Complaint: I am writing to complain about Wells Fargo checking account services and have decided to close my checking account ( no joking ), because Wells Fargo is the worst bank I have ever seen in providing checking account services.
On XX/XX/2017, I received a call from a so-called Wells Fargo banker via a mobile number XXXX, XXXX, OR. He said that he wanted to verify some personal information with me. Being in public and without me further questioning his real identity, I declined his request and wanted to schedule another time for talking on phone. However, he said that he could not even call me even if he was on the phone at that time. I think this is really ridiculous and finally we agreed that I would call him another time with his numbers.
On XX/XX/2017, I tried to use the debit card on XXXX to send money to my friends.The transaction was unsuccessful and the instant email from Wells Fargo said that my account had been closed and delivery preferences had also been updated to the mail one. This really makes me angry because being unable to verify personal information due to inconveniences leads to account closure on the following day. I understand that a bank is not a service institution but Wells Fargo 's action is really annoying and unfriendly to its customers, which leads to my terminations on Wells Fargo 's debit card product.
I also want to share another story. When I tried to open the Wells Fargo checking account on line, I used my XXXX credit card to fund the account for {$50.00}. The payment authorization was made in late XX/XX/XXXX. The funny thing was that the money was debited in mid XX/XX/XXXX. Being unable to verify the source of the charge with my card issuer XXXX, I reported this transaction as fraud and my Wells Fargo checking account was closed, or suspended more specifically. To solve this problem, I went to a Wells Fargo branch in XXXX, CA to verify everything, including original and hard copy of SSN card and Driver 's License, and was informed that my account online access would be restored in a moment. However, it was another funny thing that after 3-business-day wait I still could not access my account online and had to call in to get problem solved. I firmly believe it is so much hassle to deal with Wells Fargo.
In order to avoid further hassles with Wells Fargo, I firmly request that my Wells Fargo checking account should be closed and the money on the account, around {$49.00}, should be mailed to me by a check. Like Wells Fargo can change my account delivery preference at its sole discretion, I also want to limit how Wells Fargo should reach me. I wo n't accept any calls from Wells Fargo even if I have filed the complain online with my phone number on file. Everything should be done in written format.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, I made purchases in XXXX with funds from my account. These transactions were reflected on my account immediately. The next day my car payment was taken out, I was overdrafted, and the transactions were reposted to my account the next day as new charges. Instead of XXXX overdraft fee, I received XXXX overdraft fees on purchases as little as {$5.00}. Wells Fargo reversed the order of charges to charge as many overdraft fees as possible. I spoke with a representative to no avail.

Complaint: My mortgage is through Wells Fargo. I have been an excellent customer for approximately 11 years. I am going through a divorce and contacted WF to advise them I was now a single income household. To try to keep from getting behind on my mortgage I made a partial payment in XX/XX/2017 of {$800.00}. To date the funds have not been applied. I have contacted WF several times asking for the money to be applied or returned to me. I was advised that the money would not be returned to me but would be applied at a later date. It has been 3 months and the funds have still not been applied as a payment. I asked if I could send the remaining payment balance in and include the funds being held to make a full payment and I was advised no, that I had to make payment in full but could not use those funds. I made a full payment as requested but the funds have still not been applied.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I filed a complaint about Wells Fargo who harassed me with phone calls trying to contact XXXX XXXX ( who previously had been assigned my phone number ). I had repeatedly told them who I was. I thought the problem has been remedied, but they are now calling me several times a day again trying to reach XXXX XXXX and/or XXXX XXXX. Complaint: Superior Court New Jersey XXXX County- is not a " State '' defined in 1692a ( 8 ), however is not exempt pursuant to 1692o, FDCPA. Accordingly, under federal statute and laws of the United States, Constitutions, the consumers, federal laws, preempts any state laws which are inconsistent with federal consumer laws, or provide less sufficiency in regards to protections.The Supremacy Clause to the US constitution is also proper in relation to this action. SCNJ claims to be a Foreign State, State Court under New Jersey. SCNJ upon belief, are creations of a corporate legislature who operated outside a judicial district, federal territory of the United States. SCNJ has its own private special laws, constitution, writing system, rules, regulations, religious script foreign to the consumer, federal statutes and other laws of the United States. SCNJ upon belief is not a federal territory, judicial district, court, or competent jurisdiction defined in federal statutes to instrumentalities of interstate commerce.
The actions taken by SCNJ are upon private instruments, assets, consumer accounts, within interstate commerce, which are in fact obligations of the United States. Therefore, SCNJ are foreclosing upon, bringing suit against, seizing or by disablement, dispossession, accounts, intrumantalites of the United States, which includes the consumer. SCNJ, this lacks any jurisdiction, competently or otherwise, to engage in any acts against the United States instrumentalities thereof, or the consumer who is sovereign to such illegal acts.
SCNJ failed to obtain prior consent from the Consumer, or permission from a proper, competent judicial court, district, before engaging in such acts. It is believed that SCNJ is acting on the false notion that the consumer is nome sort of artificial entity, citizen, or other, corporation formed under their foreign state, laws. Therefore, the SCNJ is properly defined as a debt collector, 1692a ( 6 ), collecting a debt defined in 1692a ( 5 ) and not exempt under 1692a ( 6 ), Consequently, and knowingly, no evidence has been presented to support this presumption. The consumer is not a citizen, state citizen, and such creation of an entity without knowledge and consent is of the consumer is fraud, even criminal.

