Complaint: The very first day that I spoke with Wells Fargo, I assured them that my husband was on the title/deed of the house with me equally. I had this done specifically at a re-finance. Wells Fargo assured me over and over that his name was NOT on the deed and that, as we were in the process of divorcing, my husband would buy the house from me at appraised value. After the appraisal, Wells Fargo said that my ex-husband WAS in fact on the deed and that there could be no sale, but instead a re-finance of the home at a lower amount. They had to start all over. It took months to get my ex husband signed on the house two weeks ago. Now I am trying to buy a house in another town. I have been approved for the loan and have been offered no less than XXXX closing dates for the last month and a half. Each time, something comes up as done wrong and it 's consistently blamed on the underwriters team. This process has been more than just problematic, it has been handled ineptly. The lender representative has consistently talked over me, ignored my questions, and asked me to do the running-around and paperwork that he is supposed to be doing. I know this because the institutions that see me there in person keep asking why he does n't just call and get the same information/form/approval straight from them. I 'm worried that this loan will NEVER close. I am already paying utilities and electricity and insurance on a house in which I can not live, because I was supposed to be living there a month ago. I need help. I just this moment got word from the lender that they need a XXXX form. This is critical to a VA loand and I am amazed that they can get to closing day without a XXXX already ( which they already had and lost ). The lender representative is also holding a VA certificate of eligibility at this very moment that the underwriters are saying they do not have. This whole loan reeks of incompetence.

Complaint: I applied to purchase our family home at XXXX XXXX in XXXX, IL XXXX, with Wells Fargo Bank and I was turned down repeatedly for credit scores and I was only a few points away from the required credit score. Myself and my wife are a military family, my wife just returned from XXXX and is a Veteran.
The Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo was XXXX XXXX XXXX ID XXXX. My family is still at the house and we have now decided to purchase the home at the listed asking price for cash and they still will not sell us the home and want to evict us. For this purpose I would like to file a complaint.

Don't agree with fees charged
Complaint: Well Fargo, where I have a private student loan, stopped sending me statements in XXXX of 2015. When I realized that I had n't paid my usual bill, it was already past due. I called to resolve the issue. I successfully convinced Wells to waive the late fee AND ( I thought at least ) to set up automatic online payments.
No paper or online statements came in XXXX of 2015. Instead ( again ) the only way that I realized that I had a past due amount came when I received a phone call demeaning payment. When I called Wells again to see what was going on, they refused to waive the late fee and claimed my earlier conversation setting up the online bill pay never happened.

Complaint: Submitted a XXXX dollar check to wells fargo, believe had the amount in father 's XXXX life insurance account, in fact, apparently did not, banker showed returned check, promptly went and checked, and came back to the bank and submitted a XXXX check which did in fact have the full amount of funds available, which did in fact clear. believe the bank had " mistakingly '' initiated the XXXX check again, and apparently this XXXX time time bank initiated XXXX run of the check was enough to close an account built from a year long developed opportunity account, at a time where am currently on my own, post a father 's passing, securing living space, and closed the account.
XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX number XXXX were the people call center sent to the call to.. prevented being able to pay for a hotel, etc. absolutely no fraudulent activity. absolutely would be a period of two days without any direct funds from my own personal account with no fraudulent activity. am very concerned on the activity on the decisions and would definitely like further research in direct integrity and of a genuine nature.
Also have other issues which can then submit, and may consider a full and entire filing of entire banking experiences.

Complaint: I am currently a customer with Wells Fargo, and have been with the bank for about 11 years. I previously had both an " Advangtage Checking Account '' and a " Money-Market Savings Account '' with the bank. I am also enrolled in their electronic statements system. On XXXX XXXX, 2015 I received a message via email notifying me of the following : " There are important changes coming to your Complete Advantage ( R ) Checking account that will take effect XXXX XXXX, 2015. Please sign on to view a secure message about these changes. '' I logged on only to find no relevant messages about my checking account or changes.
Noting this email, I monitored my physical mailbox, looking for any correspondence regarding the changes. I never received any notifications in the regular US Mail.
Earlier today, while reviewing my online banking account, I saw that there was a {$13.00} banking fee charged to my account. Further investigation showed that the account type had changed and was no longer a " Advantage Checking Account ''. I contacted Wells Fargo and was informed that my account no-longer met the requirements to be fee-free.
I 'm writing today because I was not informed of this change, and believe that it was not fair from a consumer-standpoint to having account changes made without proper notification.

Complaint: I have previously submitted a loan modification request for assistance on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. My request for assistance was due to a hardship that began in XXXX when I was laid off from my job and I struggled for over a year to find a job where I would earn a similar wage. After securing a well paying job in XXXX and paying off all of the debts I had acquired in XXXX, I fell behind in my mortgage and I was again laid off just XXXX weeks ago. I am presently working toward securing a new job ; however, I am very concerned that my home is scheduled for a foreclosure sale on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I have submitted a Qualified Written Request, Notice of Error and Request for Information on XXXX XXXX, XXXX and delivered to Wells Fargo on XXXX XXXX, XXXX via XXXX tracking number XXXX ; however, as of today 's date Wells Fargo has not responded ot my request and has not postponed the upcoming foreclosure sale in agreement with the Notice of Error/Request for Information, QWR delivered to them. As such, I kindly request your assistance in having Wells Fargo respond to my QWR, Notice of Error/Request for Information and have them postpone the upcoming foreclosure sale in order to confirm the amount owed as well as explore all available loan modification options available to me. Complaint: Re : Wells Fargo Credit Card On XXXX I made a payment of XXXX on my account but realized I had done a cash advance in error. Immediately noticing my mistake I called the bank and talked to someone in the checking dept. who made the payment for me. She the transferred me to the credit card dept and the gal told me she would reverse the transaction.
On XXXX I looked at my account and the reverseal was not made. I called the credit card dept again and spke to another gal who said she would reverse the transaction, instead she reversed the payment in error.
On XXXX I again called the credit card dept and spoke with a supervisor named XXXX and asked me to call back again when the deposit posted to my checking account and all the fees and reversals would be adjusted, On XXXX I checked my account and now had a late payment of {$15.00} and called again. XXXX told me to make the payment and then call back when is was made and all the adjustments would be done.
I believe I have been getting the run around and the bank has ignored my calls and emails. Please help

Complaint: I has a credit card through wells Fargo and I maintained payments until wells Fargo raised the interest rates from 6 to 19 % to no fault of my own. The bank did not want to lower the interest rate. At that time my work slow down and I could no longer made payments.
Then I started getting calls from a collection agency and subsequently an attorney began calling to collect on the wells fargo account. The attorney filed a judgment and then levied my bank account.
When I pulled my credit I saw that wells Fargo had charged off my collection. But the attorney 's still wants to collect.
I do n't understand about these legal issues however I can see that the attorney is trying to collect money that is not owed to them.
I am in desperate need of your assistance.
