Complaint: A hopital medical bill came to my address attention to me from someone who used my address when he got into an auto hit and run accident. After his release from hospital Ive been receiving the bill continously for several months despite my sending a letter informing them that the bill is not mine and he does not live at my residence nor I am his guardian. I do not even know the person. The bill is not mine. I am not the patient. For several months I am still getting the bill and now from a collection agency despite my numerous times of communicating with the hospital that the bill is not mine and I have no information regarding the whereabouts of this person. They are using my name and collecting from me on a bill that was never mine for someone whom I do know nor I have any relation.