XXXX- claims to be an attorney and or law firm of an unknown, alleged creditor, mortgagee, lender, Wells Fargo Bank NA who is a debt collector acting as a servicer for an unknown party not a creditor to the consumer. XXXX either initiated this debt collection action under the guise of " Foreclosure ''. Consequently, the filing or maintaining of such illegal action violates several federal protections, including constitutions of the United States.
XXXX is not an attorney when engaged in interstate commerce by enforcing in any way instrumentalities of the United States, the consumer 's assets, instruments and accounts. XXXX Pluese, is not authorized by the consumer, and has not obtained permission from a judicial court of competent jurisdiction to collect debts for the United States. XXXX is also not properly licensed and or insured under federal law as it is a corporation of limited liability. Should XXXX cause harm which it has to the United States, and or the Consumer while engaging in illegal, legal behavior and conduct in its collection activities, it lacks liability insurance and bonding to indemnify its actual damages to the United States and the consumer. The counterfeited Assignments, Allonges, Notes and Mortgage documentation has been reported to the appropriate federal authorities. Those documents were criminal attempt to counterfeit assets, obligations of the US and private property of the secured party creditor, Maker and Consumer ( s ).

Complaint: I am in desperate need of assistance I have being working with Wells Fargo. However they are refusing to settle with me, I was advised by Agent XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX from the recovery department if I find any mistake from Well Fargo they will settle with me. Therefore I submitted a letter requesting a settlement because in the Transaction statement history I was not given to proper credit towards my principle. To make matters worse in XX/XX/XXXX I made a payment to Wells Fargo for the amount of {$370.00} I was not given any credit to my principle this is clearly showing Wells Fargo was taking a bigger amount towards the interest only. I have a fix interest rate of 8.175 % and the monthly payments were for the amount of {$370.00}. The breakdown of the payments should of been how it shows in my mortgage statement which is Principal {$65.00} and Interest {$300.00}. brings a total of {$370.00}. However Wells Fargo did not give me credit for that payment and all the other payments were never broken down properly, Like I have mention I was advice trough a recorded call when I spoke with Agent XXXX if I find any mistakes they will settle with me. I do not have any additional funds to offer Wells Fargo. I was paying Wells Fargo for almost 6 years and with in those years after adding all for my history. Wells Fargo credit me {$2800.00} towards my principle and {$24000.00} towards interest. I am more than sure that Wells Fargo is practicing fraudulent and deceptive practices in order to prolong my loan. Please request a explanation from Wells Fargo. Thank you.

Complaint: I previously submitted two complaints regarding Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I disputed the bank 's non-response and can not append to them. XXXX / XXXX The bank has obscured and redirected the complaint at me in their response.
The bank XX/XX/XXXX sent some sort of financial statement in teeny tiny print it is impossible to read. I do n't know what it is. I have previously filed a complaint about this. They refuse to send information in a normal size type. They do n't want customers to be able to read so they can get away with whatever they are trying to do.
In the XX/XX/XXXX letter, the bank apparently claims The Federal Court Bankruptcy Trustee did not make the regular payment per my Chapter XXXX filing in XX/XX/XXXX. I paid the Trustee. I have the Court records.
Trustee an I have made all the payments to date. The bank WRONGLY shows escrow payments were not made when in fact, the payments were made and the escrow was paid.
The bank has still not answered why, if there is a SHORTAGE as they claim, why did my payment DECREASE.
The bank has used redirects, deflections, falsehoods, and repeatedly sent unreadable pages to pretend they are responding when in fact, they are not.
The bank claims they have made no errors. Yet the facts contradict this claim.
The bank has decided without my knowledge, my consent, my participation OR ANY NOTICE OF ANY SORT WHATSOEVER to apply regular monthly payments I have made to principal curtailment. I DID NOT CONSENT TO THAT, DID NOT ASK FOR IT, WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF IT, AND I DO N'T WANT IT.
They are cheating me by re purposing my payments.
If I mange to pay a month or two in advance for a payment so I do n't have to worry about it later, that is my choice. I should have control over how MY payments are applied to MY account. I do n't want to have to worry about making payments every month -- so I paid a little ahead. Now the bank is telling me they wo n't allow me to pay ahead, they are going to do whatever they want WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OF ANY KIND with my money.
The bank wants me to be on the edge. They want me to make late payments so they can collect late fees or try to take my home.
The bank is playing a financial shell game with my mortgage. They have taken away any control I have over what they are doing with my payments, my escrow -- next they will be claiming that I did n't make the payments they " reallocated '' and I have to start making triple payments to catch up.

Complaint: My lender has lied on three different occasions when reviewing me for a loan modification. I have confirmed three times that they had documents such as a divorce decree. Three times I have been told afterwards that they do not have it on file. They are not following the law and properly reviewing me for modification. At the same time, they are pursuing foreclosure. Complaint: When I purchased my condo in XX/XX/2007, Wells Fargo was the preferred lender the builder was using. I have attempted to refinance my loan and I keep getting told that Wells Fargo is unable to refinance my loan because various reasons. For example, XXXX not meeting certain reserves or guidelines, community lost it 's FHA ability. After speaking with other folks in the community who also financed with Wells Fargo, they were being told the same thing. However people are able to sell their property and other owners were able to refinance using other financial institutions. I believe Wells Fargo is being deceptive, discrimination. When I initially applied for the loan I was told take an ARM would be a better option for me because of the lower rate and my plans to sell within 5 years of purchase.
