Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I accessed my Bluebird by American Express account that I have had since the end of XX/XX/XXXX ( and never had any issues with ) to transfer some money to a family account and wondered why I had less money than I should have. Upon checking into transactions, I saw charges on my card that I never authorized and didn't recognize, which are fraudulent charges of each {$50.00} and {$120.00} on XX/XX/XXXX as well as {$50.00} and {$120.00} on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
I immediately called Customer Service and told them I did not make those transactions, upon which I was asked questions, which led to me initiating a fraud investigation. I was advised that my card would be cancelled and no longer valid and I'd be sent a new card and that, if after 10 business days, they needed more time to investigate, I would be issued a provisional credit of the amount in question, {$340.00}, and that the investigation could take up to 45 days. Within two days, I received an email with a link to download the dispute form and a link where I could directly upload the filled out form to my Bluebird account. I filled out all the information, which included personal information but, since I was told my old card number no longer would be valid and I had not yet received the new card, I left the field where I was to fill in my card number, blank given I was directly uploading the form that included all of my identifying information directly to my account and was not given enough time to wait for the new card.
Last week, desperately needing my money with XXXX children, I called in to check on the status and was again told that if the fraud investigation was to take longer than 10 days, I'd be provided with the provisional credit and the person I spoke with checked and said I had provided them with everything needed from me.
Yesterday, the 10 days were up and I received an email stating that unfortunately, my document was not accepted. This morning, I called and was told that because I left the card number field blank, this was what they decided. Really? After I was told that my old card number was no longer valid and to destroy the card and still did not have the replacement card, so I had no clue what the new card number was? I would assume that with me uploading the documents containing all the other information to MY own account, and the field I left blank due to that just stating " Card and/or number '' ( after the " or '', there's nothing stating what else the " or '' could be ), they would know that this is me. From my perspective, they are using an excuse, or else they would have at least offered me to correct the situation.
Bottom line is, after discovering the fraudulent charges on my account, I tried researching what " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' even was, it took me minutes to find out that there are plenty of other credit card fraud victims with the same charges to their account. Bluebird can clearly see that prior to the fraudulent charges, I paid over {$300.00} to XXXX/XXXX and that I also make payments to XXXX XXXX, hence have plenty of data from other providers and have never once had any XXXX XXXX XXXX transactions!
From my point of view, I should not have to suffer any losses- this is absolutely not my fault- no one has access to my card! ANY other financial institution would have helped! My money should have been safe and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX should tighten the safety measures, having had a lot of trouble with this dating back to XX/XX/XXXX ( as far as I can tell ). Why should my family and I have to face even more trouble that it's already caused? To us, this is the difference of keeping a roof over our heads or losing everything! Please, I'm begging you- help me get my money back!

Information is missing that should be on the report
Complaint: Earlier this year I tried to reallocate some of my lines of credit with American Express. I tried moving some of my money around to accomplish this and it triggered a financial review. I sent American Express all my financials and things checked out fine, except that they imposed a limit on my American Express Platinum card.
As frustrating as this news was, I was excited to have more credit appear on my credit report because without the limit imposed, the card is a charge card with no limit. I've been waiting for this limit to show up on my credit report but it hasn't. Can you please help me?
The financial review process was long and frustrating having my accounts inactive, I would really like for this new Credit Line limit to show up with no hassle.

