Complaint: My HIPPA laws have been violated my information has been released to a third party. They are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act twice over. First by the original alleged creditor giving my information to a third part debt collector and secondly by submitting the Medical debt to the credit bureau. I would like to see a validation of Debt and HIPAA authorization because I didn't authorize my information to be shared nor did I receive any information by mail.

It was originally submitted on XX/XX/XXXX and last updated on XX/XX/XXXX. I have made repeated phone calls to the number listed on my credit report that is associated with Stanislaw and left voicemails asking for a call back to discuss repayment. That number is : XXXX XXXX. It is an automated recording that shunts me to voicemail. I have yet to receive a response.

Complaint: I checked my credit score and noticed it had decreased and there was a report stating i was in collections. I gathered the information and attempted to call them. After calling them 4 times i got a hold of someone who then transferred me to the agent XXXX, she started the call extremely rude asked for my addressed and i let her know i never received a noticed since the address on file was incorrect she said they did not receive a mail back so the address was correct even though i stated the address was incorrect. I asked if there was a way to dispute and she stated i could not dispute the balance. In the beginning of the phone she let me know the balance was for XXXX then later on the phone call told me the balance XXXX since there was interest charge. She did not state her mini Miranda, she did not let me know the call was being recorded and hung up on me and was extremely rude and sarcastic and also lied about the balance on my account. She did not let me know if collection activity would continue. I called again to get the balance resolved and she let me know that i could not dispute and to talk to her manager. After i spoke with her manager she also did not do much. She did not tell me call was being recorded or the mini Miranda, she said she could give me a discount but did not offer to let me dispute the account. After i told her they had the wrong address she did not gather the correct address information and let me know i can dispute and rushed me off the phone without giving me details on how to dispute. I had a XXXX XXXX right after the call because of manipulative and rude behavior. The agent I spoke to was XXXX and her supervisor was XXXX. I do not owe this balance. The services were never provided. They broke FDCPA laws and HIPPA laws. I feel harassed and nothing was ever provided to me regarding the outstanding balance.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from my credit monitoring service. It informed me that my credit score had dropped over 40 points. I logged on and found that Stanislaus Credit Control had illegally posted a collection account and the original creditor was XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never heard of nor had an account with either of these two companies. My report shows that it is an open account and was opened on XX/XX/XXXX with a balance of {$470.00} I have no know knowledge of these two companies nor this debt. I have never had an account not any dealings with either of them. I never receive a letter in the mail that gave me 30 days to validate or dispute this account. I never received a letter stating that I have an alleged debt with this company and owe a balance on that account. Again, I have absolutely no knowledge of this account with them. I understand that, under the FDCPA guidelines for collection agencies or me to go further with this account, I need ( 1 ) proof that they are the original holder of this debt and can legally hold me responsible for paying this debt and ( 2 ) contractual proof of obligation or an assignment SIGNED in BLUE ink from an officer from the original creditors corporation that I am supposed to pay them. 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) grants me the right to request validation of this alleged debt they say I owe. If I would have gotten anything in the mail from this company before they illegally reported to my credit report, I would have respectfully requesting evidence that I am the person they are asking to pay this debt and a contractual obligation that legally binds me to pay them this debt. Upon them receiving my validation letter, they would have to legally cease from collection calls, letters, and efforts and delete the account from my credit files until they can validate this debt. But again, I never received such a letter about this account ever in the mail. They have illegally posted and reported to my credit file file without adhering to the FDCPA laws. When I got the email on XX/XX/XXXX, proceeded to contact them via phone number that was listed on the account ( XXXX ). From the first time I called up to now, no one is picking up the phone and the phone line says to leave a message. There is no other contact information, but by phone. However, there is no voicemail prompt to leave a message. Im not sure if this a scam or someone is attempting to hack my credit file or not. What I do know is that this company has broken FCRA and FDCPA laws but reporting a false account to my credit report without informing me through mail, email, phone, etc. My credit score has dropped tremendously in the middle of purchasing a home. Please help me get his account removed immediately. I'm preparing to sue under the FCRA and FDCPA because of the damages to my credit and opportunity costs with the purchase of my home and business ventures that have to be delayed until this illegal account is removed.
