Complaint: Early in the loan payment schedule with Wells Fargo Dealer Services for my 2012 XXXX, I applied for payments in the amount of about {$260.00} to be automatically debited from my account. I triple checked that information for the company to respond to my request was accurate and checked that it provided and the right information so that they would not have any problems automatically taking the funds out of my account I repeatedly did this. In the many months since, not one payment has been automatically debited. The company unfortunately can not properly service the loan account. I would like my funds to be remitted and for the loan itself to be canceled.

Complaint: I became POA on my mothers acct. that she was the sole owner of.My neice transfered XXXX from the acct.The bank knew my mother was in a XXXX XXXX and she could not have made the transfers.As I look back now ther has been over 7000.00 transfered online from a sole acct to their joint acct.I have medical records and a police report that I have faxed to Wells Fargos fraud team.Some days there were 3 online transfers.And Almost everyday she was transferring money from the sole owned acct.from my mother.She used my moms info SS # to set up an online acct.My mother was XXXX or so.The acts only go back 5 months.Shame on Wells Fargo.XXXX would have froze my acct.or at least called me.

Complaint: I recently became aware of a delinquent reporting for a credit card I had a long time ago that Wells Fargo just decided to close one day ( payments had always been on time ). This report had not shown up on XXXX XXXX, so I was not aware of the issue until I was applying for a mortgage. I immediately contacted Wells and was referred to their Attorney. Within a few days, the attorney and I concluded an agreement that was signed by Wells Fargo for payment of the account. I sent a Cashiers Check for the full amount of the agreement to the Attorney, The Attorney then paid Wells and wrote me a letter stating that the account was now paid. However, the credit reporting agency will NOT accept verification from " a third party '' stating the verification of the account payment MUST come from the reporting entity ( Wells Fargo ). When I contacted Wells, they refuse to provide any documentation to me. They said Wells automatically updates credit reports on a QUARTERLY basis and I would have to wait until that happened. I explained that I just need a letter / verification that it has been paid, so I can close on a house by the end of the month ( 9 days until the end of the month ). I then talked to the mortgage company -- they of course were surprised at Wells Fargo 's response. So I called them again. This time I spoke with a person named XXXX. XXXX said they NOT help me but would treat this " just like they do for for everyone else ''. I would need to just wait until Wells Fargo processed things through their system and reported it in a month or so. The fact that I stand to lose a considerable amount of money by not closing on time, was of no importance to her. That was JUST TOO BAD. She repeated and rudely stated that they NEVER provide letters or documentation. She stated there is NO LAW that forces them to do and she was not going to do anything to help. I asked if I could have the credit reporting agency contact her -- and she said NO. they would not talk to anyone or verify it with them. Again, I could contact or report it to any body I wanted, but she would not do anything to help and there was no law in the country that could make her do it. She repeated that Wells Fargo treats everyone the same and you just have to wait for as long as it takes. She agreed that she could see that the payment had been made. And it would be reported within the next few months. Have a nice day.

Complaint: EffectiveXX/XX/XXXX we switched from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX for our home owners insurance coverage. Wells Fargo, continued to knowingly put into our escrow account the same amount allocated for XXXX XXXX ( {$760.00} ) instead of for the new amount for XXXX ( {$1700.00} ). They also fromXX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXXonly put into our escrow account 6 months worth of property taxes ( {$1400.00} ) instead of the whole year 's taxes ( {$2800.00} ). So we just received a notice on XX/XX/XXXXfrom Wells Fargo stating that our escrow account is {$3000.00} short and if we pay the amount in full our mortgage payment will increase from $ XXXX/month to XXXX XXXX/month or our other option is to pay the shortage over 12 months and then our mortgage payment will increase to $ XXXX/month. I called Wells Fargo to ask them why we have a {$3000.00} shortage in our escrow account. Their explanation to me was that our property taxes and home owner 's insurance increased. I then called our home owners insurance agent and met with him in his office and I called Wells Fargo with the insurance agent present and after an hour and a half of talking with 2 different customer service agents, the customer service agent admitted that Wells Fargo knowingly continued to allow for the XXXX XXXX insurance amount even after we had switched our policy over to XXXX and now they are requiring us to make up the difference all at once now starting XX/XX/XXXXand that they only allowed for 6 months worth of property taxes instead of the entire year 's amount, which is why they are trying to convince us that our property taxes and home owners insurance has significantly increased. They are also telling us that they now require a minimum balance of {$760.00} in our escrow account at all times for which they did not notify us or disclose to us. Our insurance agent told them that this is not right to to do that to their clients and the service agent agreed with him that it is not right for Wells Fargo to do this. This is the 3rd notice in 3 years since our Mortgage was bought by Wells Fargo that states we are short in our escrow account and that our mortgage payment is increasing. Every year our mortgage payment is increasing.

Complaint: Recently it has come to our attention that our student loan through Wells Fargo has been increasing the amount of our remaining loan principal despite making payments monthly. The initial loan amount for one of the loans was {$17000.00} and that went into repayment on XX/XX/XXXX. The interest rate on this loan is a variable interest rate and is currently at 11.24 % interest. However, in nearly 7 years of making payments the balance on the loan as of the last statement for XX/XX/XXXX is {$17000.00}. We believe that this is a result of predatory lending. On the statement it even shows that we have paid a total of {$20000.00} with {$6000.00} of that supposedly going towards principal. Our second loan also went into repayment on XX/XX/XXXX but that initial loan amount was for {$8000.00}. The variable interest rate on this loan is currently 5.25 %. As of the XX/XX/XXXX statement it has said that we have paid a total of {$5800.00} with {$3300.00} of that being principal. However the remaining loan principal on this account is {$6100.00}. We believe that both of these loans were included in the XXXX predatory lending case, but were never sent any information about a class action. Wells Fargo will not talk to us as the primary acou t holders and ONLY contact the co-signers. Just going off of simple math, we shouldnt still have balances that high.

Complaint: A credit card account with Wells Fargo bank was fraudulently opened by ex-husband with Wells Fargo Bank. It did not come to my attention until years following our divorce. I made repeated efforts to have me removed from and close the account. In XX/XX/2017, I received an {$85.00} dollar payment from Wells Fargo for damages with reference too the unauthorized account and the accounts were removed from the credit reporting agencies. This week I received a letter from Wells Fargo regarding an early warning system for unauthorized accounts. In conversation regarding these accounts, it was brought to my attention that the disputed account was still opened. Further I was told, that I was still considered an active signer on the active and liable for all funds charged to the account.
