Don't agree with the fees charged
Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke to the following Chase representatives : XXXX ( Call Center Rep ) XXXX ( Unit Manager - Retail Banking ) XXXX ( Call Center Rep ) I contacted Chase Bank in regards to my student loans that were sold to XXXX in XXXX. According to XXXX, the promissory note provided from Chase does not include the fixed interest rate and loan term for my student loans. As a result, I have been given a variable interest rate of 7.2 % instead of the fixed interest rate of 4.5-5.0 % that I initially agreed to.
I have requested a copy of the original promissory note from Chase Bank 's Archives department and have not received the information. I was instructed to contact XXXX, which is my current loan servicer, as XXXX sold my student loans to XXXX in XXXX.

Fee problem
Complaint: I checked my bank account and had an available balance of {$94.00} at approximately XXXX EST on XX/XX/2019. Upon checking my account this morning my account was over drafted with three insufficient fund fees being assessed. When I called to ask how was I assessed these fees on pending transactions, and why the order of the pending transactions continued to change daily, no one could provide an honest answer. I first spoke with XXXX located in a call center in the XXXX, she stated that the transactions that came through were delayed because of the past XXXX XXXX holiday. However, these transactions were made earlier in the previous week. Yet, a check that was just presented potentially on a non-business day, Sunday, or, on the following business day due to the holiday, which would be Tuesday, XX/XX/2019 had cleared within a day. Which has never happened. The checks that I have written in the past to the said entity of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, as well as other checks presented have always taken a minimum 2-3 business days. Yet, this {$160.00} was taken and applied first after several transactions dating back to the previous week.
I then asked to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred again to a Philippine call center and spoke with XXXX XXXX. She by her own admission stated that they have an ordering system for transactions and they can and will post items even at XXXX based on their own criteria. Again, I said that if Im being assessed fees for pending items, that I am not being allowed the opportunity to make a deposit or transfer funds into the account before XXXX of that business day which is marketed as a overdraft and debit protection.
I called back a third time and spoke with XXXX in a XXXX based call center. She advised me that the bank has no control over when merchants submit ACH automatic debits and for credit purchases, the merchants have 180 days to do so. Again, this is not logical because for all debit purchases require the cardholder to enter their pin, which should equate to the funds being debited IMMEDIATELY. She by her own admission stated that the order sequence is from HIGHEST to SMALLEST transaction. I told her that these were all debit transactions that have been reordered and some were extremely aged from the previous week. I then asked to be transferred to a supervisor in a US based call center. At this time, I was transferred to XXXX. She advised that theyre ordering system starts with the HIGHEST amount transaction per category then to lowest and they can assess 3 insufficient fees per day. This proves that not only does Chase change the ordering system, it is likely they utilize a software program to do so. This is very deceptive in nature. And it greatly benefits Chase to be able to profit substantially in the amount of {$100.00} per account holder per day. This has and remains to be an ongoing issue with this institution in which several class action lawsuits have been brought against for such deceptive and unethical business and banking practices. Chase has simply attempted to find a method that appears to be legal and undetectable to gain profit. Even if doing so on pending transactions which is not only unethical but seemingly illegal.
Chase continues to misrepresent their debit protection, overdraft protection, processing times, and processing order. Their processing order overdrafts the account on items that would have more than enough available funds to cover. However, Chase continues to change the order on days old transactions for the potential to have consumer overspend and be manipulated in what their balance truly is. And they have adopted such practices and implemented training to their employees domestically and internationally to deceive the unwitting and otherwise inattentive account holder.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a certified letter to Chase Mgt to ask them to delete my incorrect account on all 3 credit reports. There was incorrect information they were reporting to the Credit Bureau 's.
On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter back from Chase Mgt stating they were unable to process my request because they claimed that my loan is no longer on their records.
Since the loan is no longer on their records, they should not be reporting an account that does not exist to the Credit Bureau 's.
On XX/XX/XXXX I sent another letter stating : Since you were unable to process my request because my loan is no longer on your records. According to my credit report, you are still reporting this account. Please delete this account immediately.
Please also be aware that any negative mark found on my credit reports ( including XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) from your company or any company that you represent, for a debt that I don't owe, is a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA ; therefore if you can not validate the debt, you must request that all credit reporting agencies delete the entry.
Yet again, you have failed to provide me with a copy of any viable evidence, bearing my signature, showing the account is being reported accurately.
I did not hear back so I sent in another letter on XX/XX/XXXX stating : Please also be aware that any negative mark found on my credit reports ( including XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) from your company or any company that you represent, for a debt that I don't owe, is a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA ; therefore if you can not validate the debt, you must request that all credit reporting agencies delete the entry.
Chase Mgt failed to delete my account from XXXX Credit Bureau 's.

