Complaint: on XX/XX/XXXX I called TD Bank and spoke with a representative in regards to suspicious activity on my account. they I formed me I had to go to a branch to complete an affidavit. That same day, I went into a branch and explained to them that money, in the amount of {$3100.00} was deposited in my account to then be withdraw only this time my money was withdrawn in addition to.the amount that was deposited. someone illegally withdrew money from my account in the amount of {$1000.00}. the bank 's approach was unfair. they said that their personnel are not trained to question any amount of deposits or withdrawals and that they will not be able to credit my account until.yhe investigation was completed, which can take up to 30 days. they had no issue giving money to someone other than me but they give me a difficult time when I ask for my money to be credited to my account.

Complaint: I purchased a new vehicle in XX/XX/XXXX from a dealership, who coordinated a loan with TD Auto Finance, which I used to finance approximately $ XXXX over 5 years for {$370.00} / month. We made our first two payments in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX via checks on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, we set up automatic payments and made an online payment for the month of XX/XX/XXXX. I was notified via email on XX/XX/XXXX that autopay was setup and would be effective on XX/XX/XXXX to cover the XX/XX/XXXX payment. Additionally, we received a letter from TD Auto Finance on XX/XX/XXXX notifying us that our auto pay was setup and that it would begin auto paying on XX/XX/XXXX and that this would continue until the final payment was due in XX/XX/XXXX, which would be a different amount that we would be notified of via mail. TD Auto Finance never again contacted us via phone, email, or mail over the next 4.5 years. Every month I saw the {$370.00} deducted from our account and assumed that everything was processing as it should with the loan. The next communication we received, 4.5 years later, was a notice that our final payment for {$440.00} was due, along with {$1600.00} in late fees for a total of {$1900.00} due. We had no idea what these late fees were for, nor did we ever know we were past due on anything. I contacted TD Auto Finance on XX/XX/XXXX and was informed that during autopayment setup, they believed that a payment was missed and so every payment since then was considered late and was charged a late fee. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would receive a callback in 24-48 hours. I never received a callback. I contacted TD Auto Finance again on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to XXXX XXXX who was eventually able to connect me to her manager, XXXX XXXX. I asked Ms. XXXX why I was never contacted about a late fee, and she told me that they had two bad phone numbers on my account, XXXX and XXXX. The XXXX number is a generic corporate number for a former employer of mine, but the XXXX number is not a phone number I have any affiliation with and I have no idea where they got it from. Further, she said that they do not use email at TD Auto Finance due to security issues, even though they previously notified me via email that my auto pay was successfully setup. She said they never contacted me by mail because they thought I did not want to be contacted after my online sign up for auto pay, which is obviously ridiculous to think I would not want to be contacted about late fees accruing over the course of 4.5 years. Ms. XXXX did not offer any possible resolutions to the {$1600.00} in late fees and complete and total lack of communication by the company. Further, when presented with the details about our payment continuity through XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, she just said that she had seen this before and we must have missed a payment, even though we have records showing the date each payment had been made, which makes me wonder if this is a regular practice of the company. At this point TD Auto Finance been charging me late fees for what I believe to be their mistake and they let this continue for 4.5 years without ever attempting to contact me via communication channels that they previously used to get in contact with me. This is clearly an unethical business practice used to charge ridiculous fees that will not be noticed until a loan comes to its final payment.

Complaint: Home equity loan with TDBank. Original complaint with cupboard case XXXX. TD bank admitted their error in not telling us the interest rate. I was prequalified for Prime minus 1.01 %. That is not what I got. Felt like bait and switch tactic used by TDBank. They promised to lower my existing rate by .50 % on XX/XX/2018. I have this in writing from XXXX XXXX, advocate & customer experience advocate. I see this was adjusted once. It should be for the life of the loan. XXXX is unresponsive as well as was XXXX XXXX and also their manager XXXX XXXX. They will NOT discuss this over the phone. Emails are unclear. Others go unanswered. I tried to file a complaint with the Federal Reserve only to find TDBank is not in their jurisdiction. Where can I go from here? They are a XXXX XXXX firm. Can I appeal to an agency in XXXX? Can someone give me the name of the CEO or the executive in charge of consumer satisfaction? I want appeal further. XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. filled suit claiming I owed the debt being reported as charged off and collection on my credit report. On XX/XX/2018 a Superior Court ruled in Summary Judgement on the merits that XXXX XXXX XXXX was not legally authorized to collect this debt and also ruled in my favor for motion to dismiss for lack of standing ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. did not show they had a legal right to bring this action ). Case has been dismissed with Prejudice, without objection from the Plaintiff ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. ) see attachment of court ruling. I submitted the court ruling to the CRA 's disputing the tradeline with a copy of the court order. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. responded to the dispute indicating that the information was being reported accurately refusing to delete the tradeline. XXXX XXXX XXXX is listing this charge off and collection as the " original creditor '' and by continued reporting of this information after the Summary Judgement order is a FCRA violation and state consumer laws violations. XXXX XXXX XXXX is also in contempt of a court order as the judge has determined in ruling for Summary Judgement that I do not owe this debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX and therefore the item must be deleted immediately or they will face legal action.

