ACCOUNT WAS NEVER LATE AND ALWAYS BEEN A GOOD STANDING. MY CREDIT IS EXCELLENT FROM ALL THREE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES. I TRIED TO LOG IN SINCE LAST FEW DAYS AND TRY TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT IT DIDN'T GAVE ME FULL ACCESS TO IT. I CALLED BANK THEY GAVE ME NO REASON AND TOLD ME MY ACCOUNT IS IN COLLECTION. ON XX/XX/XXXX I WENT TO TD BANK XXXX NEW JERSEY BRAND AND SPOKE TO BANKER SHE TRIED TO HELP ME AND CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND WE BOTH GOT SAME NO REASON ANSWER AND THEY TOLD US THAT WE ARE GON NA RECEIVE LETTER WHY MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED.

Complaint: I have a loan with TD BANK USA/XXXX XXXX. I have always made my payments on time. For some reason I realized that there was a late payment on my credit report. As you can see, I have always had a stellar payment record with this company. I tried contacting both XXXX TD BANK USA/XXXX XXXX and with no successful resolution. XXXX was the only one reporting me late. There was definitely an error on their part. I was never 30 days late XX/XX/2016.

Complaint: I noticed that there were purchases made from my account. I called TD Bank to find out what type of company XXXX was. The representative told me that it was for online grocery shopping. I told him that I never made those purchases and he had me fill out a fraud disclaimer. Hes asking a series of questions as he is suppose to, and Im giving him all the information. After everything is said and done he says, Ok Ms., so the last four of your card is XXXX. I said, No. The last four of my card is XXXX. Then he said, Were you aware that there was a second card connected to your account? And I said, No! I was not aware! How is that even possible? So he cancelled both cards and the next day I closed my account because my account was compromised. I am real sceptical about swiping my card places and will only take out money from the banks ATM. I feel as though this was an inside job because its not like the purchases were made from my account using my card number. These purchases were made from another card connected to my account. Someone should be held accountable.
