Account status incorrect
Complaint: Ocwen Loan servicing keeps incorrectly showing my account as being late.
They recently transferred my account to PHH, in the process of switching account they reported that I was late in XXXX 2019. This is incorrect as I have paid my mortgage payment on XX/XX/XXXX for the XXXX payment.
I tried to dispute this with XXXX, but they keep denying my request even with a copy of my payment history that clearly shows that I am not 30 days and did in fact pay my XX/XX/XXXX2019 payment, and my XXXX and XXXX 2019 payments.

Complaint: My Mortgage Company Ocwen sent me a letter once I came out of bankruptcy about refinancing my outstanding loan of {$160000.00}. In doing this I agreed to make 3 trial payments of {$1500.00}. I agreed signed papers and made 2 payments, before I could make 3rd payment I was advised that my mortgage loan would no longer be serviced by Ocwen but by XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX sent me information showing second payment in suspense and with a balance of over {$250000.00} and payment due of {$2300.00}. I received this notice with less than 15 days to make that payment. Now if I make that payment am I agreeing to the additional {$10000.00} they have added to my account as well as the {$800.00} added to payment? This seems quite outrageous and illegal.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I applied for a loan modification. Following the tr oak procedure i was told the y would be withholding a mo XXXX 's payment and it could possibly show up as a late payment but it could be explained and fixed. And besides it would go away after 12 months on my credit report. No matter i made the payments anyways received the modification and my credit was fine. When it showed up as a late payment i had Ocwen Mortgage contact the credit bureaus. They fixed it and the payments showed up as current and my payment history was 100 %. In XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX took over my mortgage. When this happened Ocw an closed out my mortgage with showing up a LATE mortgage payment AGAIN for XX/XX/XXXX! This has also happened in XX/XX/XXXX when Ocwen took over our mortgage from XXXX!! This is WRONG and I want it fixed ASAP

Complaint: My mortgage is held by Ocwen Loan Servicing. My monthly mortgage payment was {$1700.00} per month. That payment was fine.Over the past 2 years my family income has declined by about 20 %. It was getting harder and harder to make the payments.
I requested a loan modification. on XX/XX/2019 Ocwen came back with a payment amount of {$1700.00}. I told them that a {$15.00} decrease in my payment was not going to help me.At the same time my house was damaged by weather. I received a check from the insurance company that needed to be endorsed by Ocwen. They received the check on XX/XX/2019. They still have not paid me any of that money to fix the house. The house is currently uninhabitable due to the weather damage. ( I filled a complaint with CFPB # XXXX ) to force them to give me the insurance money I need to fix the house so that I can move back in. After the modification for {$1700.00} and the fact that I am not able to live in the house I requested another trial modification. On XX/XX/2019 they came back with a new modification payment of {$1700.00}. So the bottom line is 1 ). my income dropped by 20 %. 2 ). After 2 modifications my payment INCREASED by {$7.00}. 3 ). I am unable to live in the house because Ocwen will not Give me the insurance money ( that I paid the premiums on ) to fix the house. I am currently at least 4 months behind on my mortgage as I am forced to pay for other means of housing for my family

Complaint: Hello, We were approved for a loan modification, we did trial payments and what ever was requested this all occurred in XXXX. Loan modification documents to finalize were sent to our home in XX/XX/2019. We never received so I contacted Ocwen early XX/XX/2019 and advised us would have a packet remailed. We did receive them and signed and returned. I did fail not to register agreement, sent through regular mail. I attempted to make my payment on XXXX and payment could not go through. Contacted Ocwen and was advised my loan modification was denied because signed documents were never received, I was also advised to provide a tracking # in which I do not have because I did not register documents. Was advised had to submit all paperwork over again and had to wait to see what outcome is! Meanwhile I have a default notice. I am asking for your assistance, I think its unfair in how our situation is being handled. It also makes no sense! We have struggled so much to keep our house and just need help so that this gets resolved. Can someone please please get back to me? I am afraid my home can go into foreclosure and we dont want to loose our home. I appreciate the time you are taking in reading my email and hope to hear from someone soon!

