They indicated the dates was from XXXX and XXXX which if I went to any facility I have always had insurance. There is not a facility bill for these dates of service they are claiming which leads me to believe if the facility had my insurance information then they should also. I am unfamiliar with these bills and this collector.

XX/XX/XXXX, I had an emergency hospital stay and did not have insurance, so I was billed for the stay. The bill was split up into at least XXXX different collections accounts for varying amounts between {$100.00} and {$2000.00}. XXXX of the XXXX show dates far later than XX/XX/XXXX. Those items are : - XX/XX/XXXX : XXXX - {$1900.00} - XXXX/XXXX/XXXX : XXXX - {$100.00} - XXXX/XXXX/XXXX : Law Offices of Mitchell - {$980.00} These debts were all incurred XX/XX/XXXX, but the date of last activity for each of them incorrectly indicates a much more recent date. I have had no contact with any of these creditors and have taken no action that would result in a new date of last activity. I feel that these accounts are being re-aged as an attempt to circumvent the statute of limitations set by federal regulation.

Complaint: I contacted this creditor on their secure login site and asked what a XXXX debt was about as i found it on my credit report. i requested complete verification of the debt to be mailed to me. A week later it no longer showed on my credit report. Now I check again and it lists a new debt, with a Open date as of XX/XX/2016. This is around the time i disputed it. This is completely fraudulent. It is for XXXX and I have not been to any doctor in YEARS!. This new " collection '' brought down my credit rating and fico score.

Now they are contacting me about said ambulance bill again and they have listed it on my credit with a date opened of XX/XX/XXXX. Last time we used an ambulance service was in XX/XX/XXXX. I paid that with them settling this in XXXX the first time they contacted me. That ambulance bill was for me personally. Now saying they have one for my daughter XXXX who was covered under package A XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I provided all her ins information at the time of service. And its against the law to bill any XXXX recipient for any medical bills. So why am I being billed again? This company is not a law firm and is only a collection agency. I only found out they were not a law firm when I asked for their State Bar #. AND REFUSED TO LET ME TALK TO SOMEONE THAT COULD HELP REFFERRED ME TO THE PATIENT ADVOCATE DEPT WHICH I HAVE CALLED EVERYDAY SINCE I SPOKE TO THEM AND YET TO HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER THE NUMBER THEY PROVIDED.
