Complaint: Today is XX/XX/XXXX ( Saturday ) XXXX and I received the third call from Navient about a student loan debt. The call was around XXXX XXXX and was an actual person on the line asking for me by name. The other two calls were robocalls that I have received in the last two weeks. To my knowledge, my account has been in forbearance which is why I was surprised and also the fact that in the past whenever there was an issue usually Navient would just send an email. I have been experiencing financial issues and have been diligent about applying for forbearance if I think I may not be able to pay for awhile. Also, I applied for a forbearance around XX/XX/XXXX and there is no record of this in the inbox /email history segment on my account page. I believe that my account has been mismanaged and will be filing further complaints if I am charged with any added fees or if the phone calls continue. I've also XXXX them and seen that they are currently dealing with more than one lawsuit for mismanagement of students loans and for phone harassment. I applied for another forbearance today and will soon be searching for a way to switch loan servicers since I'm not satisfied with my service.

Complaint: Lender states that I was able to use credits from previous school that went bankrupt, this school : XXXX XXXX College LLC was not accredited. Which I have a letter from the new school XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that attests to that. So I have to start all over and in a completed different field of study, I enrolled in an XXXX program at the 2nd school which is different that ultrasound at the first school. So there was no benefit from having attended the XXXX XXXX College LLC school. They basically committed fraud in accepting students as they were not even accredited and they were going bankrupt. Now even though the loan states I am responsible for the loan, there are exceptions to that when it comes to schools closing before the education is completed and no credits being able to be transferred or accepted.

Complaint: In order to get an understanding of the balance of my student loans, on XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Navient in regards to my consolidations loans that were completed on XX/XX/XXXX and that are currently with XXXX. The young lady could only provide Information on the most recent consolidation and was not able to see details of the older consolidation loans from XXXX and I was informed that I should contact XXXX. I contacted XXXX whom were not able to tell me what loans were included in the consolidation because they have the loan after the consolidation ; I was then routed to review and contact NSLD whom did not attempt to assist me at all with getting detailed information about my consolidation. I have also contacted XXXX XXXX in which I still have not received a response to date. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent an email request to Navient that I would like an audit completed to provide me with the details of each of my loan consolidations. The response from Navient on XX/XX/XXXX is that I can review my loans with NSLD. ; again the problem this is that it will not show me the details and the amounts for the accumulated consolidation balance. When I initially, did the consolidation with Salliemae/Navient it was an attempt to bundle my loans in one place even after I had applied for forbearance and forgiveness through their agencyit did not as if anything had changed even while I was making payments. Also, while reviewing my information from NSLD, XXXX and Navient I noticed that loans that were supposed to have been consolidated during the XXXX application had not been included and that the most recent consolidation seem to include loans that should have already been accounted for. Taking a closer look at my students and Navients process, it seems that loans that were supposed to be included in a forgiveness process and consolidation agreement were not but also appears that some have been re-consolidated. This is not my first attempt at trying to get answers from Navient, back in XXXX when attempting to return to school but wanted to be clear on my student loan balances and received the same brush-off from Navient with no results. I am again requesting a full detailed audit of all of my student loans, this also is to include what specific loans contributed to each of my consolidation loan ( s ) because the forgiveness and consolidation initially began with Navient/Salliemae.

Complaint: Since XX/XX/2016 I have been paying my student loans to NAVIENT. I have never been so upset and am genuinely concerned about the fact that my loan balance is getting astronomical and the amount of monthly payments is just not realistic. I have called and have asked NAVIENT repeatedly over the years for help and guidance only to learn that I have been misguided and given the run-around. In a phone call today I was told I was in mandatory forebearance for 1 year. I have come to find out that this is a blatant lie on their part and I should talk to someone else at NAVIENT. I have wasted several hours today ( of which I have taken a personal day from work to try and accomplish ) only to get nowhere at all. Can someone please help me or guide me as to what I can do.? My loan balance is well over $ 200k and this is causing me stress on a daily basis- I am concerned for my future regarding my credit and finances. I have always have had excellent credit and was told today I was declined for a XXXX Credi card Please help me ASAP Thank you

I filled for Chapter XXXX bankruptcy and received my court ordered discharge on XX/XX/2019 I have told NAVIENT many times to please stop harassing me and calling to collect. I filled for Chapter XXXX bankruptcy because I have no money to pay them, by law I am not to be contacted for debt collection for a period of 5 years to my understanding as told by my attorney. I have IRS tax debt also in part because of my Student Debt and I can not handle any more financial hardship. I can not get them to stop calling me every day.

Complaint: between XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX I did a plus parent loan for my daughter XXXX XXXX. I didn't sign no papers on this loan. My daughter was injured and couldn't attend the program anymore. I started making payments and realized that she had 3 loans that total to {$17000.00}, {$860.00}, {$6400.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I consolidate all the loans with Navient. With the interest rate being 8.5 % it seems the loans keep increasing and making it difficult to manage. Since XXXX College is a private school why are the loans affiliated with the Department of Education. I never signed off on a Federal loan. I never signed any papers. I have requested for validation with my signature but never once received it. The loan was for a private institution and not federal.

Complaint: When I learned about the public student loan forgiveness program, I called Navient to ask if my consolidated loan qualified for the program and was informed that yes it is the correct loan. I was also given information about making sure that I paid my payments on time, do not defer or go into forbearance as this would disqualify me from the program. 10 years later, I downloaded the application for forgiveness, completed the form, had the correct person at my not-for-profit , county hospital sign the form and mailed it off. Imagine my excitement when I received a response in a timely manner. I then learned that I did NOT have a DIRECT student loan and therefor did not qualify for forgiveness.I called Navient to complain and basically was told no proof? too bad! I had a XXXX dollar loan and have been paying diligently for 20 years. I still owe XXXX dollars. I am now receiving calls from every student loan company imaginable with supposed information about suing Navient however this is a hook to try to talk me into consolidating my loans into a Direct student loan so that I can pay for another 10 years. I will be XXXX. I do not plan to continue working until XXXX. Navient must have sold my information for all of these companies to suddenly be aware of me wouldn't you think?