Didn't receive terms that were advertised
Complaint: I signed up for the Chase Total Checking through a mail letter and online, and met the Direct deposit sign up deadline for a XXXX $ bonus, and I never received the XXXX $ now Chase is charging me XXXX $ a month for service fees on an account I didnt need, and only opened for the bonus, and J.P. Morgan Investments. I called the customer support, and they even said it was not in the fine print that I needed to have a qualified direct deposit. The terms were to set up direct deposit. Not to have a direct deposit come through. I read the whole letter I received in the mail, and read the terms, and fine print. It was not stated. Therefore Chase is in violation and is stealing money through monthly service fees they would not give me their ID number .... Complaint: I understand the XX/XX/XXXX payment for XXXX was returned, because it was not a payment, On XX/XX/XXXX i talked to a rep at CHASE bank he keep asking do you want me to run this payment i said no, this payment is posted for next month not today he could not get it in his head so i talked to case manager her name is Miss XXXX and she said it was canceled but it wasn't. but i did make a payment in XX/XX/XXXX. so the payment for XX/XX/XXXX that was removed should have never been removed because i made a payment in XX/XX/XXXX if i could download my payment history i show it was made. Every payment was made but XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, each payment falls behind one so i was behind XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/2018 yes they was a return of XXXX in XX/XX/2018. i understand that, this is my payment break down and i can furnish more documents and bank statements and CHASE can go to phone conversation onXX/XX/XXXX and see i canceled that payment for the following month because the rep could not get it right. in XX/XX/2018 i made two payments XXXX and XXXX that went to XX/XX/XXXX payment, then XX/XX/XXXX payment got returned to me because of change in banking information. then i made a payment in XX/XX/XXXX that went XX/XX/XXXX then i made payment in XX/XX/XXXX that went to XX/XX/XXXX, then i made a two payments in XX/XX/XXXXl that went to XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, then in XX/XX/XXXX i made payment that went to XX/XX/XXXX with money in suspense to cover parcel payment in XX/XX/XXXX i talked to rep on XX/XX/XXXX at CHASE bank he said i owed as to date XXXX but i had some more in suspense that has not been added. i don't see the problem, the problem i can see the payment being removed from XX/XX/2018 over a mistake a rep from Chase made not me, but a payment was made in XX/XX/XXXX and should be replaced for XX/XX/XXXX,, Chase can talk to Miss XXXX case worker and listen to phone recording and the one in XX/XX/XXXX i don't understand the reason this is not being correctly made to my account, the month i owe for is parcel payment is XX/XX/XXXX i like FHA to look my account over

Complaint: I fell behind on mortgage payments in XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to repay the amount I was behind ( approx. {$2500.00} ). I told the bank ( JPMorgan Chase ) that I would have the payment within a week. My wife contacted the bank a week later to make the payment and was told that the mortgage had been sent to the foreclosure department. Since that time I've applied with Chase for a loan modification and they have denied me because of requirements of the USDA loan. I've additionally sought help from XXXX ( Kentucky XXXX XXXX XXXX ), as they have a program that is supposed to provide assistance to individuals like myself who have been involuntarily unemployed ( I was laid off twice in the past year ). It appears that the Kentucky XXXX XXXX XXXX is no longer in existence. Chase bank has sent me documents informing me that my options are limited to short-sale and/or deed-in-lieu of foreclosure. I desperately want to keep my home as I have a wife and XXXX kids living there with me and we have nowhere else to go.

Complaint: One of my businesses, XXXX XXXX, XXXX maintained an active checking account with JP Morgan Chase for over 6.5 years. The business is a wholesale car dealership that is partnered with another dealership ( XXXX, XXXX who banks at XXXX XXXX ). XXXX is my only customer as I buy cars from them to help them expand their buying capacity and then when they sell the cars they buy them back from me. As the business grew this resulted in a large number of checks to buy cars ( written to XXXX ) and sell cars ( received from XXXX ). Given the increase in volume I had changed the account 3 months ago to an account that allowed a higher number of transactions. On XX/XX/2019 as I was trying to make 2 deposits to the account I was told the account was " restricted '' and could not process any transactions. I found out that the account had been frozen, along with {$140000.00} that was in the account and turned over to the compliance department. I was initially told that after 10 business days the account would be closed and a check would be sent out with the funds. It has now been almost 20 business days and I was told that the account is now in " investigations '' but no one will tell me why or what is being investigated. I also filed a complaint with the JP Morgan Chase executive office who called me and said they were looking into the situation but have since not returned my calls over the last 3 days. The bankers who I know personally in the branch have not been able to directly talk to the department who is handling the account now and have no answers for me as to why it has been sent to investigations or why or when I will receive the funds. The inaccessibility of these funds is causing a severe hardship for our business to continue meeting the needs of our customer which is causing a strain in the business relationship. It is also resulting in lost profits in the amount of approximately {$2000.00} for every month the funds are held in suspense. The bank has not provided any explanation other than they froze the account because I was writing checks on uncollected funds ( meaning I made deposits from my customer and wrote checks to my customer on the same day ) and after deposits hit the account there were always sufficient funds to cover outstanding checks. JP Morgan Chase is effectively placing economic " sanctions '' on me by not making these funds available and holding them indefinitely without providing any reason why or contacting me to try and get a better understanding of the account activity so can show there was nothing nefarious going on. I have attached an excel spreadsheet of all bank activity in this account for 2019. Please Help!

I do not know how the organization has an inquiry on my credit report because I have a fraud alert attachment to my credit report to contact me if anyone tries to apply for credit. Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 at approximately XXXX XXXX ( est ) I contacted Chase Bank regarding an email I received and thought it to be suspicious. The email stated that my personal phone number had been deleted from my account and if I did not request this change to contact Chase immediately. I did not request my number to be deleted so I contacted Chase. I spoke with one representative and to a supervisor regarding my concerns. The supervisor for online was XXXX and she could not answer me if this email was indicating fraud on my account. Complaint: On XXXX XX/XX/2019, I reapply for a chase credit card. It's 5 times in six months. My credit has been XXXX. I also have a checking account for 3 years. I called for reconsidering my credit but I was treated like garbage.
I have numerous credit cards in which are in excellent standing.
According to them is a XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX card that shows delinquent. But i have proof that was paid in full months ago.
