Please find enclosed a detailed account of what occurred and what I have provided to my bank ( JP Morgan Chase ) in order to move forward with a Fraud claim I have filed with JP Morgan Chase. -- Start Secure Message To JP Morgan Chase -- I write to file a report in writing for a scam that was committed. On XX/XX/2019, I reached out to a property manager, XXXX XXXX, regarding a XXXX posting. XXXX 's email is XXXX and his phone number is XXXX. On XX/XX/2019, I completed a full rental application and was accepted. I was told to send {$3300.00} to the Landlord, XXXX XXXX, as outlined in the lease agreement. This amount was to cover the first month of rent plus the security deposit. XXXX 's email is XXXX. I do not know XXXX 's phone number. On XX/XX/2019, I sent the requested {$3300.00} to : Account Name : XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX Routing Number : XXXX Swift Cose : XXXX Beneficiary Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX. More happened and I can explain this if you would like me to. But the next big event is that I was told that I had to send another three months rent in order to secure the location. The lease agreement was updated to document this change in payment, and then I wired the requested amount. On XX/XX/2019, I sent the requested additional {$3900.00} to XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX again. This amount was to cover an extra two months of rent because the landlord said that this was required in order to secure the apartment. They also requested for me to send more money for a tenancy ID after this, but I refused until I moved in on XX/XX/2019. On XX/XX/2019, I went to the location to move in. I received an email the morning of XX/XX/2019 from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX saying that they were not going to come, my contract was cancelled because I did not pay the tenancy ID amount, and that they would refund me the full {$6900.00}. On XX/XX/2019, I did not see a refund, and I reported the fraudulent activity to my bank, JP Morgan Chase. On XX/XX/2019, I reported the fraudulent activity to XXXX XXXX bank. On XX/XX/2019, I filed a police report in XXXX XXXX, CA. The police report number is XXXX. The emailI have on file for the XXXX Police is : XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX to provide the police report case number as well. I was notified by JPM that my wire recalls from XXXX XXXX were denied and that JPM can not help me anymore. I was advised by JPM to reach directly out to XXXX XXXX bank. I reached out to XXXX XXXX bank, and I was told that I can not receive any more information about this case, as this is a bank to bank process and that JPM has to reach out to XXXX XXXX so I should speak with someone from my bank. I went into a JPM branch today in XXXX XXXX, CA and spoke with XXXX XXXX. I was advised to send a secure message with the relevant information and am doing so now. I have same issue with this same person last 2 months with one of my apartment and these people will only deprive you from getting your home end up wasting your time and money. Complaint: On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX i received an alert from XXXX XXXX saying that JPMCB Auto Finance has added new missed payments to you XXXX credit report. So I was alarmed immediately because I don't have an account with Chase anymore, my vehicle was lost in the great flood of XXXX here in XXXX XXXX, Louisiana ; that vehicle was a total loss and XXXX and my Gap insurance company ( XXXX XXXX ) paid the vehicle off. I received confirmation from all 3 parties showing payments had been sent and received and the account was paid in full. I learned on XXXX and XXXX when I called Chase ( as well as yesterday after speaking to 5 people after 2 hours ) that Chase never alerted me that there was a balance the Gap insurance did not pay or they did not send a full amount on. I stated the Chase representative, I received correspondence form all parties that the account was paid in full and closed and I had not other communication from Chase since XXXX of XXXX after notification of full payment was received. I moved on with life. So as of Friday, it not only shows an old balance left over from XXXX in the amount {$1000.00}, it currently shows as a new added account that I've had missed payments on dating in XXXX, XXXX, and currently in XXXX. We are in the process of buying a house. That incorrect reporting dropped my credit score down 54 points. I spoke with the 5 representatives on yesterday with Chase and all they confirmed that they showed a XXXX balance account for me. They said that Chase had just gone through a " name change '' a few weeks back and that people had been calling in complaining of the same thing and stated that old accounts were showing up as new reportings with delinquent payment history. I stated well that is not right and that needs to be removed. The representative XXXX ID # XXXX, in the Chase Credit bureau department ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX & then XXXX ), stated that he would put in a dispute with his department to have the reporting history removed from credit bureau and that it would take 5 to 10 days. He was finally able to pull up my credit report with me to see what I was talking about it shows, clear as day, negative missed payments from XXXX to XXXX and it JUST posted to my bureau on XX/XX/XXXX, because the 2 loan originator would have caught that in XXXX and XXXX, and XXXX, and last month during this process of building my credit score. Now I have to wait until this get 's cleared. XXXX XXXX shows XXXX and XXXX. I'm not sure if it's reported to XXXX. XXXX stated that it was a mistake and that all of the negative reporting history after the account was closed in XXXX, needed to be removed. He stated that I should received something from his department confirming that ONCE everything was completed in 5-10 days. At this point, because their system did that to me, I don't have any faith that they will honor that, so I'm filing a complaint. The Chase representative even admitted that this has happened to other people. I would like assistance in insuring that my credit file with all 3 bureaus will be clear of this incorrect/negative from JMPCB Finance. I'm freaking out because I hope this doesn't take long to where I will lose the house I'm looking at.

