Complaint: I have filed a fraud complaint with XXXX and they have her recorded stating to cancel the service and now charging me XXXX for equipment she threw out against her for the XXXX and also filing criminal charges for opening a XXXX card with all my information and XXXX says she forged my signature to open the credit card. Fraud Ticket Number XXXX. I am on the phone with XXXX to get the application where she signed my name and will go to the police department tomorrow to file charges against her. XXXX XXXX AKA XXXX XXXX has open a XXXX Card in MY name without my consent and signed my name she also canceled the cable and threw the boxes in the trash without my permission she is not on either account and just found out about the credit card because its in collections.. I need help please She also fraudility gets food stamps he mom and sister and XXXX XXXX helped her do this and they all work and gte food stamps she tried to get disability until they caught her cleaning houses and now her mother XXXX XXXX is lying to get disability and all se their pain pills. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX all see several doctors to gte massive amounts of narcotics

Complaint: In 2011 I opened an account with TD so I could use the coin machine to convert our spare change into savings for my son. I deposited around {$60.00} in this account. a period of months I did not add fund to the account and I did n't receive paper statements until I was finally sent a letter from TD saying the account was in overdraft {$30.00} plus some other fees. It turned out they had been taking a {$15.00} fee out of the account over a period of months and I had no idea this was happening. They continued to charge the fees even when the account went into overdraft and I only found out when they sent me a letter. I tired to close the account as soon as I was made aware of it but could n't until I paid what they said I owed them. I spent several days on the phone both with their collections department, customer service and with people in the branch, at least trying to negotiate a way for me to close the account that was fair - e.g I even said I would ask them to refund the money they had taken from me if they just did n't make me pay a fee on top of what they took. All representatives I spoke to refused repeated that it was in the fine print, though I was never actually told this when I opened the account. It seems to me that it is something that customers should be warned about - not something to be in the fine print. None of the reps I spoke to would budge on this, despite how unreasonable it was and all were rude to me about it, despite it being clearly suspect practice on the banks behalf. I did n't want this to damage my credit score so I paid it and closed the account. In the end it turned out they took all of the money I had deposited in the account and I was charged late fees on top of that.

It is the result of identity theft. I received a copy of my credit report and discovered a hard inquiry from your company. I did authorizing this inquiry. I did not apply for any credit with your company and have not existing accounts. Please delete this information from my credit report, pursuant to section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have contacted these companies individually and have not received any reply back.

Complaint: I have a checking account at TD Bank. I opened the account about a year ago and deposited {$100.00}, which is the minimum requirement so you are not charged any fees. When I received my first statement I noticed a paper statement fee for {$1.00}. Which brought my balance below {$100.00}. I immediately contacted TD Bank and stated the paper statement fee was never verbally disclosed to me at account opening. The banker was very understanding and reversed the paper statement fee and the pending monthly maintenance fee of {$15.00}. I enrolled in online statements as well. These adjustments brought my balance back to the {$100.00} minimum requirement. I received a letter in the mail dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX which stated my account is overdrawn by {$19.00}. At first I thought someone compromised my account and withdrew the monies, but when I called TD Bank on XXXX XXXX, XXXX I was informed the funds were depleted due to the $ XXXX monthly maintenance fee that was being charged for low balance. This is the explanation I received when I contacted TD Bank. The paper statement fee was charged in early XXXX, but the reversal did not occur until a couple weeks later, so my balance was not at {$100.00} for the full month. Thus, I was charged the {$15.00} maintenance fee every month since that time. When I took care of this in XXXX the Banker told me that I was made whole again with the reversals and enrolling in online statements and I would not be charged anymore fees as long as the balance remained at {$100.00}. Well I guess someone forgot to disclose another important fact. TD Bank has now failed to disclose important facts on two different occasions.

Because this involved a question of fraud I hung up on the second call when the respondent began asking for personal information including social security number etc. I received a bill for {$4100.00} for various XXXX products purchased on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXX which I did not make. The issuer of the card ( and protest this fraudulent account opened in my name and was told that no such account exists in their records. I have checked with the credit agencies ( XXXX, XXXX XXXX ) and no inquiries were made in connection with this account opening and I have since locked my credit file to new account inquiries with the credit reporting agencies.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX charged my card with out any authorization from any part. He did not obtain a signature from anyone authorizing the transaction or any written consent to do so. A dispute was filed for services not provided and fraud in XXXX and now again in XXXX for fraud again. The banks the processed the transactions TD Bank, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX. Did not due there due diligence in investigating the claim. The never made a followup to allow me to address his false position and defend myself against XXXX XXXX defaming letter ( s ). They never even made any attempt to verify if the charges were indeed authorized which they were not. There is not any correspondence or signature to authorize the claim. In one letter to TD Bank the letter state the charge was " Called In '' and the receipt shows it was swiped. XXXX XXXX XXXX has {$13000.00} in unauthorized fraudulent charges and services not provided to my account which TD Bank failed to protect me for. XXXX Can not provide proof of authorization for these transactions in any facet. These banks failed to protect me as a consumer and this attorney has indeed committed fraud.
