Complaint: The three credit reporting agencies which are Transunion, XXXX, & XXXX have information on my credit that Due to the law & regulations of the FCRA & Debt Collection Practices Act by this financial institution not being able to provide the necessary documents to verify this debt by the law I demand that this account be removed from my credit report from all three credit bureaus ( XXXX, Transunion, & XXXX XXXX. I have been asking the credit bureaus for an actual contract/agreement with my signature according to the Debt Collection Practices Act, section 1692g. 1. The original application or contract. 2.Any all statements allegedly related to this debt. Any & all signed receipts. If they fail to present all the documents I demand that this immediately be removed from my credit report from all 3 credit bureaus. This law is also listed under the FCRA SECTION 609 ( a ) 1 ( A ) you are required by federal law to verify with the physical original signed contract.
