Complaint: THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE COMPLAINT. THIS IS A NEW ISSUE REGARDING TENANTS THAT RESIDE WITH ME.
I have 2 tenants living in my home for some time now. They both have indicated that they will be staying and have NOTIFIED ME JUST NOW that they will begin pursuing their own remedies to stay in the home.
One tenant is 100 % XXXX and on a fixed income. The other tenant will be bringing his daughter to live here next week. The child 's mother died earlier this month unexpectedly. He does not have alternatives at this time and he must put his daughter in school or he will have problems with social servies.
I am having difficulity communicating with JP Morgan Chase to notify them of this situation.

It was a Robo-Call identifying me that I qualified for a favored rate on my Chase Card because of my good credit.
I have been out of work for 1 1/2 months, and I am at my limit on my present ( non-Chase ) credit card How can I have credit that good.
The number was XXXX I would like to make Chase Card Services aware that someone is using their name to run a potential scam! The robocall asked me to press a certain number in order to speak to a representative, which I did NOT DO!

Threatened to sue you for very old debt
Complaint: XXXX is typical of the type of people these businesss hire sadly there has to be someone to fit these roles!!! This is a law firm who buys debt and then collects on it - its predatory, human-less and greedy!! Not sure what else they may do there but any one seeking legal advice stay away!! There are plenty of other attorneys out there that have no part in these practices ... they garnished my pay for a debt from 2008!!! Was told you paid it then stopped why???! What??? I dont remember obviously life happened! I have divorced and remarried since then seriously!!! I asked to settle the debt in full that day for a fair portion of the remaining balance -even though i had no recollection of this and I must have thought it was paid obviously so long ago who knows!!! I was denied the request!! I will also be going out to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau etc ... Debt was for {$810.00} he garnished my pay {$200.00} - leaving {$610.00} remaining!! I was not served or received any notification of this supposed debt which is very very old!!! XXXX eluded to adding more money to be collected from this supposed court ordered garnishment! How is that even possible?!!! Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, Chase closed a checking account that I opened through their website a week or 2 earlier. I deposited {$410.00} in the account, and then I received a letter in the mail on XX/XX/XXXX, that Chase had decided to close my account. I have tried ever since that time to receive the {$410.00} that was in my account upon closing. Chase refuses to rush a check to me but instead states that I must open up an account to transfer the money into. But I was just denied the ability to hold an account with this bank. Otherwise, I will need to wait til XXXX XXXX, XXXX to hopefully receive my money.

Complaint: On Friday XX/XX/XXXX a transaction was processed to my account from XXXX XXXX for {$100.00}. This money was taken from my total balance, and at the time there was around {$500.00} left in the account. Either the next day or on Monday, a {$40.00} transaction from Acorns was processed to my account. The funds were available in the account at that time.
On Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX, Chase charged two {$34.00} overdraft fees to my account for both of those transactions. The explanation was that the money was being held by the vendor and didn't process until after the initial dates they were supposed to have come out, but if my balance was already reduced by both of those amounts, I should not have been charged fees on those transactions.
I would ask that both of the fees be reversed. It is unfair for banks to say they are " holding the funds '' and waiting on the vendor when the balance on the account was show that the funds have already been taken out of the account and sent to the vedor.

Complaint: I have been a chase customer for 10 years and I have XXXX chase freedom cards. Recently ( 1 days ago ), I received the offer for a credit limit increase which I accepted. Please not I didnt request it first hand. Then I keep seeing a prequalified offer for their chase Sapphire preferred and after a few logins I decided to take the bait. I applied and got approved. Five days later, I try to use my card at a gas station and it was declined then again later. So I logged in to check out what the problem is because I havent been using much of the card I actual only had {$64.00} balance on a {$2000.00} limit. Thats when I see that all my cards were closed.
I called them and the reason is too many inquiries. Chase card was the last card I got last year until XXXX when I applied for a XXXX. I dont understand how thats too many inquiries! On my XXXX and XXXX I only see XXXX. XXXX has XXXX ( 2from XX/XX/2017 set to be removed by next month, XXXX others from chase itself and XXXX for apartment leasing ). I am shocked and embarrassed that chase takes such a measure without informing its clients. I am also annoyed because I had enough no late payment and the accounts are always paid on full. I am no flight risk, I have been with them for years. I was just doing a product change as my credit has risen so much and I need cards with rewards.

