Complaint: I have own my home for 19 years and I went thur the banking crisis in XX/XX/XXXXand I had trouble with Wells Fargo to give me a new mortgage. finally in XX/XX/XXXX I got a new mortgage thur making homes affordable. but my issue is why did it take so long for Wells Fargo to give me a new mortgage when I was ready back in XX/XX/XXXX. Now my beef with them is they took all of the arearage and legal fee and etc. They rolled it all in for me to pay. When I started I owed {$110000.00} and when the gave me the new mortgage it was up to {$220000.00}. Yes they did give some payback relief but I want to know why is it all on me for the arearage when all I could do was wait on them they took the 6 years. not me I was ready in XX/XX/XXXX. I want to know if the guide lines for making home affordable is that the consumer has to carry all the burden of arearage when we really our hand are tied all we can do is wait for big business to tell us what we are going to pay. I contacted wells fargo and they told me that they did everything right. So I have been in this payment arrangement now since XX/XX/XXXX and still I have no answers. please what is the rules for this. THANK YOU

Complaint: well when i opened this account it was wachovia, now as the uploaded documents will show all account numbers. so i had filed for XXXX,. and in XXXX of XXXX, i won my case. so i had wellsfargo set my account up for direct deposit, they done so, under thier advice i had a main account and secondary one. well as time went by my back started into my account. well i as i thought never recieved all my backpay, this was in XXXX, so i had asked my sister to help me find out about my backpay. because ssa was telling me i had been paid in one of my accounts, this was in XXXX, i had forgotten about the main account, i know now it was because it hadnt showed on my account statements since XXXX.so call aftercall to ssa, one day one of the field workers told me for a fact i had two accounts, i asked which account my backpay was in, they asked for the account number, i picked up a statement and read the number, they said it was the wrong number, i said it was the only number i had, they advised me to call my bank, and did so. the custumer service agent said that i had better call ssa. this being near fall of the year in XXXX.so since XXXX bank denied to me i had no such an account.i had asked and even suspected my sister had something to do with all of this, because everytime brought this subject up shw would say she would get her friend at the bank to see. this year she kinda admiited things about my money, and i doubt know she does. as events unravealed, one day i called the fraud department, a very nice service member told me on the phone there was three things on my account that looked fraudelant, i had found one of my oldest bank statements, the number wasnt the one on my newer ones, she had to talk her superviser, oddley when she came back she told me that her boss had told her to tell me that ssa would have to deal with this. you see i am XXXX XXXX, im far from XXXX,. im very antisocial, so that you may understand this situation better, now oddly in XXXX of XX/XX/XXXXi recieved an email fro m wells fargo stating my account was frozen and that until an investigation was done there would be no more deposits. the very next day a XXXX courier came and gave a small tpackage, inside was a key looking device it had wells fargo emblam on it, on the back it read XXXX security. device.. i asked my sister if she knew what it was and she said no.in documents to follow you judge if she knew or not. and when the monthly statements came out it was paid for out of money without my knowledge. i called wellsfargo fraudline, they said as well they knew nothing about them. and i told them i did not authorize the payment for it, and i was told, somebody did. and only a few weeks ago while haviving a heated discussion with them, i mentioned as to the fact i had not ordered it nor had recieved my money back for it. the lady said well we talked to that woman and she said it was ok, that woman i think is my sister. now as documents will show in the XXXX i had asked my sister to get me the paper work to start me a bank account, i was then working and out of town. when i called her she said her friend just let her, being my sister fix it, and to my surprise she made a joint account, not knowing then what i do now, but staying with the facts she had taken herself off the account and then i closed it, now as to my surprise its opened again and assicated with my account. i have more i could say, but tthis is ample at this time.

Complaint: Wells Fargo Bank reported a liability of about {$8800.00} on my credit report for XX/XX/XXXX which had already been discharged on my credit report according to XXXX and XXXX credit reports on XX/XX/XXXX for myself, XXXX XXXX, and on XX/XX/XXXX for my wife, XXXX XXXX XXXX on the same reports for her credit. The item has not appeared on both our credit reports since XX/XX/XXXX until it appeared in XX/XX/XXXX without any kind of communication or notice from Wells Fargo. As further evidence that this item was NOT a part of my credit report, in XXXX of XXXX, I applied for and was approved for a VA loan for a house with my wife XXXX as co-borrower and this item was NOT on my ( XXXX XXXX ) nor my wife 's ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) credit reports which the VA completed through XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, NV, who along with the VA pulled my credit report score in order to determine eligibility for the loan. The loan was approved. This item also DID NOT appear on either my ( XXXX ) or my wife ( XXXX ) credit report when we were co borrowers for a loan on a XXXX XXXX XXXX truck when it was pulled by XXXX XXXX to determine eligibility for the car loan, which was approved in XXXX XXXX. This item also DID NOT appear on either my ( XXXX ) or my wife ( XXXX ) credit reports when we were both co borrowers for a loan for a XXXX XXXX car purchased from XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, NV in XXXX XXXX, a loan which was approved with a reduced interest rate because of my credit and my wife 's credit scores. Furthermore, I have never received any written or oral communication from Wells Fargo bank about this item or its inclusion on my credit report. It appears that the item after being closed in XXXX of XXXX ( XXXX ) and XXXX of XXXX ( XXXX ), both recorded by XXXX/XXXX credit reporting agencies, has been re-added to my credit score after a three year absence from it when it was closed.

