Complaint: Between XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019 Ocwen Mortgage returned three mortgage payments to me. The dates of the payments were XXXX XX/XX/2019, XX/XX/2019, and XXXX XX/XX/2019. I had no clue the payments were not processed. I sent the funds to get my first mortgage up to date. Instead Ocwen sat on the funds for 30-60 days before returning the uncashed checks to me. Each letter returning the checks had no date on them. But each letter was postmarked between XXXX XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/2019 If Ocwen wants timely payments, why are they sitting on my payments before returning them? Now I'm further delinquent with additional fees charged.

Complaint: Back in XXXX OCWEN LOAN SERVICING took on our loan # XXXX in the amount of {$600000.00} of which {$580000.00} was the original loan previously! We continued to make the payments on a monthly basis, this mind you, was a loan modification with balloon payment at end of loan. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX, Our loan balance was increased {$46000.00} from the Lender out of our control. Documentation available in attachment.
What we are seeking is fairness in lending practice, Please seek the amount added on to our loan and reinstate our loan to the balance that we had previous to XX/XX/XXXX.
We have been through 3 loan modifications in 11 years and currently owe a larger loan amount then we owed 11 years ago, we never borrowed against our home since XXXX.
I know many years have gone by since XXXX, but we are mainly interested in getting back the {$46000.00} that was added to loan balance on XX/XX/XXXX.
Thank you, sincerely, XXXX and XXXX XXXX

You never received your bill or did not know a payment was due
Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found 60 days late payment on the dates XX/XX/2013 to XX/XX/2013. I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me.

Complaint: we have a morgage with Ocwen and this company transfered or bought a company which is now taking over our account they are XXXX XXXX they have been working on this over a month now. my payment was du on the XXXX of XXXX and it was supposed to be drafted from my bank, it has not I have called XXXX and the said they will be drafting it but never say when and they told me thatwe have up to six months to be updated without incurring any extra fees but I am worried because next month is coming and now I will have two month statements due and what if they take longer where am I gon na get the money? i have called several time and they offer no remedy so that I can get current all I want is to be able to access my account and pay my bills on time which they are not making it possible for me to do so, and OCwen did this before and it put us on a bind because of the same matter we had to come up with two month at once and a start up fee when they also changed to another account manager about four years ago if I am not mistaken on the time.

Complaint: This is in response to the answer made by Ocwen Loan Services in complaint # XXXX.
I know the complaint above is closed. I am waiting until I received a new modification agreement offered by Ocwen be completed. I have attached the response from Ocwen, and I made marks where is easy to notice that the answer no made sense. First, they mention that they have records that they informed Mr. XXXX about the Modification Status and the delay, and else, the mention that they have in records that they informed Mr. XXXX about the XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments and Mr. XXXX agree to send those payments when the modification process is finished. They never send to CFPB those records, they sent other records as statements on XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXX about the default account but no proof of that communication, because they never communicated that. In XX/XX/XXXX, they told Mr. XXXX < Do not send any payment, the modification hasnt been finishing and we can not accept partial payments> but they keep sending monthly statements showing the {$660000.00} in XX/XX/XXXX, and {$660000.00} in XX/XX/XXXX, on the payment portion, I attached those statements. What anybody can think when you received those statements? They informed me about those payment on XX/XX/XXXX by a phone call telling me the modification was completed, and, in that moment, they ask for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX Payments. Another comment that never was mention was that Mr. XXXX never asks them to waive those payments, what he asks was to move those payments to the end of the loan, and the answer was that they can not do that.
Second. They already started the modification with 2-month in default. If the loan goes 90 days behind, I lost the forgiveness amount of {$380000.00}. How convenient was to have the loan 90 days behind after XX/XX/XXXX, date when all Americans should have their tax declaration done ; and Ocwen sent the 1099-C in XX/XX/XXXXfor the total amount of {$380000.00} but only giving me {$120000.00}. Where the difference of {$250000.00} goes? Attached is the 1099-C. Third. Why if they requested a lower payment for XX/XX/XXXX because a deposit of {$400.00} was made in the account and Mr. XXXX call at that moment a let them know that I never made that payment but they told to make the payment requested on the website {$1200.00}, screenshot attached, why when they found that they made a mistake and the {$400.00} wasnt belong to my account they dont allow me to pay the {$400.00} and asks me to make 3 months payments and not partial payments going to be accepted. I can not keep my house with their apologies and sorry for the inconvenience. Thats right there a violation of Dodd-Frank Act. Unfair, Deceptive and Abusive acts.
Now I have a loan modified under a similar payment as the first modification, a payment that I can afford but I lost a reduction of {$250000.00} of my debt because their delay and their mistakes, only {$150000.00} of forgiveness amount at the end of the loan modification in XX/XX/XXXX no after the 3er year of the modification like the first offer and increasing the Balloon amount for {$130000.00}. And to complete they sold or transfer my loan to another Servicer XXXX.

Complaint: Once again, Ocwen Loan has changed its rates for collecting fees and monthly mortgage payments, now raising the fee to {$7.00} for paying online directly from my bank account.
This fee was imposed when they transferred my mortgage to another of their companies within their possession.
They change over also disrupted all of my payments, records and more so that I no longer have addresses, online contacts and much more.
In order to sign up for their 'new ' loan collection, I must submit my social security # and much more to a service in XXXX .
Their practices are insuring that I will be late with payments, and have to pay service charges, late fees and additional interest.
I can not get any information form them directly and am blocked from my previous account information and history.
This continues to be a constant issue with OCWEN - now XXXX - now XXXX.
( Honestly, would you give your SS # to XXXX? ) Impossible to find a contact to help through their myriad of sites, although 'help ' symbols are there, as noted in screenshots below.
" The servicing of this mortgage account has been transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX, now an affiliate of Ocwen.
The account number will change to # #. The relationship manager may change and will reach out within 30 days of the account transfer. If you are enrolled in Paperless Statements, your paperless settings will not change. Complaint: For years I tried to get a modification but Ocwen denied me because I had got hurt at work and was workers compensation. After making me jump through hoops they told me that workers compensation is not a job and isnt considered a job. So I was forced to file bankruptcy. So over the years I have tried to make an agreement to keep my house but every time I attempt to the amount owed is a lot higher than it should be and there is a huge balloon payment involved. This year I was contacted by Ocwen again. I had a very high payment to make for three months again. This is to prove Im serious I guess. But every month I kept getting notices of default and to sell my house in the mail. It seems like theyre doing this to bully me into signing an offer from them that not fair and too high. What can I do?