Complaint: Account Number - XXXX / XXXX Normal payments were automatically withheld from my bank account each month until XX/XX/XXXX.
Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company, in error, misapplied a tax payment ( {$25000.00} ). The payment was applied to surplus funds and I received numerous calls from 3rd party vendors stating that I was entitled to lost funds. Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company asked for a copy of the document indicating the error.
XXXX Countys tax office forwarded a similar surplus letter and Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company was contacted.
XXXX County forwarded the surplus funds back to Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company in XX/XX/XXXX.
A letter was forwarded from Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company stating that a {$25000.00} payment had been received and the next scheduled payment was established for XX/XX/XXXX.
In error, Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company misapplied the funds that created a large negative escrow account. An escrow analysis was performed and a new statement, payment amount ( {$1200.00} ), and payment date ( XX/XX/XXXX ) was established.
In XX/XX/XXXX, a call was placed to Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company. It was mentioned that another error was made that resulted in a significant increase in the monthly amount. Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company acknowledged the mistake and applied the surplus funds to the Escrow account.
The account was rebalanced and a statement was generated indicating a new payment ( {$830.00} ) for XX/XX/XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX, Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company placed a call and mentioned that a payment for XX/XX/XXXX had not been received. A copy of the statement for XX/XX/XXXX was uploaded by email.
The representative for Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company mentioned that payments for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX had not been paid. It was mentioned to the representative that payments had been made to the account that resulted in rebalancing, new payment dates, and amounts. The representative mentioned that payments in the amount of {$570.00} should be made for both XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX.
A payment of {$570.00} was processed immediately but it was emphasized that such payments were being made until Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company could correct issues. It was also mentioned that my account had to be maintained in a healthy status because of another mortgage loan application. A 2nd payment was scheduled within two weeks.
On XX/XX/XXXX another representative from Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company called and mentioned that I owed {$1200.00} for XX/XX/XXXX and {$1200.00} for XX/XX/XXXX.
It was mentioned to a representative that a representative from Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company had called on XX/XX/XXXX and a payment was made for {$570.00} for XX/XX/XXXX and the second payment in the same amount was scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX. The representative did not see the payment or note but mentioned that I owed {$1200.00} for XX/XX/XXXX and {$1200.00} for XX/XX/XXXX.
A request was made for an escalation team member or account representative. The account representative missed two appointments. The last appointment was not rescheduled.
Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company rebalanced the account and forwarded another statement on XX/XX/XXXX and mentioned that the revised payment date was XX/XX/XXXX.
A 2nd request was forwarded that any account involvement should only be performed with someone State-Side ( within the United States ).
The corrected escrow payment was the only call handled within the United States. I am requesting IMMEDIATE ACTION.
Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company has injured my credit record and ability to obtain a mortgage product with another company. In addition, Ocwen, XXXX, or its parent company has started solicitations to obtain a mortgage with their company on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. The dates correspond with my interest toward obtaining a mortgage product with another company.

Complaint: I HAVE FILED A PREVIOUS COMPLAINT AND I DID GET A RESPONSE BACK FROM THEM HOWEVER THEY ARE BEING EXTREMELY BIAS IN THE RESPONSE INDICATING THAT WE MUST START THE APPROVAL PROCESS OVER AGAIN WHERE THERE MAY BE A CHANCE WE WONT GET APPROVED FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT OUR FAULT, THEY FAILED TO SEND THE ACTUAL CONTRACT WITH THE APPROVAL LETTER AND AND IVE MADE EVERY POSSIBLE ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THEM AND GET SOMEONE TO LISTEN TO ME. WHILE THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE ANY PROOF THAT THEY DID IN FACT SEND THE CONTRACT, THEY DO NOT BELIEVE I MADE ANY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEM OR SEND THEM THE LETTERS STATING THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THEM, I DID NOT SEND THEM REGISTERED MAIL BUT NEITHER DID THEY AND YET THEY ARE CHOOSING TO NOT BELIEVE ME BUT EXPECT ME TO BELIEVE THAT THEM, THIS BIAS ATTITUDE LEADS ME TO BELIEVE I HAVE NO CHANCE AT ANOTHER REPAYMENT PLAN AND FEEL LIKE THEY ARE DISCRIMINATING AGAINST ME. THEIR COMPANY HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH EXTENSIVE VIOLATIONS AND HAVE PAID MILLIONS IN FEES DUE TO THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIONS AND YET THEY ARE INSINUATING THAT I HAVENT DONE WHAT I SAID I HAVE DONE, THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE WAS RESPECTFUL ENOUGH TO SEND CORRESPONDANCE REGISTERED BUT THIS OFFICE CONTINUES TO SEND MAIL UNTRACKED, LEAVING NO RECORD OF HAVING SENT ANYTHING AT ALL.i NEED TO DETERMINE THE DISCRIMINATORY NATURE OF THEIR ACTIONS AND INTEND ON FILING CHARGES WITH THAT AGENCY IF THEY DO NOT STOP ACTING IN THIS BIAS MANNER AND CHOOSING TO BELIEVE WHAT ONLY BENEFITS THEM WITH NO PROOF TO BACKUP ANYTHING THEY ARE SAYING.