Complaint: I'm a U.S. legal permanent resident ( " green card '' holder ). Several years ago, I opened a checking account at a Chase branch. Two weeks ago, I wanted to add my spouse to my account. The banker refused to accept my New York state I.D . stating that only U.S. citizens are entitled to using their state IDs as their primary form of identification. Non-citizens are required to present their immigration papers at Chase. Later, I confirmed with Chase 's executive office that this was in fact their policy and that they stood by it. I find this policy discriminatory and suspect that it may not be fully legal. My state I.D . is as good as those of U.S. citizens. If a U.S. citizen does not have to verify their citizenship status every time to perform a simple transaction, nor should I be required to show my immigration papers every time I enter the branch. Either state IDs are accepted for every ( established ) customer or not.

Complaint: Chase issued a mortgage loan against my property while back. I just came to know about it by contacting with the home insurance company last month, which was funded from that mortgage loan account. The loan number is XXXX.
The loan account was used for this purpose by a mortgage company named XXXX XXXX with the below information : Phone : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX I contacted your sales department to inquire about this loan with no success. They declined to provide me any response.
Chase maintains the loan that are older than 7 years in archived form. Since the loan was issued against my property and was used back in XX/XX/2007 to provide my home insurance company for home insurance payment.
So I need to know the below details on this loan : 1. When was the loan account opened and when was it closed, if closed?
2. What kind of loan was it ( i.e FHA, VA etc )?
Since this was a concealed information, the statute of limit tolls for any legal action.
So I am hoping that you would please co-operate.

Complaint: I was given a loan modification from Chase Bank in XXXX of XXXX because they said I met their qualifications for a hardship and I had never missed a payment.
They never discussed with me the terms of the modification other than to say they would escrow my homeowners insurance included in my new payment amount. They never told me they were going to add fifteen years to my mortgage.
Now on XX/XX/XXXX I have received an insurance bill from them for {$1100.00}. They have also just informed me that they have sold my loan which is why they added15 years to my mortgage.
I have spoken with their executive office and was informed that Chase Bank regulations require them to make sure they have discussed the terms of the modification with their customers which Chase Bank failed to do.
They have acted with impunity and deceit in order to take advantage of one of their customers. They did this knowing full well they were going to sell the loan and make a bigger profit by adding fifteen years to my mortgage

Complaint: An unauthorized ACH debit transaction of XXXX was made from my savings account at chase bank on XX/XX/2019 and an ACH debit transaction of XXXX was attempted on XX/XX/2019 but failed due to insufficient funds. This is because my entire savings account had been wiped out. I had possession of my bank card at all times.
I am currently outside the United States and did not notice this fraudulent charge on my saving account until XX/XX/2019. I also never received an email or warning on someone making such a large unauthorized transaction. I immediately called chase bank to report the fraudulent charge but I was told that they were unable to do anything and would need to " mail '' me a form that would need to be filed with their claims department before any type of investigation could be made. I tried to explain that I was out of the country and would required the form to be emailed instead but I was told that-that was not possible. I have since called chase bank on a daily basis and are still waiting to receive the form via mail.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I obtained a Home Equity Line of Credit with predecessor in interest, Washington Mutual. The loan was secured by a Deed of Trust on my property. On XX/XX/XXXX, the loan was paid in full and a Substitution of Trustee and Full Reconveyance was recorded because the property was sold.
Even though the account was paid the bank continued to maintain the Home Equity Line of Credit and collected between $ XXXX {$35000.00} in wrongful payment.
On XX/XX/XXXX after various correspondences with Chase, they agreed to cancel the debt in the amount of {$53000.00} but not refund the payments from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX.
I had hired a lawyer but can no longer afford him. He mentioned that next steps would be to sue Chase for the wrongful payment but I don't have the means to do that.