Complaint: Hello, I've contacted CHASE multiple times to have them change my name from my maiden name to my married name ( XXXX to XXXX ). I've sent all required documentation. CHASE updated my name on my credit cards, but not my online account. I called and asked customer service to update my online account as well, and was told 3-5 business days. It was never done. So I submitted an online inquiry via the " Send a secure message '' on the Help & support tab. I received a response to give 5 business days. I still haven't received word back on that. Please update my name. I attached all paperwork I previously submitted supporting the name change and a screenshot of where it has not been updated.

Complaint: I made a {$440.00} purchase with XXXX before I closed my checking account with Chase. I ended requesting a refund with XXXX as I found a better room with a better deal. This refund was issued to the closed account with chase. I contacted them on XX/XX/XXXX regarding this refund and they told me I would receive a physical check within 10 days. I have called a total of 4 times this past month and I am told something different every time. Either its that I will receive my check within 10 days or they are waiting for some department to approve the check. Complaint: My XXXX and I got into a FHA mortgage in XXXX of XXXX the selling financial institution providing credit for it was XXXX XXXX located in XXXX XXXX Fl . Subsequently our mortgage was sold almost immediately to JP Morgan Chase Bank to whom we started making The associated mortgage payments. We were successfully making our payments until the end of XXXX when we decided to ask Chase for a modification due to the high monthly payment, and the fact that we were experiencing financial difficulties, our application was denied five times until one of the bank 's employee suggested to us to get behind payments so we could be heard by the bank and get approved for a modification. Chase issued a foreclosure suit on XXXX and we requested the court to dismiss the case arguing JP Morgan lacked the proper documentation or standing on the property, this intention was promoted by a mailer advertisement flyer advising us the possibility of Chase committing fraud on our mortgage. We went onto hire an attorney to investigate the case and that is when Chase Bank sold the property to XXXX XXXX XXXX alleging probably legal litigation issues. Its been 9 years since our property has gone through different banks including HUD, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Chase, XXXX XXXX and the respective servicers XXXX XXXX of California and XXXX XXXX from Pennsylvania. ( All of them claimed at one point in this process to stand ownership, the fact is none of them were able to prove standing on the property ) The problem goes even farther and here is what I need your intervention or to enforce clarity and truthfulness to whom it pertains. In XXXX we filed for bankruptcy chapter seven in XXXX XXXX FL Seven circuit court, it was discharged and approved on XXXX XXXX XXXX. Two items were exempted or not included in the bankruptcy ( reaffirmation ) our house located in XXXX FL and a 2009 XXXX XXXX, To file the bankruptcy we hired a Bankruptcy lawyer by the name XXXX in XXXX FL. This process cost us {$2900.00} which included payment for the affirmation items referenced above, I must mention that I keep all the correspondent receipts and evidence of business done with the XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX FL. XXXX XXXX who's challenging the foreclosure now brought up the bankruptcy case in a clever move directed to promote the court to rule in their side, the good thing about it is that statute of limitations can prevent them from taking our house since state of Florida laws only allow for five years frame time. I asked XXXX XXXX and Chase Bank to provide documentation that proves paper work for the affirmation ( paid ) was submitted timely within the legal frame time ; Until now neither chase or XXXX have shown a satisfactory answer to my request. This is important to me because I can prove to the court I paid for the reaffirmation, that our house was never placed on bankruptcy and that someone did not submit our paperwork on time making us look bad, XXXX XXXX claims that since the house was included in the chapter seven bankruptcy, we lost our chances in fighting the foreclosure. We are trying to prove otherwise.

Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft and I have submitted all the proper documentation that Chase has asked me for. I have submitted police reports, updated police reports, proof of payments made on my account, the suspect sentencing notice, basically everything to prove that all the charges that I reported are fraudulent on my account wasn't authorized by me. My identity was stolen!!! I have also submitted letters from my other credit card companies that has refunded and credited my account for the fraudulent charges. I am not stopping until I get this resolved. I will not be responsible for none of the charges! I have been making payments on the account to avoid negative remarks on my credit report. After calculating everything Chase owes me {$10000.00}.

Complaint: On Saturday XX/XX/XXXX I used a atm machine to do a withdrawal and did not receive my money, I am requesting a dispute and refund of my money that I did not receive at the ATM machine on XX/XX/2019 around XXXX XXXX I went to the chase ATM machine at the corner of XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX to withdraw money out of my account. I initially tried to withdraw XXXX but the bank ATM machine told me that I had exceeded the limit allowed, so I try to withdraw {$540.00} and proceed with the transaction when I Selected to print the receipt and the get cash, the window that the cash is disposed out of did not open and I did not receive money or a receipt for that transaction I begin to do the Transaction again because I did not believe this was happening I tried tseveral times and nothing came out. I did another is a separate transaction for {$80.00} and the same thing happened.I did not receive any money from the Chase ATM machine that is on the corner of XXXX and XXXX XXXX, I am requesting a dispute and a disbursement of my {$620.00} back. I Call the number on the ATM machine to speak with someone at Chase customer service and they express they could not do anything until I speak with my bank, this experience has cost me a great deal of stress and inconvenience me to where I can not pay my rent and my bills that is due today! On Monday I went back to the branch to speak with a manager and the manager also informed me that there was nothing that he could do and gave me his business card to contact customer service again,
