say, I have been attending college since ( if not mistaken ) XX/XX/XXXX up to this present time. After speaking with a representative in regards to the garnishment, she asked if I could settle the account immediately I am not in a position to settle a XXXX account. Complaint: Hello, I have XXXX student loans with XXXX XXXX, 1 loan was signed on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and the 2nd on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, both signed when I was in attendance at University XXXX. Due to financial hardship, I had defaulted on my loans in XXXX resulting in my accounts transferring to a collections agency " Allied Interstate. '' In XXXX, I worked out a repayment plan with Allied Interstate as I regained financial stability ( see attachments for agreement made with Allied Interstate XXXX. # 1- Allied Interstate had me sign an agreement to repay my debt and reduce my interest rate to .001 % from 8.25 %, this has not been reflected on my account and I was advised by Allied Interstate that due to a " system glitch '' my balance and interest rate were never updated. I have asked for a letter indicating the issue and indicating the correction, Allied Interstate has not complied. # 2- In addition, Allied Interstate and XXXX XXXX are incorrectly reporting on my credit report XXXX see attachments ), I should be showing that I am on a modified repayment plan, and current in my payment per that plan ( I am being reported as " delinquent '' per attached ) # 3- Allied Interstate continues to harass me through daily phone calls ; I have numerous missed calls and voicemails daily. I am making my payments ( they are auto-deducted ) timely and would like for Allied Interstate to stop calling me unless urgent or related to making the corrections to my account. FYI, I have noticed on my Allied Interstate correspondence, XXXX XXXX is now " XXXX '' " a spin-off of XXXX XXXX. ''

Complaint: I have only been at my current job for XXXX months at XXXX months I received notice that my wages were going to be garnished and I contacted allied who is the collection agency and told them they were n't supposed to garnish my wages until I had been at my job for XXXX months they called me a liar and continued with the process if garnishing 15 % of my wages ... At XXXX months at my position I called them again to tell them they need to stop garnishment and I wanted to set up a payment plan ...
