Complaint: I have taken a major drop in my credit score because od this fraudulent account. I have never had an account with this company or agreed to any contractual agreement to repay A debt. On my credit report it says the original creditor was A place called XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I contact XXXX XXXX XXXX they inform me this was an online loan taken out back in XXXX and the debt has been sold to this company. This is A FDCPA violation! This company is reporting inaccurate FRAUD information on me report with A open date XX/XX/XXXX! I have informed the original creditor this is A fraudulent account as I have never had a loan taken out with anyone.

Complaint: Midwest Recovery Systems at XXXX is reporting on a settled debt on my account and demanded XXXX to stop reporting on it and they do not own this debt. The debt was sold from XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX and they have also tried reaching out to Midwest recovery systems telling them they should not be reporting and this account has been settled in full. Midwest told me they would not remove reporting of this debt they do not own unless I give them 1600+ dollars.

Complaint: I filed a dispute with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/19 regarding Midwest Recovery Systems alleged collection for {$1000.00}. XXXX notification response indicated the collection is accurate.
I contacted Midwest Recovery Systems today on XX/XX/19 and reported this is false and identity theft as I have never opened this type of account. I also requested hard copies of the original contract to review for myself the validity of this as I know I did not apply or take out this type of loan. The company kept transferring me and did not respond with the information I requested.

Complaint: I checked my XXXX credit report & noticed a derogatory mark on my credit report from Midwest Recovery Systems concerning an unpaid loan in the amount of {$1400.00}. It states the original creditor was XXXX. I do not recall this loan which is from XX/XX/2015& I never received a letter or phone call before this was added to my credit report. I request verification or immediately removed from my credit report.

The company they are supposed to be XXXX XXXX XXXX, which I have never done business with, and they don't even exist where I live. I am trying to have the derogatory mark removed from my credit report, it affects it adversely. I also filed a complaint with the XXXX.

Complaint: Midwest Recovery Systems, LCC put on my credit report I took out a loan out for {$520.00} now {$700.00} back in 2013 I have no idea what they are talking about because they have the wrong email and address. I was told by Midwest Recovery System, LCC, I paid on the loan for a year and stop, there is no way I would pay on a payday lone for a whole year. If Midwest Recovery Systems, LCC continue to pursue me on this debt I will file a civil suit on them, because this can cause me to lose my job and other things, this need to be remove off my credit report.

Complaint: I have never received any notice until all of a sudden my credit monitoring company notified me of an account reported in collections. I filed a dispute with XXXX on XX/XX/ and onXX/XX/XXXX XXXX notified me that the creditor had already replied that the debt was valid. It is not valid for several reasons, for one the debt is purportedly close to 10 years old ; secondly, I was a victim of identity theft with payday loans during the years XXXX, and thirdly, the original amount in dispute was {$300.00} and.now {$2300.00} is purportedly owed. Midwest Recovery Systems is the new creditor trying to collect an old debt and is in violation of various Federal laws governing debt collection and debt collection practices.

Complaint: I was on my credit report online ( XXXX ) and my credit report has a new company showing up a ( in collections ) company trying to collect the {$800.00} charge is listed as Midwest recovery systems however the actual company is XXXX XXXX address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MO XXXX phone XXXX I have never once done any business with this company, never have I signed up or received any loans from this company, I have never received a call, mail, or any type of literature showing this as valid this is a fraudulent charge and I would like to take legal action as I have called both companies one has no record of me, the other is clearly a scam as all they keep trying to is get you to give them personal details via telephone and use scare tactics like telling me ill go to jail unless I give them money, social security number, and other personal details companies like this should be reprimanded and not allowed to be able to do this to good people who actually pay bills, taxes, etc on time without ever being late

Complaint: Made pursuant to 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the FDCPA. on XX/XX/2018, I submitted a complaint to the CFPB asking MIDWEST RECOVERY SYSTEMS to VALIDATE a debt that they alleged I owed. At that time I respectfully requested that MIDWEST RECOVERY SYSTEMS provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them seeing as I had never heard of them, had no written contract with them and had never received any benefits from them, yet MIDWEST RECOVERY SYSTEMS had submitted negative information to all three credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) against my name and social security number and was demanding payment from me in the amount of {$410.00}. They responded to my complaint but made it very clear that I did not have any financial obligation to them in their response that stated " Additionally, a validation request has been submitted to our client. Once they have provided the requested documentation, it will be forwarded to you at the address provided in this complaint. '' I did not request for validation from their " client. '' I requested that MIDWEST RECOVERY SYSTEMS provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them ( MIDWEST RECOVERY SYSTEMS ).
