Complaint: This is the third time I have attempted to resolve this charge that is not mine. XX/XX/19 the company told me within 30 days the charge would be changed on my credit report. XX/XX/19 the company said they sent a letter to the original lender ( which I dont recognize either one of these companies therefore I suspect fraud ), however nothing has changed in the past three week. This is my third attempt to resolve this. Midwest Recovery Systems sent me something in the mail to file fraud but it required me to write all my information including my social security number. Tell me, why would I send a paper with all my information to a company a suspect is committing fraud against me? That doesnt make sense AT ALL. I demand this debt be taken off of credit report. I know there is no evidence that this debt is mine because I have never even had contact with this original lender. I will continue to report this until it is resolved.

Complaint: I previously filed a complaint with XXXX thru this agency on these two accounts were said to have been deleted. I am attaching a copy of the response from XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX and the current copy of my XXXX XXXX report. As you can see they are still showing on my file. Also I am disputing the {$61.00} new collections from MIDWEST RECOVERY SYS on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I dont see doctors in XXXX. This is also the same city that someone had water turned on in my name. I had previously sent XXXX the copy of the fraud report I filed in XXXX when I first discovered this.
I want these accounts off my report

Complaint: After receiving a response from Midwest Recovery Systems ( MRS ) on my complaint through CFPB on XX/XX/19, I proceeded to contact the company as directed. I emailed them on XX/XX/19 and attempted to call them ( phone did not go through after the fifth attempt ) today XX/XX/19. I have not been contacted or been able to get a hold of this company that supposedly has a collection debt from a hospital I have never visited. I am filing again against this company for fraud.

Complaint: Midwest Recovery Systems has attempted to collect numerous debts over the years for accounts that were paid prior to being sold for collections. Each time, I have disputed the debt with the credit reporting agencies and requested debt validation from Midwest Recovery. Recently, they sold off my accounts to XXXX XXXX, who is also attempting to collect the same debt. Meanwhile, Midwest Recovery has listed a collection account with the credit reporting agencies ... again.
I sent a letter to Midwest Recovery via Certified Mail to the address they have registered with the credit reporting agencies, but it is no longer valid. There is no longer any way for me to contact Midwest Recovery since they have failed to update their current address. See attached letter.

Complaint: Midwest recovery Systems is claiming I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX {$580.00} and I live in XXXX XXXX. They said it would go away if I paid it in full and did not give me information about how I can dispute it they also said it was from XXXX which is over 7 years ago. This needs to be removed immediately as they placed this on my credit on XX/XX/XXXX and I have always had full-coverage insurance so there is no way I would have a medical debt such as this.

Complaint: Mid West Recovery SyS in the amount of {$280.00} is falsely reported as negative on my credit report. When I finally got through it was for a payday loan. I have never in my life needed or would ever take out a payday loan. They said the this occur in 2003. I said what? This is flat out un-true, false, and a lie! On the credit report it said the highest balance on this derogatory amount was {$2100.00}. If I owed {$2100.00} why are they asking for {$280.00}? Makes no sense. I have never taken a payday loan out in my life. This is false, and I would like to have this removed from my credit report. This company was not able to give any specifics on what the name of the company what date, how does a payday loan work? Was only given the year it was done which was 2003. No month date or time. This is down right false!
