Complaint: Banks accounts opened at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX were opened or attempted to be open. TD bank was successful they added a account under my name. Transferred monies from my main bank account in a different location Fraud did not catch it in time. Also my mail was forwarded for 5 times now to another location unknown to me, and in turn many of my checks were returned to sender. <P/>I do n't have that info anymore as the account is closed tied to the frauded acount. I need help in finding who is doing this and why.Local Police were alerted and case numbers for both are : XXXX XXXX Contact XXXX NJ Police Department at XXXX for all paperwork. I will also forward anything i have. Posted on XXXX and XXXX today too.Targeting me because I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX will not get you anywhere just fuel my case even more. United states Postal service you forwarded my mail 5 times now with held my mail and sent it back many times after i ask you for an exclusion which means unless i directly come in there with ID, social security and birth certificate and my signature you are not allowed to accept any forwarding of my mailing address to anywhere. You however vilolated my rights as a US citizen and not protecting us will be entered in a lawsuit. I hope you all see how well you think your protected but really not. I also hope none of you go through this. If I have to pay for a P.O. Box you will be forwarded your own bill. I am not going away and refuse to be treated in this way. I want all to see this.

Complaint: My bill pay check was not dated until XX/XX/XXXX, but the funds were made unavailable by the bank. As soon as I find out, I called the bank at XXXX on X/XX/17. He placed me on a long hold, telling me that he would try to cancel the bill pay and make the funds available. After a few minutes, he said he or his manager would call back. I never heard back from anyone. I then called the bank at my lunch, and they informed me they would not make the funds available. They essentially told me they could do whatever they wanted and did n't have to respect my wishes to cancel the transaction I feel this is constitutes deceptive and unfair business practices.

Complaint: TD Bank has inconsistently responded to an electronic check return complaint by claiming 1 ) It was a bank processing error ( see letter dated X/XX/17 ), and 2 ) It was returned due to payment requested had a difference amount than listed for payment ( see emails dated X/XX/17 ). <P/>TD Bank offered a letter of apology and {$330.00}. In discussion with bank customer care analyst on or around X/XX/17 it was cited the monetary offer was insufficient, but later in a letter dated X/XX/17, I stated I was willing to accept whatever the Bank was willing to offer. <P/>The Bank has responded to this complaint inconsistently and in part inaccurately. TD Bank has not provided a reasonably expected level of care regarding accurate, timely, and transparent communications. This lack of care and the bank errors and omissions has caused me financial hardship which the Bank is solely responsible to resolve.

Complaint: Hello, As of today I have been charged a total of {$170.00} in bank fees which {$100.00} has been reversed, TD bank pick and chooses when to post a transaction ( they 'll leave it pending for several of day s ) hold deposits and charge fees instead of processing the deposit and when your deposit clears, they have charged fees so that your money is gone. This is unfair and illegal and something must be done!

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a payment for {$4500.00} via personal check to the State of NY for estimated tax payment. I did not transfer sufficient funds from my savings to my checking account and check # XXXX was returned and the money was credited to my account in the amount of {$4500.00}. I called TD Bank on friday XX/XX/XXXX, to resolve the issue, and the representative waived my returned check fee of {$35.00}, and also informed me that the check is void at this time, and I would need to write another check to the state of NY. I immediately made an online payment to the State of NY, and it posted on Monday XX/XX/XXXX. In addition to posting the payment, TD Bank processed the supposed returned check # XXXX payment and {$4500.00} was withdrawn from my account. I was under the impression, based on TD Bank 's representative that check # XXXX was null and void. I called TD Bank, and they placed a stop payment on the {$4500.00} to State of NY on XX/XX/XXXX, and I was told on a recorded line that the {$4500.00} would be processed and returned in 24 hours. Today I called, and they are saying 3 business days to process a stop payment and obtain my funds back to the account. {$4500.00} was withdrawn two times and they are now pulling up recorded conversations I had with TD Bank to verify that their representative in fact instructed me to write another check to the state of NY since the returned check was voided.
