Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2015, we terminated our service with XXXX/XXXX and returned our equipment as directed. We were told we would receive our final bill shortly. On XXXX XXXX, we received our final bill from XXXX for {$51.00}, after the applied credit to our account of {$130.00}. The bill due date was XXXX XXXX, 2015. I immediately paid our bill on XXXX XXXX for the amount owed. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I received a call from XXXX demanding payment of the {$51.00} plus fees totaling {$67.00}. I explained to XXXX we were NOT delinquent and had paid the bill on the date received. XXXX said we need to take it up with XXXX. We called XXXX and attempted for for over XXXX hours, most which was on hold to talk to someone who could straighten this out as my credit is now negatively affected. Customer service agents pulled up our account and said they did n't understand why we were referred to a collection agency. We never received an answer, we referred to several departments within XXXX including " Internal Collections '', none of who could answer why they referred our account to collections. This illegal act by XXXX is outrageous and callous. We have been good customers, always paying our bill XXXX days ahead of the due date, now we have this attack on my good credit.

Complaint: I received a call from Southwest Credit Systems at XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The representative I spoke with did ID the company. The representative also provided the last 4 numbers of my Social Security Number and a mailing address of mine. No info was verified at that time. I advised the representative that this is a violation of FDCPA. I termed the call. Redialed the company at XXXX - asked the 2nd rep that the call be recorded - attempted to advise rep of the incident of the initial call, rep cut me off to verify info that I refused to provide due to initial incident, advised rep that I would like to finish what I was saying and rep continued to cut me off. I would like to submit a FDCPA violation on Southwest Credit Systems with the FTC/CFPB as the company provided sensitive information such as my social security number. This is information that I am to provide during a verification process -

It is coming from Southwest Credit Systems and they specifically ask for me. This is a business and I previously have advised them they are not to call the business number and not to robo call either as I do not appreciate being asked to hold for a real person. And incidentally, I still have uverse personally and have complained to the credit bureau without results. I also continue to get calls from XXXX XXXX XXXX asking me to switch the telephone over to XXXX. So apparently they are not trying to collect these charges.

Complaint: Southwest Credit Systems is trying to pin a fraudulent zombie debt on my credit file ( XXXX ) for the amount of {$160.00}. I called to verify and they told me it was for a person living in Virginia a place I have never lived for a debt from 2004. I also called XXXX and they could n't understand how they came to the conclusions of amounts, debtor and " Date Opened '' they have listed because the record they pulled does not show the same information. This is a scam of a company. Fraud! Cease and desist all communications. Remove this fraudulent debt from my credit report.

Complaint: I have had this number for almost two years now and have been called by XXXX to XXXX collections agencies to include this Southwest which I called on XXXX XXXX, 2015 to tell them I am not the party they are attempting to collect from and have no idea whom they are. They ask for XXXX or XXXX XXXX each time. I am not sure if I spelled XXXX correctly. I again called this collection company on XXXX XXXX, 2015 for a call I received on Sunday XXXX XXXX, 2015 to let them know I was reporting them and a XXXX claimed I have never been called by them. Seems they all say that, but I maintain a scrap paper note of these calls and Southwest is one that has called with the same telephone number. My home phone is unpublished and unlisted for my privacy. Note I have been receiving collection calls for this party from the day I switched from XXXX system to XXXX and one reason I changed was because I received calls on XXXX system for a different party collection. I am filled to my ears with the annoyance as they call from morning to night, seven days a week. I am about ready to shut down my phone service.

Complaint: ( The choices above do not accurately describe this situation, I selected the one that I felt was best. ) Southwest Credit Systems ( SWCS ) has been reporting a collection account on the XXXX main credit bureaus for a XXXX account ( # XXXX XXXX since XXXX/XXXX/2015, in the amount of {$330.00}. SWCS was made aware of the fact that these charges are not accurate and in dispute based on the cramming activity XXXX was engaging in ( Federal Trade Commission v. XXXX XXXX , XXXX ). I was not contacted by XXXX, as I have moved from my previous address and never received information from them regarding Federal injunction or class action. I only became aware after reviewing my credit report and researching online. An online page was set-up, by XXXX, to aid in getting information regarding old/closed accounts, but it has since stopped receiving new complaints or allowing for review of old/closed billing information. I do not think the balance {$330.00} being reported by XXXX is correct and they refuse to change or cease collecting on this account.
