Complaint: In addition to contacting me after being notified to cease and desist communication, XXXX XXXX XXXX through their alleged agent SouthWest Credit contacted my cell phone on several occasion. XXXX XXXX XXXX has never had authorization to contact me on my cell phone.
Additionally, this debt was disputed in XXXX of 2015. IN response, the previous agent for XXXX XXXX XXXX sent a few bills, but did not send the requested phone logs which will confirm cancellation of this account prior to the additional bills which were not authorized.
Furthermore, in XXXX, 2015 in response to a new validation of debt letter sent by SouthWest Credit, no documents were sent and Southwest credit has unlawfully reported mt to the credit bureau in violation of the FDCPA. At this time I am in the process of purchasing a house and this defamation and slander of my credit will certainly adversely affect my ability to do so. If I actually owed the {$280.00} they are alleging, I would pay it instead of going down this route.

Complaint: I recieved constant calls from SW Credit Systems L.P. # XXXX about a XXXX XXXX for {$380.00} that was not mine. I call several times informing them it wasnt and I never lived in the XXXX area. They said someone must have gotten my Soc Sec number and they wanted me to pay it anyway. I refused and now I see they have placed my credit in collection and My score has dropped from XXXX to XXXX. I am sure this is an unreputable company after the many phone calls I made to them. Complaint: Southwest Credit Systems is reporting a collection account on my consumer reports related to a debt that they have no legal authority to collect on. The debt in question was paid in full to the original creditor, XXXX, and Southwest Credit Systems has no legal standing to engage in collections activity on this account. Following my payment to the original creditor, Southwest updated my consumer reports to reflect a " Paid '' status despite the fact that I have never paid Southwest Credit Systems for any debt, nor have I ever acknowledged any ownership of the debt they claim was owed by me to them.
Additionally, Southwest Credit Systems has engaged in repeated violations of FDCPA legislation. They have never mailed ANY documentation to me as required by FDCPA 809 which would have allowed me to dispute the alleged debt. Then, they refused to provide proper validation of the alleged debt following my written correspondence to them sent Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested on XXXX XXXX, 2015 and received by their representative, XXXX XXXX, on XXXX XXXX, 2015. This lack of response to my dispute is in direct defiance of FCRA 623 which allows consumers to dispute reported data directly with the data furnisher. Their failure to respond to my dispute while continuing to report the alleged account constitutes illegal collections activity as affirmed in XXXX in which the judge found that reporting collections accounts to a consumer reporting agency constitutes collections activity under the FDCPA.
This illegal activity by Southwest Credit Systems must cease immediately. If the organization does not immediately delete all references to this illegally-reporting tradeline from my consumer reports, I will move my claim to the Federal District Court in XXXX, New Hampshire, and we can discuss the matter in front of a judge while Southwest contemplates the value of reporting a tradeline that is of no worth to them versus the reality of them paying me {$1000.00} for each FDCPA violation they have engaged in.

Complaint: I opened and account with XXXX with a 30 day money back guarantee. I did n't end up using the account and closed with-in the 30day trial period. When I called to cancel, the agent i spoke with explicitly told me that, given i was cancelling with-in the trial period i will not be billed.
I was billed and upon contacting XXXX the agent politely informed me that i do n't have to pay anything as i canceled in the trial period.
Now they have handed over my account to debt collection who keep calling me every day. I have reached out to XXXX and they have no clue why there is any collection call. The whole fiasco is a testament to poor management at XXXX

I looked up the number online and it looks like it might be from Southwest Credit Systems ( a collections agency ) although I have no confirmation of this since no one speaks when I answer the phone. Complaint: Southwest Credit offered a settlement option which was fulfilled but never informed XXXX XXXX XXXX that the account was settled in full. I spoke with SW XXXX and they offered me a settlement of XXXX which was spilt into XXXX payments of XXXX. First payment was taken out of my account on XXXX and the other was taken XXXX XXXX. The supervisor I spoke with advised that I would get a paid in full letter after the second payment. An agent called me a couple days after the second and final payment and stated that I still owed a balance of XXXX. I then explained to that agent that I had already settled in full. He said the account was n't closed correctly and he would close the account correctly and that I would get a paid in full letter. I never got a paid in full letter, but I id see that it was credit reported as XXXX and zero balance. Then on October, XXXX I got a call from a different collection agency saying I owe a balance of XXXX and I never settled in full. I called Southwest Credit back and they said for the third time that they are sending a paid in full statement. I also called XXXX XXXX XXXX and they stated that Southwest Credit NEVER reported the payments nor did they report that the account was settled. It was still showed as an open account.

Complaint: I began receiving daily phone calls from XXXX ( a New Jersey number ) on XXXX. This is a number I do not recognize, and when I pick up the phone the response is silence even after waiting a few moments. I looked up the phone number online and apparently the phone number is coming from a company called Southwest Credit Systems but I have no confirmation of this directly as no one speaks on the phone when I answer the call. Complaint: I was not properly notified whether or not I owed a {$280.00} XXXX bill that is now in collection and is adversely affecting my credit score.
I had XXXX 2 years ago. I took a small break from their services and then I re-established service. I have maintained my account current at all times. When I took a break from having XXXX services I was not notified that I had a remaining balance due. When I reconnected services, I was never notified that I had an outstanding balance. I was re-issued service and I have maintained my bill current the entire time. I have recently reviewed my credit report and a {$280.00} collection appeared. I disputed the account because I did not recognize it. The account ended up being verified. I called the collection agency XXXX Southwest Credit System XXXX and they gave me an account number to give XXXX. They ended up finding an account that had a past due balance that is not linked to the account I have now.
I feel that XXXX did not properly keep records of my past and current account balances even though the service was reconnected at the exact same address with all of my exact same personal data. As far as I was concerned ( and according to my monthly bill XXXX everything was current on my account.
If I would have been notified that I had a past due balance at the time I disconnect, during my service break, or once I reconnected my service, I would have paid it. I have lived at the same address during that service break ( before, during, and after ) and I was never notified that I owed this amount.
I feel that this is not FAIR Credit Reporting because now I have an account in collection that I never knew about. I even attempted to call with my current account information and they always told me that my account was current.
If I would have been issued a regular bill I would have paid it but this collection notice was the first time I found out about this account.
