Complaint: I purchased 3 items on XXXX, using XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2017. Within the return period I came back to the store and wanted to return the items and get a refund. The associate took all three items from me. However only two items were refunded back to my XXXX XXXX XXXX. The third item was not refunded as I found out later checking my account. Moreover the item appeared as " no receipt '' item and thus was supposed to be refunded by XXXX 's gift card. But the associate did not tell me anything and did not give me any gift card. They basically took those money ( {$43.00} ) from me. I tried to resolved that with the store manager and wrote a clam to XXXX 's headquarters office but received no response.

Complaint: We filed BK XX/XX/XXXX. We listed three mortgages held by TD Bank. For five years plus they did nothing with these loans. Now, some five and a half years later, they decide to start foreclosing. ( Interestingly as the market place has improved ). I now receive demand letters from the attorneys at XXXX XXXX XXXX ( a XXXX law firm ) representing the bank. I have sheriffs knocking on my door at XXXX in the XXXX delivering demand letters and notices. I've had complaints and threats of fines from municipalities for code compliance infractions ( primarily the XXXX, PA municipality ). I receive a barrage of mail ( as recently as this past weekend of XX/XX/XXXX ) from the bank and attorney claiming {$170.00}, XXXX is owed on these properties. The very first page in the BK filing under the heading " Creditors May Not Take Certain Actions '' it clearly states the creditor must refrain from arbitrarily contacting the debtor. They have been and are in violation of my rights availed me through my plan. TD Bank had five years to file the proper notifications during the BK period to acquire a relief of stay. They did not. Now, that is suits their financial needs, they desire to take the properties. I want the notices, the letters, the sheriff visits to stop! TD Bank and the Trustee in the BK didn't see any value in these properties when they were listed in the BK. Now, I don't think they should have the right to harass me for them.

Complaint: Hi, I opened an account in XX/XX/2017 with TD Bank. After opening it, I went back to my home country and realized the card and the bank account have my last name misspelled. For that reason, I couldn't set up home banking for a while, and because of the $ XXXX monthly fee for printed statements ( that nobody told me about ), my balance went below {$100.00} and I started getting charged for monthly maintenance. I've been able to create an online banking account now but I need help with getting credited back the maintenance amounts that you deducted, also because I can't use my money or my card at all. After this, they credited my account, the system still sees that my balance was low at some point ( which happened thanks to their actions ) and it now the deductions don't stop happening even though my balance is {$100.00}. They keep deducting a unjust maintenance fee, and I can't fix it since I'm not in the US to go to a branch and they refuse to fix it over email.

Complaint: XXXX client, XXXX XXXX is a victim of identity theft. A current XXXX credit report reveals that a fraudulent application was submitted with his information that resulted in an inquiry XX/XX/2018 that he did not authorize with TD Bank/Nordstrom. He contacted TD Bank/Nordstrom of this issue when it occurred and was told the inquiry would not be reported however upon review of the credit report the inquiry was found. An official dispute of this item was mailed to TD Bank/Nordstrom XX/XX/2018 ; as of this date TD Bank/Norstrom has failed to reply as in their obligation under FCRA. This is a violation of my client 's consumer rights.

Problem with personal statement of dispute
Complaint: I borrowed auto loan through TD Auto Finance since XX/XX/2012. I have been using auto pay to pay my loan and assuming the auto pay will take care of the entire loan. I have never miss or late for any payments. Until I recently found out that my credit score has dropped 200 points and I have not received my car title. That was the first time I found out that I need to actually call TD to make that last payment. During these period, I did not received any remindering letter, email or phone calls as they promised on their website which I found out later. I immediately paid the remaining balance over the phone and wrote a letter to TD credit dispute to explain my situation and hope they can take off the negative impact on my credit score. Giving that I was not aware nor received any reminders regarding the last payment needed to be manually paid, TD insisted that they had sent out multiple letters, emails and phone calls which is not truth. I have been making multiple phone calls and letters to TD regarding my situation but they insisted it's not their fault or responsiblility to disput my credit score. 200+ credit score dropped is a big damage and please help me fix this.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, someone managed to withdraw {$760.00} from my checking account, leaving me with a negative balance. I did not realize my account was in the negatives until the following day, XX/XX/XXXX. Between that time, I deposited {$200.00} at a TD Bank ATM, paid for gas, and purchased a drink at XXXX without realizing my account was compromised. I never received a notification stating that I was, the only reason I found out was when I decided to do my weekly check up on my bank account through the TD Bank app on my phone. I immediately went to a nearby TD Bank in XXXX, NY and explained my situation. The employee who helped me issued me a new debit card, and filed a fraud claim for me. The following is what I stated in the claim : * I never lost my debit card, I even showed it to the employee before she gave me a new one. * The location that the money was withdrawn from was at a TD Bank that I've never been to. * This was the first time that I experienced bank fraud/theft. * The money had to be withdrawn on XXXX in the early morning ( XXXX ), because I deposited {$200.00} around XXXX. I can not provide the exact time because that information is not shown on my statement or account history, only the date is shown. * Assuming the money was withdrawn some time between XXXX, how could I deposit {$200.00} at a different location that was over 1.5 hours away. After I filed the claim, I waited 10 business days for a reply from TD Bank. During this time, I was also hit with a {$140.00} overdraft fee. The bank eventually told me that my claim was denied because according to them, my debit card was used, the PIN was entered correctly the first try, and the location it was withdrawn from was nearby my home address. I stated again that I never lost my card, and I have no records of ever going to this particular TD Bank ATM before. After speaking to the employee at the bank, and also calling TD Bank 's Customer Service, I was recommended to file a police report. Which I did. The bank employees told me that I should bring a copy of the police report to them so they could open up another fraud claim for me. However, the police told me that I can not receive a copy of the report. So I left it up to the police and detectives to take care of the situation for me. I also opened up a second fraud claim to classify my account as " under investigation '' to prevent it from being closed. I have waited over a month now and still have no word from the police/detectives and my fraud claim was denied again. During this time, my job continued to pay me by direct deposit so I was able to bring my account into the positives again and have access to some money. I have since withdrawn almost all of my paychecks as cash the day I get paid, to prevent the chance of facing further theft.

Complaint: My contact telephone number, on TD Bank 's records, at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY XXXX was fraudulently changed by bank employees. Employees and/or co-conspirators counterfeited two checks, one for {$2800.00} and one for {$2900.00}. On XX/XX/2018, Co-conspirators called bank on XX/XX/2018 and had employees transfer {$3000.00} from my corporate checking account to my personal checking account both domiciled at above TD Bank. On same day, co-conspirators cashed the foregoing checks at two different XXXX XXXX XXXX branches of TD bank.The reverse side of one of the counterfeit checks that was cashed has an inscription " called customer ''. The teller called the telephone number of the perpetrator to which my records were changed. The perpetrator answered the phone and identified himself as me and the teller cashed the check. The other check has no such notation. When I reported this to XXXX XXXX, TD Bank representative, she called the perpetrator and he could only give her my address and not my social security number or date of birth. Therefore, the tellers or the employee who trfed above {$3000.00} could not have gotten necessary ID for Perp. Therefore, this embezzlement could only have been perpetrated by or with the needed assistance of TD Bank employees.
