Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, I applied online for a TD Cash Visa credit card through an offer promising a bonus of XXXX points ( worth {$200.00} ) for spending {$500.00} within 90 days. My application was approved and I was issued a TD Cash Visa credit card. I made more than the required {$500.00} in purchases on the card within the first 90 days, and while I did receive a bonus, it was only XXXX points ( worth {$150.00} ) rather than the XXXX points ( worth {$200.00} ) specified in the bonus offer. I mailed TD Bank a letter about this on XX/XX/2018, but received no response.

Complaint: Truthfully I didn't authorized Account with Nordstrom on XX/XX/2017. I filed report with FTC. However, Nordstrom wrote back that my account doesn't claim of fraud and such transaction was valid. However, I request them vital information like transaction date, location, and item purchase. Nordstrom stated they are unable to provide these information. They only can provide total amount of balance owe. This is an absolutely raised red flag of fraud to me. I believe Nordstrom mishandle protection of consumer rights to ask for details in order for me to file with a report with police station.

Complaint: On Saturday XX/XX/2018 I discovered my TD bank account was overdrawn by XXXX dollars. I discovered it was from an unauthorized TD discretionary overdraft program that I did not enroll in. I had called several months previously due to having overdraft charges and was told I would be unenrolled in program. I assumed any deficit in my account would result in payment being declined. I called my branch office and spoke to XXXX who explained to me that the feature was never turned off. I went into the office to sign form to turn off. I had my daughter make a XXXX transfer of XXXX dollars. I also transferred XXXX from my savings account. I reached out to customer service on XX/XX/XXXX because I was hit with more overdraft fees because they did not credit my XXXX transfer automatically as it has in all previous occasions. Customer service manager refused to credit my account because he did not have access to phone call that was made previously where I was assured feature would be turned off. My account is now {$190.00} still overdrawn. I am a XXXX adult that only receives XXXX and pension payments once a month. That is reason why I prefer to have my purchases declined and not to be provided payment for a cost of {$2.00} and be charged {$35.00}. Each day they charged me {$170.00} in overdrafts. Even when I made transfers to cure my default that was their fault for advising me that this feature was not on. They require you to sign a form to turn the feature off but I never signed anything to turn this feature on. I also was told by their customer service that I would not have this feature on when I called several months ago.

Complaint: Td bank allowed someone to access my account fraudulently via multiple phone calls and allowed them to initiate voice recognition changes. There were multiple transactions made without my knowledge that were clearly fraudulant and very untypical of the banking that had taken place over the last 20 years. Then a large fraudulent purchase was made in another country with these funds. Td bank failed muliple times to alert me of this unusual type of transaction
