Complaint: I started an investigation of my Navient account with all three credit bureau, because XXXXis saying my student loan is paid in full. However XXXX and XXXX are stating theaccount is not paid, above all the Navient account has been paid off since XX/XX/XXXX oflast year. Since then I have contacted my lender who states they can't control what the bureauare reporting and that I need to talk them. This limbo between the bureaus and my old lenderhave gone on for a while now and I keep requesting investigation but they are not helping.

Complaint: I have 3 student loan accounts from the creditor Navient. On each of the 3 loans theres reported late payments from XX/XX/2016 - XX/XX/2016. This information is inaccurate as the loans were in forbearance at the time and no payment was due. The FCRA forbids XXXX from reporting this information because it is inaccurate and I have provided an abundance of information proving it to be inaccurate. A)  Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors. A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. . (B)  Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors. A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if . (i)  the person has been notified by the consumer, at the ad- dress specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and . (ii)  the information is, in fact, inaccurate. XXXX only states they are submitting a "dispute" or "investigation". Black's Law Dictionary defines an investigation as INVESTIGATION. To follow up step by step by patient inquiry or observation; to trace or track mentally; to search into; to examine and inquire into with care and accuracy; to find out by care- ful inquisition; examination; the taking of evi- dence; a legal inquiry. I have provided a preponderance of irrefutable evidence and information to assist in XXXX investigation. XXXX is violating my rights as they are granted to me under FCRA, and falsely misrepresenting themselves as an authority capable of deciding against the ruling of the U.S. high court and Federal Trade Commission, the governing body over the FCRA.I have attached an email showing my request for forbearance during the reported period, a letter from Navient confirming my account was in forebearance during the time, a historical report of my loan status from the National Student Loan Data System, and the FTC Harris Advisory opinion which is a ruling that states plainly, this information should be updated.

Complaint: Yes i received a letter today from Navient that my account is under review for litigation for a balance of XXXX and I have 15 days from the date of the letter to respond. My mother and I took the private loan out in XXXX XXXX when it was sallie Mae when I was attending college in Illinois. I have made payments throughout the years when Navient had a “program” called interest only payments where Navient lowered my payments to what I can afford. Then as of XXXX XXXX Navient says they no longer have the program and can not help me or my mother and pay now or else. I was paying XXXX per month now this year my payments jumped to XXXX per month due to “interest.” When I ask for documentation for the program no longer existing or other program options or even loan term agreements they refused to send documents to me via mail. They continue harassing my mother and with threatening calls as well. I want to this to end immediately and to come to a agreement where I can afford my payments based on my income. Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX and I attended the Institute of art in XXXX MA in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I am looking for relief from a private loan that has been existent since XX/XX/XXXX. The financial process has become unbearable with Navient and I am honorably requesting a relief from this loan. The loan was payed faithfully for over 10 years and it seems that it barely affects the balance.I did not attend after XX/XX/XXXX and I have run out of options for getting help, so I will seek further sources but I'm presuming that this school had control over this loan. Please email me with any information to relief this redundant debt that has left a mark of struggle for years. I will provide the loan detail with response and trust.Thank you

Complaint: I have several loans with Navient that were reported late around XXXX of 2017. This was in error as the company had not applied the agreed forbearance or deferment. After several months this came to my attention and the account was rectified with charges reimbursed and the proper status applied to the account. The account service did not correct the late payment history and as such the 6 loans each report 5 late payments adding 30 late payment marks to my credit report and affecting my credit score negatively by more than 100 points. This drastically affects my ability to get a home and provide for my family. When calling Navient some representatives apologize and tell me they will correct the mistake. Several months later the error still exists and when I call back new representatives tell me they will not make the change and there's nothing I can do. This error was made due to their loan servicing and needs to be corrected to remove the late payments as such.

Complaint: Two incidents of Identity Theft and Loan Fraud were detected in my credit report. Both were student loans issued to XXXX XXXX with me as the co-signer. I submitted fraud packets as requested by Navient and XXXX XXXX ( both attached ). XXXX XXXX release me of liability promptly ( release letter attached ). However, Navient seems indifferent, even though as per Fraud Affidavit, I am a victim of Identity Theft and Loan Fraud which resulted in unauthorized use of my personal information such as name, DOB, SSA #, and my tax return to obtain approval for a student loan for XXXX XXXX. I have never consented to, nor signed any documents relating to this student loan for XXXX XXXX in any capacity. Additionally, I have always personally signed loan documents ( promissory notes included ) usually notarized. I have never allowed electronic signatures to be used on my behalf for loan documents ( promissory notes included ). These details were related to Navient 's fraud department employee name XXXX ( ID # XXXX ) on two separate calls in which this employee express indifference and indicated my situation may or may not ever be resolved.

Complaint: NAVIENT has failed to send the paid in full letter that been requested on three separate occasions. Once towards the end of XXXX 2019, a second time on XX/XX/2019 and a third time on XX/XX/2019. I still have not received the paid in full letter. I was advised I would receive the paid in full letter by the XXXX XXXX team, which is a direct team of NAVIENT contact number is XXXX. This team advised their records show paid off date as ofXX/XX/2019 on all three accounts.In addition, to requesting that paid off letters on three separate occasions I also received a call from a law firm stating that my loans no longer needed to be repaid because my loans were submitted into the NAVIENT lawsuit and all payment request from NAVIENT are to cease. This call was received after the accounts were paid through the law firm that NAVIENT obtained to collect the private student loans. The fact that they have not sent the letter to me, so that I can send it to XXXX as well as all the other credit bureaus is affecting my credit. I have contacted XXXX on serval occasions asking them to update the information and they refuse to because NAVIENT is failing to update XXXX.

Complaint: Navient has steered me into forbearance multiple times. I recently found out that my account was past due but apparently Ive run out of forbearances, although i do not recall being told that there was a limit to them. They told me this on XX/XX/XXXX and then reported negative remarks on my credit report XX/XX/XXXX because I was unable to bring my account current by then. This has made my credit score drop over 100 points. I have tried to explain to them how unfair and wrong this is, especially since a supervisor admittedly told me today that they are not supposed to offer and or process back to back forbearances. But because they consider it an accurate reporting they are unwilling to help me. I am a parent with low income and I can not afford to accept this.

Complaint: I had fraud on my student loan over XXXX. Sallie Mae held the loan. Navient bought it. Monies dispersed to a college I never attended in another county. College shut down and Ive contacted Navient fraud over 20 times, no resolve. They say since it happened before they bought the loan they arent responsible. I called FBI, etc and they did paperwork. I was sent notice from XXXX DC about my identity being compromised. Still no resolve and interest is growing. I need this issue resolved its been over 6 years trying to get someone to take responsibility. Navient also automatically defers and adds feed and compound interest without permission they just send notice of what they did to my account.
