Complaint: Stanislaus Credit Control Services reported {$450.00} on my credit without sending me any communication. I was never informed that this money I have to pay. I did n't even receive verification of debt which I requested. They did n't even inform me, all they did is reported to my credit report. So I called them and requested them its wrong I may dispute it later by I want this off my credit report. So they asked me to fax a letter which I did n't on XX/XX/XXXX but they still did n't fax me any proof. So I am not even sure if I owe this money and if I do I still need complete proof of service. I would like to request why did they report it without informing me. So I like this to be deleted from my credit report

I have called them and told them the bill needed to be sent directly to my insurance company, XXXX . I gave them the insurance address and phone number to claims. My insurance paid all other bills. Instead of XXXX sending the bill to my insurance, they chose to refer to a collection company. Stanislaus Credit control service I have sent certified mail to all involved. My latest contact with my insurance company said they will pay the entire bill. In the mean time the collection agency has destroyed my credit report.

Complaint: on XX/XX/XXXX, i opened a complaint Case number : XXXX in this i showed that stanislaus credit control had deleted and reinserted XXXX collections without sending the proper reinsertion notice within XXXX days ( which is required by law ). the response i recieved on Case number : XXXX was that they were going to look into this. It clearly has been more than XXXX days, and yet XXXX of the claims is still illegally on my credit reports for {$220.00}. stanislaus credit control has broken the law by deleting and reinserting these accounts mutliple times ( i have proof of this ) not sending a reinsertion letter. i recieved a copy of XXXX bills from this company that did not validate any debt as it was a copy of XXXX bills .... both without signatures and broke hippa as the line that shows that it was ok toreleased info to process the claim was blank. i will be seeking legal remedies if this is not resolved immediately
