Complaint: Back in XXXX My husband got a Chase Credit Card and I was on account. He was sent to prison for XXXX my child. While he was out and going to trial he had taken all Credit Cards and maxed it out at a Balance of XXXX. The bank sold it to a collection agency I never knew the court date so I could go to court and this company got a judgement. I have been extremely low income all these years and This agency keeps taking it to Court tacking on more fees. This debt is now over 10 years old and XXXX dollars. My ex died in XXXX and this company has started trying to garnish me. The only legal thing I am allowed to do is go and get a hardship again. I need help this debt was never mine and they haven't been able to get money because I don't make enough and all it is doing is adding huge interest rate fees at this point.

Complaint: Chase bank refuses to reverse a completely fraudulent charge from XXXX that was not authorized by me. I have contacted both Chase and XXXX to solve the matter amicably but they both refuse to reverse the charge that was billed fraudulently. I informed both Chase and XXXX that my computer had been accessed without my knowledge and billed as my XXXX and credit card credentials are saved in my computer. My personal computer had a series of new browser history in which I had not searched, websites I had not visited, and numerous other indications that someone had been using my computer. XXXX is taking advantage of the matter by agreeing that it was a fraudulent charge but keeping the money regardless.

I have spoken to several representatives who are snarky, condescending, and smug.

Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Complaint: I subscribed to a movie subscription XXXX on XX/XX/2019 and merchant document noted subscription immediate. As of XXXX, XXXX after repeated e-mails to the merchant I notified Chase to dispute the {$110.00} since my subscription was not activated. On this date, XXXX, XXXX Chase gave a temporary credit.
I have paperless billing and did not get an e-mail or paper document in the US Mail about request for additional documents. Chase sent a Notice to my INBOX for request for additional information. Since a response was not sent on XX/XX/XXXX, Chase considered the disputed charge valid and recharged me the full {$110.00}. After multiple calls Chase gave a partial credit of {$100.00} as a " courtesy ''. As of today XXXX is 'Out Of Business '' and I am requesting a FULL refund. XXXX notified Chase that the subscription was 'Active ''. On XXXX I personally went into the branch to submit documents to dispute the charge ( per Chase Dispute dept. ) to XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), Banker that committed to faxes the documents to Chase Dispute Dept. The document stated ( 1 ) e-mail to XXXX about cancelling the service since they subscription was not activated ( 2 ) XXXX e-mail notifying me that they blocked my service since I disputed the charge. Chase did not receive the document that their own employee agree to forward to their dispute Dept. Their supervisor XXXX XXXX in the Dispute Dept. stressed that I will not receive any credit and was aware that I would submit a dispute with CFPB.
Please post for other consumers since Chase business practice needs to be reviewed.
( 1 ) If you have Paperless billing, it is the Consumer 's responsibility to check documents on the Chase website for notification.
( 2 ) Chargeback does not appear as a regular line item the day the charge was posted on your account. Consumer do not see it but on the original posting ( 3 ) Documents dropped off at the branch has no impact and Chase does not take responsible though the consumer follows their instruction ( 4 ) Chase transfers and keeps you on hold to assume the consumer will drop off the call out of sure frustration.

Complaint: In XXXX of 2018 chase didn't charge the right account and it gave me a late payment. It was only a minimum payment of less than {$90.00}. On all of my scores I never miss a payment and it affected my credit score a lot. I didn/t even realize there was a problem with payment or that I was late. Can I please get that strike taken off of my account I am a great customer and never before or after been late. I really did not know and would be so appreciative if we can resolve this issue.

Complaint: Chase Bank has not been included in this scam inquiry into Credit Card transfer payment reversal charge backs. ( {$7000.00} over a week later, and after 2 banks ' customer service reps gave verbal phone assurance, allegedly recorded, that the transfers were verified solid and ready to spend. ) How do I apply for remedy relief from the credit card companies? Chase has updated my online account dashboard without giving accurate reflection of the 8 to 10 days with which it delayed before coloring the transaction status and says there is nothing to dispute. XXXX XXXX won't let me report problems online for payments like it does for disputed charges and says the payment was never authorized, as notated at reversal.

Complaint: I have a lease that is on auto payments and the payments were supposed to of been deferred because of a hurricane in our area. One car was deferred but they didnt defer the other on and the payments starting coming out after the payment was due. This started in 2018. Complaint: A year ago, on XX/XX/2018, I went to a store to realize that my credit card didn't work. I called the Bank which was Chase and ask about it, the agent told me that all my credit cards from Chase were closed and that no information can be disclosed until I will receive a letter about it.
I had 5 chase credit card, the Chase Business Ink, the Chase Sapphire Reserve, the Chase Freedom Unlimited, the Chase Hyatt Credit card, and the Chase Ihg credit card. In addition, my wife that was an authorized user on one of my cards, got her only card closed ( the Chase Sapphire Preferred card ).
Chase claim was that I was requesting too many credit cards in a short time and that was a payment made from another company once.
Although I had these 5 cards with Chase, they were open over a long period of time ( 4 years ) and they had different purposes. I always paid my bills on time and never had high spending on those cards. My incomes were high enough to justify all the credit limit I had.
I did pay off once my balance with a check from a company, this was because I had a contract with them and some of my expenses that occurred during my work with them were paid with my personal credit card. It was normal to reimburse these expenses directly from the company 's check.
I called Chase many time and spoke with many representatives but no one was able to help me with this.
I'm reaching out to you to help me with that.

Complaint: My roommate was stealing my Chase debit card and drivers license ; pretending to be me and withdrawing money from my account. He admitted that he figured out my pin because it happens to be the same as my phone password.
He also admitted that he would sneak into my room while I was sleeping and put the card back before I woke up.
