They have tracked down addresses which have been out of state from where the bill originated and have continued to send notices.

Complaint: Portfolio Recover stated I owe them {$910.00} when I asked to see an agreement I had wit them they send me a copy of a letter from XXXX XXXX without a break dow of charges. Also the letter states at the bottom, " this is not an apptempt to collect a debt. When I check my credit reports, Portfolio Recovery says I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called the company, they can not find a record with my name on it. I would like this charge removed from my credit report or Portfolio Recovery to provide me with an orginal agreement that I signed with them or a break down of the charges that will equal {$910.00}. I have been making this simple request for over a year now. Please try to get this company to remove this negative information from my credit reports.

I quickly responded on XX/XX/2019 with a dispute letter saying please provided proof that I owe ( PRA ) LLC any amount please show agreement that I owe. ( PRA ) LLC receive my letter on XX/XX/2019 I have enclose my dispute letters in the attachment below They have failed to validate debt that allege that I owe and show proof that they can collect in my state and show proof that I owe this debit. I sent out another dispute letter on XX/XX/2019 stating you must show proof of debit I owe and validate proof, they have failed to show proof and fail to respond to my letter. I have enclose tracking # in my dispute letter and dates that they have receive my letter.

The only thing they will send me is an old credit card statement. THIS IS NOT verification. THEY are rude and will not send me what I'm asking for. I'm demanding they send me my signature asap or else send me a letter stating this account is not verified and remove IT ASAP of my credit report.

By reporting it without any kind of notice, they have violated my rights under federal collection laws.

My employer does NOT accept calls like this, and will never. I am VERY upset. I have sent them a letter to only contact me via USPS, in XX/XX/XXXX, and they have increased their calls. It is HARASSMENT!
