I have contacted XXXX XXXX several times viable evidence bearing my signature and how they verified this alleged account without providing me any proof that this account in fact belongs to me i.e. something with my signature. As per FTC opinion letter from Atty. XXXX XXXX XXXX you should be aware that a printout of a bill or an itemized document does not constitute verification. I am challenging the accuracy, compliance, and reportability of the listing. I do not consent to XXXX or any means of automated verification. Failure to respond satisfactorily within 30 days of receipt of this notification may result in a small claims action. In the abscence of any such documentation I formally request that this information be immediately deleted from my credit file.

Complaint: I opened my checking account with TD bank branch on XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NH on XX/XX/2018 as a non resident. The bank closed my account on XX/XX/2018 without any warning. I tried to log in online and all my credentials were denied so I emailed the store supervisor named XXXX XXXX inquiring about what was going on and her answer was that they closed my account because they needed additional information from me but could not reach me with the phone number I provided. She claimed that they called me 5 times and left voice messages though I haven't seen any missed call or voicemail. They did not send any official mail to the address I provided when I opened the account to let me know they needed more information or use my email address that they have to let me about the issue. I feel abused and confused as to why they closed my account this way and I haven't done any suspicious activity on my account or harass any of their employees. The only transactions I've been doing are either buying things online or in a store or transferring money from my XXXX account to my bank account.

Complaint: I opened a credit card with XXXX through TFD bank in XXXX. I paid off my balance with no late payments or balance carryovers from XXXX. -In XXXX XXXX had a huge data breach, and I also had my wallet stolen, and many of my credit cards had fraudulent charges as a result of that theft. -I reported the fraud to XXXX, who sent me a new card, and asked for additional information about what charges were not mine- I filled out this paperwork and sent it back to them, in XXXX. I did not continue to make monthly payments once I noticed the fraudulent charges, as accounts should be frozen until dispute is resolved. XXXX did not freeze my account or remove disputed charges- they continued to charge me late fees, docked my account as not paying, and after six months, with no resolution from their fraud department except them confirming I had filed the fraud report and their sending me a new card, they had more than doubled the owed amount, of close to {$900.00}, to {$2400.00} of late fees, interest, and other charges, all incurred during the open fraud dispute. - In XXXX, XXXX submitted my account, exactly six months from the first 'missed payment, ' to a collection agency and to all major credit bureaus, starting an negative and costly process that has greatly affected my living, transportation, and life choices as a direct result. -In XXXX, XXXX filed a civil suit against me for the {$2400.00} debt they claimed I owed. After almost two years of court, XXXX failed to produce the original contract, acknowledge that I had filed fraud, and would not respond to questions about contract violations when fraud was first filed. The court ruling was to dismiss the case, as XXXX did not have the right to collect the debt from me, meaning that I was NOT responsible for the debt- it was fraud. -The case was dismissed XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and as a result the charges should have been removed from my credit history, the delinquent account status should be removed, and an account showing good standing with no charge offs should have been retroactively updated. This did not happen. XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX showed a charge off of {$2400.00}, saying I was delinquent, that I owed this debt, and placing the date of this as the same time they opened the lawsuit, two years prior. This appears on my credit report and still causes me great issues and financial hardship and will show as a negative until XXXX. -I filed disputes with all major credit agencies, but XXXX responded with updated information, in XXXX of XXXX, stating that I was responsible for the charge off, that it was a delinquent account, which is a direct violation of the civil case they had already caused me to endure, and the case they lost. They have maliciously gone against all of my letters and request, violated a court order, and continue to affect my life and finances, ability to get a home, a car load, etc. time from work to go to court, and other stressors and negative impacts.

Complaint: Previous complaint number CFPB XXXX. I complained about a technical support issue with my checking regarding adding nicknames to my account. This has been an ongoing issue since XXXX of this year when the bank went with a new online system. I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/2018 stating they are still working on the issue and have no ETA on fixing it. I believe I gave it enough time ( 3 months ) and the problem still exists. What can be done to speed up the process to have this problem corrected?

Complaint: I am filing a complaint against TD Bank. I mailed my mortgage payment to my mortgage holder for the XX/XX/2018 mortgage payment for the amount of {$490.00}. The check was made to XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me to ask me why I did not send the payment for XXXX, I told that it was sent had had been deposited at my bank, since I saw on my statement that it had been deposited. I then uploaded the check from my computer and noticed that the front of the check had been altered and that XXXX had been added in parenthesis next to his name and that the signature at the back was not XXXX XXXX name but that someone else had signed the check. I then went to the TD Bank on the same day and filed an affidavit of fraud and gave them the number of the police report I made. The paperwork was notarized at the bank and my husband and I was told that the money would be refunded in the next four days. Since then I have contacted them multiple times, I have been told that the affidavit had been sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX and that they can not be contacted by phone, then I was told that my case had not been assigned to anyone. They called me today and had me sign another affidavit telling me that they need to send it to New Jersey and restart the process. They are refusing to pay back for their mistake. Complaint: I mistakenly submitted and extra {$1000.00} in paying off my loan. That check along with my payoff check of {$3100.00} ( a {$3.00} over payment ) cleared my account on XX/XX/2018. I phoned XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX and spoke with a woman named XXXX. She acknowledged the payments/payoff and notified me that my over payment would be sent out after 45 days. After telling her this was not acceptable I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred to XXXX XXXX, she told me that I would be paid in 21 business days, again not reasonable! I offered to send her copies of my cancelled checks and allow them to verify that the checks had cleared, she declined. I feel that XXXX XXXX XXXX is committing an unfair and deceptive act or practice, they do not outline any of their policies regarding this in their contract.
