Complaint: I have a judgement from XXXX for a vehicle purchased for XXXX thru Chrysler Credit from XX/XX/XXXX?? Been so long I do n't remember. When the economy went bad in XXXX we had to let it go, and returned it to the XXXX dealer in XXXX Mo. After that we received a letter stating the vehicle had been sold at auction for XXXX, reducing the amount we owed to XXXX. At the time we also lost our home, so the vehicle was not at the top of our priorities. Today, 11 years later this company continues to garnish my wages. They show I have paid XXXX and still have a total due of XXXX! A year and a half ago, a relative had me ask them if they would accept a settlement, I gave them an offer and they laughed. They said they would accept XXXX. My wife has become ill and has been diagnosed with XXXX called XXXX, she can not work and is in XXXX. When they renew their wage garnishments every few months, our income gets tight, and we can not purchase all of her medications sometimes. The worst thing of all, Chrysler does not even have a record or account with my name on record anywhere.

Complaint: I was charged a late fee with Target for not paying my payment on time. It was due the XXXX and I paid on the XXXX but it was after XXXX. I was not aware there was a cut off time. I called in reference to my bill because of this. I had a due amount of my regular monthly payment and the {$27.00} dollar late fee. The customer service person said sincnce I had a good record with them and was not aware she would credit back the {$27.00}. I assumed then since she took off the {$27.00} I know longer owed it and paid my regular payment. Then my next statement said I did not pay all due and charged me another {$27.00} and a {$38.00} fee. I called about this and he said even though they took away the {$27.00} dollars I still had to pay it. I did not understand and asked to dispute it as now they say I owe next payment {$110.00} dollars. They said I could not dispute this. I was very upset and became emotional and cried. He then set me up on a plan so that instead of owing my next payment {$110.00} it would be {$83.00}. I was crying as I was so upset. I told him they were XXXX over the customer and that who would not think if the late fee was credited why would a person still have to pay it. Then they really did not credit it. I still do not understand this entire handling of my account. Can you assist. Do I have any recourse?

Complaint: In 2012 my wife signed up for a Nordstrom Visa, I did not apply. A few weeks later, we both received a credit card, though I was not listed to get one. I noticed a year or so later that Nordstroms Visa was showing up on my personal credit bureau. I do not know how they got my social security #. I called to cancel the card today and was told that I am not able to cancel the card. To clarify, I was not calling to cancel my wife 's account. This was strictly to cancel the account Nordstrom set up for me without my consent. According to the representative, only my wife can cancel the card that is issued to me and is showing up on my credit. I am not able to do so. How is it my wife has more authority over my personal credit than I do? Look, if Nordstrom issued me a card on my wife 's account and it was not tied to my credit then I get it, its up to her to cancel. But, since Nordstrom has put this on my personal credit bureau, it is now up to me. I do not understand how Nordstrom can keep a credit card active ( that has a XXXX balance and is rarely used ) for a customer who requests it be canceled. Please help me here. Thank you.

I am now doing business with TD bank through Tdcardservices.com. I was led to believe through the marketing and the name on the card that I would be doing business with XXXX. Complaint: On late XX/XX/XXXX we brought a {$690000.00} check after we sold our residential house, to TD bank for XXXX, where I have checking account, the XXXX direct us to talk to their so called investment personnel, she persuade us to put money in Annuity, she claimed interest rate is high in Annuity, we told her we need money soon to purchase a house, right now we are renting, she said we can close account when we need it and get prorated, now we want to purchase a house and need down payment, we instructed her XXXX weeks ago to sell all my annuity which was {$500000.00} and deposit back to my account, then we realized she only could closed XXXX account {$300000.00}, and also found out the other {$200000.00} she open a XXXX years term XXXX, which can not close prematurely, there is penalty of {$17000.00}, to avoid penalty we have to wait XXXX years, XXXX tried to block me from contacting Delaware XXXX she suggested we need money we can get mortgage or home equity, we were shocked to find out after we contacted XXXX that the interest is XXXX % only and XXXX said her TD bank can give us mortgage, and leave Annuity open for XXXX years, everybody know mortgage is now XXXX % more, but after we complain to Better Business Bureau that she never showed us the annuity policy, just gave us paper to sign, if we saw the policy, we wo n't agree to put the money to a account that we can not close until XXXX years later, TD bank stated there was miscommunication, it was not miscommunication, we signed the paper of annuity because we trusted her, we never imagined she lied and cheated to benefit herself for bonus, and TD Bank showed us the copies of what we sign, and found out she made up story of how we do n't need money in 5 years and we want a higher yield then checking account and so on, even go further to make story up that we sold rental house and do n't need any money, so she decided XXXX is very suitable for us, TD bank has no sincere to solve the problem, just insisted that we signed papers so no more argument, we all know customers usually do n't read every single line just trust whatever seller said, or signed at whatever paper seller want to show
