Complaint: What is this complaint about? I am complaining about XXXX XXXX who is a collection agency who claims they are collecting on behalf of XXXX XXXX. I have sent a certified letter to them on XXXX17 and I have also made attempts calling them and disputing the amount over the phone however I have not received a response other than them sending me a copy of a loan agreement with some payments. I specifically in this certified letter asked them to provide me with credentials to prove to me they had the right and a legitimate contract to collect on a debt for XXXX XXXX showing the amount. I have not heard back from XXXX XXXX. I am asking that they stop reporting this negative information on my credit immediately and to send proper documentation that states they have a contract to collect on the behalf of XXXX XXXX. I would also like to see a contract to validate with XXXX XXXX the amount which they are stating I owe. Showing me a previous loan document does not validate the account nor does it mean I owe XXXX XXXX the money they are attempting to collect. They have not followed the FCRA laws in not responding to my request therefore I 'm asking for them to immediately remove the reporting which is reflecting negatively on my credit report.

Complaint: The original debt was with Payday loan. It was taken over with Ad Astra. I originally provided a fully filled out check for the pay back to Payday loan which they apparently did not cash. It was at least a couple of years before I realized I had a problem. And Astra is on my credit report as a judgement even though the statute in California is four years and has clearly been over for a while. When will this issue be removed from my credit report?

Complaint: I checked my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX. I saw a from AD Astra saying it was owed to a company name XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$590.00} from XX/XX/XXXX. I sent the company a letter XX/XX/XXXXcertified mail asking them to send me the contract I signed and to validate the debt. They sent me a letter stating it is valid and a contract with my name printed on the form with an address that does not belong to me. This debt has not been validated and they refuse to remove it from my credit report.
