Complaint: Yes my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX I am a XXXX year old lady still working a full-time job trying to keep my home I have my mortgage through OCWEN LOAN SERVICE. MY PAYMENTS ARE {$570.00} A MONTH I HAVE BEEN SENDING {$600.00} A MONTH PROBABLY FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS I RECENTLY MAILED IN XX/XX/XXXX AND XX/XX/XXXX PAYMENT I SENT {$1200.00} THEY MAILED IT BACK TO ME AND TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT ACCEPT IT BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX AND XX/XX/XXXX PAYMENT MADE I ALWAYS SEND A CASHIER 'S CHECK OVERNIGHT IT THROUGH THE POST OFFICE AND REQUIRE A SIGNATURE WHEN THEY RECEIVE IT I HAVE COPIES OF WORD SOMEONE HAS SIGNED FOR IT AND RECEIVED IT BUT YET THEY HAVE NOT APPLIED IT TO MY LOAN AND THEY CONTINUE TO SAY I HAVE NOT MADE MY PAYMENTS AND CHARGE ME LATE FEES I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU COULD HELP ME GET THIS RESOLVED. Complaint: I applied for a modification and OCWEN told me I wasn't eligible for a Modification but that I did qualify for a shared something or other. I was told by several other companies that I DID qualify for a modification, but at the time I was afraid of losing my home so I went with OCWEN 'S horrible horrible offer, I will never ever get my home paid for or be able to sell it to anyone because of the mortgage as it stands right now. I am to pay for years and years and years, 30 of them and at the end I still have a balloon payment of the XXXX that I currently owe, how is that possible or fair? Also, XX/XX/2016 they reduced my mortgage by XXXX and sent the irs a XXXX for cancellation of debt but then they added that same amount back into my mortgage. When I first had the loan servicing with Ocwen, my loan was XXXX now my mortgage balance is like 274,000.00 and I don't understand why, I have asked them to explain it to me, I have asked them to fix the cancellation of debt because you can't have both, you can't cancel a debt and then add it back into the loan without fixing it with the IRS. Ocwen is also reporting negative things to the credit bureaus and I am current. I asked them to fix it and they just blew me off by sending me a payment history which is when I learned about the debt cancellation mistake. Plus there are all these fees that they charged for inspection and other things that have never been done. They have never ever inspected my home.

Complaint: My mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX was discharged in bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX Then, the worthless mortgage was acquired by Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC [ OLS ] on XX/XX/XXXX almost 18 months after the bankruptcy for {$130000.00}. Then on XX/XX/XXXX OLS began foreclosure proceedings in XXXX County Court, Florida. I was told that the Foreclosure was for clearing the title and not an attempt to collect the " XXXX '' debt. The subject property was sold on the market in XX/XX/XXXX for {$160000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX the property loan balance {$130000.00} was removed from OLS books including late charges of {$1500.00} The removal of the loan balance, called a " cancellation '' of debt by OLS, created a XXXX for XX/XX/XXXXof {$130000.00}, FIVE years after the bankruptcy

Any information will be obtained and used for that personal business matter - however, if I remember correctly, we are on a balloon plan with them, so with that being said, this $ XXXX amount of debt owed, does NOT have to be paid, until the balloon payment plan that we are on, is settled and paid off. They call me once every month to remind me that the amount of the $ XXXX debt is owed, yet, we are in the mist, of trying to keep other bills current, and paid. But also last time I checked, we are current with the mortgage payments, so why are they still harassing / bugging for $ XXXX worth of late / misc. charges?