Complaint: I never knew that I had a credit card with Wells Fargo card services until they sent it to collections. I believe it was under false pretenses that I had a credit card. The card has now destroyed my credit because it has been sent to collections. I tried to make a payment but they have gone to collections. I was under the impression that I was buying things under a overdraft account tied to my checking, not a credit card. Card ending in XXXX. This account was set up fraudulently and so I feel that I am not responsible for this debt. Also this needs to go away from my credit report.

Complaint: I recently put an offer on a house and my offer was accepted by the seller. I tried to follow the CFPB 's steps detailed in " Owning a home - Compare loan offers. '' Once my offer was accepted/contract ratified I quickly moved forward with comparing loan offers so that I could select the best loan for my situation. I already had 4 lenders I was working with. I requested the " Loan Estimate '' form from multiple lenders so that I could easily compare offers ( apples to apples comparison ). I requested the Loan Estimate from this lender a number of times and I was given a multitude of reasons for why the lender could not accommodate my request. The lender said that 1 ) Their loan form is a proprietary form and it is much better and easier to understand than the Loan Estimate, 2 ) Their system can not output a Loan Estimate until the rate is locked in and a buyer has decided to go with them as their lender, 3 ) Providing the Loan Estimate at the shopping/comparison stage is not part of their process. After numerous failed attempts to get this lender to provide the Loan Estimate I instead received something called the " Approximate Loan Cost Illustration. '' I had received Loan Estimates from two other lenders and so I could not compare the " Approximate Loan Cost Illustration '' to the Loan Estimates and conduct an apples to apples comparison. To add insult to injury, the text at the top of the " Approximate Loan Costs Illustration '' reads : " Your actual rate, payment, and costs could be higher. Get an official Loan Estimate before choosing a loan. '' The fact that they blatantly contradict themselves is insulting to me as a consumer. This was very frustrating and ultimately led me to decide to go with a different lender, one that followed the rules that have been put in place by the CFPB to protect consumers.

Complaint: I have gotten back on my feet from a 3 month medical injury. I have faithfully made payments on my Wells Fargo Credit card throughout this time. Unfortunately, because I was unable to work I had to use my credit card from Wells Fargo for other expenses. Now my payments have gone up to XXXX a month which is okay, but last month I could only afford to make a XXXX payment. They are charging me this month XXXX. Complaint: On X/XX/2017 My Legal Representatives sent both Wells Fargo Bank and XXXX XXXX XXXX. All the necessary paper work to stop the sale. Both XXXX and Wells Fagro Bank said that could not talk to my Legal Representative since they have not had 48 hours notice. They were sent the Thrid Party Authorization form but were told they have to wait the 48 hours. Now my home has been sold to a third party and still Wells Fargo refuses to work with me. I have asked for a loan modification but I was told that I make to much money and that they could not help me or would not help me. When I spoke to XXXX XXXX XXXX they told me that they did not receive any of the paper work from my Legal Representative. I tried to make the some of the payments thinking that they would work with me but they turned me down. I forgot to add that was never given a chance to see if I could get a re installment quote from them. They denied me at every turn. Which I feel is very illegal.

Complaint: I went on a trip to Wyoming and the hotel was terrible so i wanted to have wells fargo get my money back and I used my debit card to get hotel ... ... ... .here is the information I had put in claim to try and have wells fargo help me ... ... .. {$470.00} dollars claims assistance center ATM/Debit card Claims XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC XXXX Wells fargo denied this and said they closed claim. I wasnt treated fairly and wells fargo said I had stayed at XXXX XXXX hotel all the time I was there which was only 4 days and so the swimming pool was always under maintenance and jaquizzi was never working until last day and maid service after 2nd day there was not good to standards because i had not got what i needed so couldnt take shower because no clean towels and also back door of hotel entrance to get inside to my room was not working last 2 days there so had to use longer route to room. Also I had a maintenacne guy finally bring me towels to room and then last day maid service was there but I could n't possibly know of what was going to be happening while staying there so weels fargo said that they made decision based upon that i had stayed there and i was there only 4 days and had to drive over 100 miles to XXXX Colorado to catch my flight plus return rental vehicle to so I though since i did n't know when all of things had started happening more after few days staying there that i wasnt going to ask for refund yet until i got back home and was very tired and miserable because i could n't sleep right half the time either and im a XXXX veteran so I 'm on a limited income also and cant just jump from hotel to another one that fast plus money and so i had all things starting to happen over course of all the four days there anyway so how come wells fargo cant help me to get my refund back ... ... .This had been a lesson learned to never ever get a hotel like that one. Also since wells Fargo bank said i stayed there well of course i had really no choices after it was occurring at different times for most of things that happened to me and so there fore i feel that I fully deserve a full refund from that hotel through Wells Fargo Bank and I cant control that hotel and time frames of when it all occurred.I know wells said I stayed there but it all happened at different times and 4 days is such short time to stay at any place ... ...

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I made a payment online with my Wells Fargo mobile app to my secured card. I made this payment mid morning Eastern standard Time on the Friday. Wells Fargo states that payments made before midnight Pacific time will post to the account the date made ( paraphrase ). I called on XXXX XXXX, 2017 at XXXX XXXX to see why my payment was n't posted and they told me that it was n't there and I had to wait for their system to update in 1 to 3 business days. There system never shows the pending payment but shows it in posted so they do n't allow them to push the payment through. This causes delays in using my card.