Complaint: In late 2018, I requested a Serve American Express card which I received in the mail. I activated the card but put it aside because I only planned to use it in travel. I recently made several attempts to link the card to an account so I could use it and I received we'd a message saying I needed to call customer service or activate the card, which already completed. Complaint: I held XXXX particular American Express account since XX/XX/XXXX, that has a {$30000.00} credit limit. In approximately XX/XX/XXXX__ I guaranteed a credit card for a corporation that could eventually had difficulty making payments on time and during the merger in XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX. for American Express, Amex could not find that account at all. At that time, American Express cancelled my personal credit card that was in good standing and had been in place for almost 17 years. In addition, American Express began to charge a penalty interest rate of 29.99 % making the interest payments on this debt almost impossible, let alone payments to the principal. Many attempts were made to contact American Express but to no avail. Multiple collectors from XXXX call my work several times a day, using aggressive language and tactics with me, my assistant and the receptionist. They have called my son. Attempts continue to be made directly to American Express to resolve the issue and get on a reasonable principle and interest payment amount, but nothing gets resolved. They continue to harass me, destroy my credit rating and refuse a resolution.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I accepted a promotion offer from American Express " Amex '' Cash Magnet cards stating that " after you spend {$1000.00} or more in purchases with your new Card within the first 3 months of Card Membership. You will receive the [ {$150.00} bonus ] cash back in the form of a statement credit ''. I completed the application with a live Amex representative and was approved over the phone.
So I charge more than {$1000.00} to the card when I called Amex XXXX and asked for my {$150.00} bonus credit, I was told that I am engaging " gaming '' because I have a Gold XXXX XXXX cards which I opened about 4 years ago and there was not enough activity on the XXXX XXXX ( I was told I did not use that account that much ), therefore, I will not receive the {$150.00} bonus. More importantly, I have no idea Amex using the word " gaming '' in which it is hard for any person to understand.
However, I have been paying the {$95.00} annual fee every year for the last four years and Amex has no problem billing for the fee.
I was an Amex card member since XXXX and I am surprised Amex will treat me like I was some type of dishonest person.
Therefore, I feel I was tricked into this sign-up bonuses after I have spent the {$1000.00} on the card.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I tried to buy something on XXXX I tried to use the prime service, instead XXXX charged me for the prime membership ( XXXX ) and XXXX dollars for the items from their website. ( XXXX ) After a few minutes I noticed my card was declined because of the XXXX prime membership that I didnt count with the XXXX dollar purchase.
So I cancelled the items and prime membership. The prime membership was refunded immediately but the XXXX dollars are missing.
XXXX says they didnt charge me.
The bank has the funds in hold.
I saw a hold but not the XXXX dollars.
The bank claims their disputing the XXXX dollar charge.
If XXXX didnt charge me where is my XXXX dollars?

Complaint: I have a XXXX Amex card since XX/XX/XXXX. The XX/XX/XXXX is my anniversary date. I should get a free night award every year after the card account anniversary date. The benefit terms saying " The free night award will be automatically deposited into your XXXX XXXX member account within 8-12 weeks after your card account anniversary date in the form of an e-certificate. '' Today is XX/XX/XXXX. My anniversary date is XX/XX/XXXX. It has been more than 13 weeks. I still don't receive it. Amex violates their terms. I talked to their customer service. Their representative told me they had created a case for me, which I really appreciate it. And the representative told me i need to wait another 6-8 weeks to get the results. Can you believe it? I need to get an annual free night award after almost half a year since the anniversary date. XX/XX/XXXX is my birthday. You can check through your record. Originally, I want to use this free night with my lover and spend a wonderful day together to celebrate my birthday. But now it's totally ruined.

Complaint: this is American Express card open beginning of XX/XX/XXXX/.XXXX. When I call Main number of America.Express said this card is not part of American express.. Problem is limit of XXXX when open. Did not use this card since XX/XX/XXXX ..show balance of {$4000.00}. Paid {$200.00} to {$350.00} Monthly ..This card start Charging fees in XXXX over {$380.00} in fees Processing fees, each month until now. which I was paying down the Balance. Now in XXXX American express lower the limit with out letter or notice to {$4400.00} now show {$670.00} Min due. RIP OFF. Where I try to ask them to not due this and stop all fees the Cards has not been used since XX/XX/XXXX. By lower my limit this would cause over Limit fees. Payments are not being applied correct. Amex Only showing XX/XX/XXXX Statement online {$60.00} paid where when over {$300.00} was paid in XXXX now showing only {$120.00} but {$260.00} was paid ..Card last 4 # XXXX exp XX/XX/XXXX .. STOP THE FEES OF {$380.00} MONTHLY ON STATEMENT WHICH MAKE IT HARD TO MAKE PAYMENT TO LOWER MY BALANCE SINCE XX/XX/XXXX.