I have put a tremendous effort in order to complete this Short Sale and am determined to complete it and leave on my own volition since it has been my family home for over 50 years. I have attached the new contract with the existing cash sale for over a year and the corrected Settlement Statement in order to expedite this Short Sale in 30 days or less. Please note OCWEN keeps putting off the Sale for only XXXX XXXX on the Settlement Statement and before that an " e '' was missing from the word Street on the physical address. Complaint: During my bankruptcy, I try to modify my loan. Ocwen agreed to do so. I did my trail payments successfully and then signed the agreement letter. During this time suddenly Ocwen refuse to do the modification. on XX/XX/2015 they sent me a letter saying that Bankruptcy court denied approving the modification. Since that time Ocwen did not provide me the letter from Bankruptcy court saying about this denial. I would like to have that letter. Ocwen also did not maintain the interest rate they suppose to charge me. I have an email which I sent to Ocwen in some detail, I am going to send to you for your kind information and consideration. Complaint: This is the third complaint to the CFPB on this death/assumption/modification closing. No one seems to be on the same page. They have sent all the same paper work requesting executorship for my daughters estate before they can talk to me? I have received two packages now of final paperwork which has already been signed notorized and returned to OCWEN. To date OCWEN has only retaliated for my complaint by changing the terms and transfering my deceased daughters loan which had been transferred to me, back into her estate? Legally you can not do this. The loan was transferred to XXXX who is now requesting {$8000.00} instead of {$12000.00} which Ocwen claims to have forgiven : Current Terms were : Unpaid Principal Balance : {$21000.00} Interest Rate : 10.375 % Remaining Term : 188 months? Loan maturity date : XX/XX/XXXX Proposed Terms are : Unpaid principal balance {$33000.00} Principal forgiveness : {$9000.00} Amortizing unpaid principle balance : {$24000.00} BALLOON PAYMENT : {$4200.00} INTEREST RATE : 3.875 % REMAINING TERM : 213? REMAINING AMORTIZATION TERM : 245? Modification Effective date : XX/XX/XXXX? Loan Maturity Date : XX/XX/XXXX. I continually questioned the terms of the death/assumption/modification and finally received this unofficial non RESPA document. I was told that there was no BALLOON NOTE and all this information would change after the trial period? It was not changed but instead my daughters loan was transferred to cover up this disaster. In addition I was continually questioned as to where I got the document? So I gathered I was not supposed to know that I was being defrauded and taken advantage of. I was promised by the OMBUSMAN department that they would adjust the junk charges added to my loan previously appraisals, inspections, title search which was charged more than once etc. when this loan was paid off? No one addressed this and now OCWEN is saying this never happened? Why would I lie. Is it a technicality that transfer does not mean paid off? Ocwen is now requesting estate documents before they can talk to me? Documents that were provided last year in order for them to provide a mortgage assistance acceptance form and final notorized borrowers acknowledgement. The payments are current to XX/XX/XXXX and all payments were made as agreed per the contract we are into 7 payments and no one is paying attention. All documents have been provided after CONTINUALLY CONTACTING OCWEN and finding someone who explained that most people there do not know whats going on and he sent the final documents to me. The modification payments first started in XX/XX/XXXX. My personal information and paper work was sent to the wrong place. My personal information was sent to an attorney who was no longer my attorney. I did not want my information shared or breached with anyone. No one is addressing this issue? So there were mistakes and servicing errors from XX/XX/XXXX up until now. NO FINAL DOCUMENTS WERE SENT IN XX/XX/XXXX. The first modification payment was made in XX/XX/XXXX again when I FINALLY received the paperwork from that mixup and servicing error. The same servicing error has occurred again in the finalizing of the documents. The only thing I could do is continue making the payments which I did and will do until these errors or corrected. OCWEN needs to own up to these mistakes and make things right for their mistakes. Sure I finally got the documents to notorize and finalize this transaction. OCWEN can't just say I did not do this in XX/XX/XXXX because I could not, because I did not have the documents then, just as I did not have them in XX/XX/XXXX when they were sent to someone else. The final documents were not sent in XX/XX/XXXX as stated. Only to find that OCWEN is trying to say that the contract has not been finalized with everything that has gone wrong with this entire process because of the retaliation from the attempt to rob me and my deceased daughter with a pen. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP.