Complaint: I purchased two XXXX smart phones using XXXX XXXX which is run by TD Bank. I paid both of these phones off in full. My wife 's phone had a rebate offer of {$220.00} if we traded-in her previous XXXX phone. It was sent as agreed to XXXX in the packaging and box they provided. Although it was mailed in pristine condition ( I have XXXX records showing that it was used until we started using her new phone ), it was severely damaged during the shipment process ( it looked like someone has actually stomped on it and it was totaled ). At first XXXX revoked the rebate. I diligently paid the off the {$220.00} debt to TD Bank on XX/XX/2018 while my dispute proceeded forward. However, after I wrote XXXX they agreed to refund the {$220.00} charge. The refund was placed in my XXXX XXXX ( TD Bank ) account. I saw my refund sit in my account for several months in " Pending Transactions '' as a credit to me until I complained about not receiving my refund. I sent TD Bank as proof the email I received from XXXX XXXX refunding my {$220.00} asking for my credit. It of course has now disappeared from " Pending Transactions '' all together now! I talked to TD Bank 's customer service at length about this, and the department managers ( note plural ) agreed with me that I had paid the {$220.00}, but that that it was out of their hands. I just want the {$220.00} owed to me. Thank you very much!

Complaint: I spoke with multiple XXXX customer service employees in various departments at their main customer service number. After 2 hours on the phone I was advised that I am no longer permitted to make purchases on XXXX with my XXXX XXXX, the XXXX store credit card. The only explanation provided was it was due to an abnormal order history. I have no idea what that means and the final representative hung up me. I was advised there is no recourse to change this. I do not understand what is occurring and would like to continue to make purchases on XXXX. Please assist.

Complaint: on saturday i purchased a tour in XXXX for me an my child with this card. i was excited about it. unfortunately the tour guide was not so good and it was not enjoyable. i did contact the company to let them know he did not speak loud for all he did not wait for all before he kept walking and i wanted some of my XXXX dollars back. i have heard nothing. i emailed. i will pay for the museum which was part of the money but noit tour. it was awful. every time i tried to connect with disputes i get disconnected. i have never disputed an item before with XXXX XXXX XXXX please refund half after talking to them XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Complaint: Since XX/XX/2018, XXXX has failed to post and credit my automatic payments and any other payments to my account even though they debit the money from my bank the every next day. Ive called several times to get this corrected but that hasnt happened. In late XX/XX/2018, I noticed that my payment was not credited after over a week and called XXXX. The employee told me my payment would be on hold for another 7 days and that he would not credit my payment sooner unless he called my bank with me on the line proved I actually made the payment. He asked me for my bank info and joined the calls. I became suspicious because after he yelled at me for hitting the button to bypass the prompts to speak with someone, and said I should have let him hear how much money I have. On this same call I asked him why he didnt answer when I asked him if he needed to verify anything else while on the call with my bank and he told me he didnt answer me because it was illegal for him to have done what he just did. Each time I called back the CSR has told me they want my bank info so they can call my bank and listen to prove the check actually was paid by my bank. I repeatedly told them I already know my payments clear the next day after theyre paid and that we both already have proof of it. I also asked why they were doing this and was told they dont know and that it might be a system glitch. The most recent CSR put me on hold for very long periods and while holding I read my credit card agreement. When she got back on the line I told her I see they are in breach because it states they are to credit payments the same day as long as its made by XXXX, or the next day, if its made after XXXX, then she asked me to hold again hung up on me. I called right back and they next CSR apologized and said she noted the inappropriate behavior of the prior agent and would help me, while she was talking someone hung up the phone again. Ive called back several times and each time someone disconnects the call. Ive attached a screenshot of the XX/XX/XXXX additional payment I made on top of my automatic payment and as of today, XX/XX/18, it still has not been credited to my account ( do not post this attachment publicly ). Thank you.
