Complaint: I saw this fraudulent debt on my credit report around XX/XX/19. I contacted XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to inform them that this debt was not mine. I filed a complaint with the FTC after reaching out to the name listed on my credit report. When I reached out to IQ Data International, Inc. They informed me that they do not have to prove the debt is valid. I wrote them the letter supplied by the FTC. I submitted the documents requested by the FTC, Federal Trade Commission, to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. XXXX is refusing to remove this fraudulent debt. This debt is fraudulent due to identity theft. Ive communicated this to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. XXXX is the only credit reporting bureau refusing to remove the debt. Ive spoken with XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and several others. All to no avail. Theyve treated me unprofessionally and have continued to compromise my credit score to this fraudulent debt. I believe this is personal. I believe the actions of the staff in The Office of Consumer Affairs, at XXXX are intentional, deliberate and malicious. When I call XXXX, I can not speak with any of the representatives. After confirming my identity, I am immediately transferred to The Office of Consumer Affairs where I am treated horribly. The staff play games with the dispute process, open cases, close cases, again and again. Theyve confirmed receipt of the FTC Complaint for fraud due to identity theft and still refuse to remove the fraudulent collections debt from IQ Data International. Their pattern of behavior is unfair, frustrating and tiresome. This fraudulent debt should never have been allowed on my credit report. XXXX is the only Bureau continuing to allow it to remain. I have attached page 1 of more than 10 pages of lawsuits currently filed against I Q Data International.

Complaint: I was a resident at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, TX up to XX/XX/XXXX. I requested ( on XX/XX/XXXX as provided in my Notice to Vacate form ) to do a walk-thru on XX/XX/XXXX as I was relocating to another state and no one was available to do the walk-thru when I was ready to hand over the keys per XXXX, a leasing professional at XXXX XXXX XXXX. I eventually received a letter from a debt collection agency called I.Q. Data International, Inc. ( dated XX/XX/XXXX on the letterhead ) around XX/XX/XXXX stating that I owed a remaining balance of {$150.00}. I did not receive this letter quickly because the mailing address that the debt collection agency sent it to was the XXXX XXXX XXXX address I moved out from ; the letter was eventually forwarded to my correct mailing address where I relocated to.
I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX via email to get more information because I never received any information from them prior to this letter from the debt collection agency, even though I gave them my correct forwarding address at the time as shown on the Notice to Vacate form. XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX responded to my emails and provided 2 documents : ( 1 ) a Move Out Statement dated XX/XX/XXXX and ( 2 ) a Cost Estimate from XXXX. XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX showing a {$150.00} estimate. However, I did not receive Move Out Inspection documentation. The Move Out Statement showed a {$150.00} charge for an " Ozone Treatment per Estimate '', which XXXX mentioned via email was for an alleged food odor in the apartment. I thoroughly cleaned the apartment unit and there was no food odor when I handed over the keys ; I do not smoke and do not have any pets either. In addition, I.Q. Data International , Inc. reported this " debt '' to the credit bureaus and damaged my credit score. I have disputed this debt with I.Q. Data International with documentation I sent via certified mail dated XX/XX/XXXX.
I requested further documentation from XXXX and the community manager XXXX to show me proof that there were actual damages to the unit and that treatment was necessary, such as a chemical test. I also did not receive an actual invoice for the ozone treatment to show that the treatment was actually performed on the unit. I did not receive any replies to my requests even after following-up via email on both XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. After further reviewing the documentation I received directly from XXXX XXXX XXXX, I have concluded that the charges appear to be fraudulent by XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is due to the fact that the provided Cost Estimate from XXXX. XXXX XXXX is dated after the Move Out Statement, and the Move Out Statement clearly specifies in its line item description that it is " ... per Estimate. '' This would not be possible as the estimate was not created until after the Move Out Statement documentation was created. Similarly, it appears that XXXX XXXX reported this charge without an estimate to the debt collection agency because the date on the estimate is after the date on the debt collection agency 's letterhead that I received.

Complaint: I contacted IQ Data in XXXX. I have been paying my debt both to country and private individuals to include IQ Data. Representative XXXX XXXX and I agreed to a monthly payment in the amount of {$340.00}. This amount was agreed to be deposited on the XXXX of every month. I paid {$340.00} on XX/XX/2019 and {$340.00} on XX/XX/2019. I spoke with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019 in regards to a settlement. The recorded conversation will note that I stated I would contact him if I could pay the settlement of {$1000.00}. I did not contact XXXX XXXX. Therefore, indicating I could not afford it. On XX/XX/2019, IQ Data withdrew {$1000.00}. I called IQ Data and the information given in their defense is false and inaccurate. If the line is recorded, then they will know I did not agree to settle on XX/XX/2019. IQ Data states that they tried to contact me on several occasions on the date of XX/XX/2019 to verify if I could commit to settlement. I have a phone log that states I received no call. IQ Data stated that they left me several voice mails. My inbox states otherwise as my voicemails are forwarded and can not be deleted due to company IT regulations. This company is why people dont pay debt. They are building a defense with no credible information. I request the recorded conversations to be sent to me. If I am wrong I will pay {$1000.00}. I am most certain this is harassment and falsely using information. You will see in attached documents that voicemails have been logged. There is a deleted folder that can not be deleted due to company IT restrictions.

Complaint: IQ Data International charged me 700 % of what I actually owed my old apartment. In XX/XX/XXXX, my old apartment XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX sent us an eviction notice in retaliation to our complain about their city code violation where they simply painted over black moles after our apartment was flooded by upstairs ( as a result my entire family contracted bronchitis ). We moved out 2 weeks after the notice and we really owed them 2 weeks of rent which was approximately {$1000.00}. On top of not giving back us our deposit, the apartment sold the collection to IQ Data International and they demanded {$6000.00} until end of XXXX and after hearing that I would compliant to consumer bureau if they did not give me an itemized deduction of the {$6000.00} they wanted, they raised the collection to {$7000.00}. IQ Data International is a criminal organization engage in robbery.

Complaint: I.Q. Data International , Inc., is the collection company that had sent me a notice for over {$11000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX for a debt that I had hired an attorney for. My attorney sent a letter on XX/XX/XXXX indicating they not contact me as the debt was entirely being disputed. The original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX was sent several certified letters on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX. They were given 30 days to respond and they did not.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a notification that there was a collection placed in my credit profile. I was able to get the name and number of the collection company and they indicated that they sent a notice ; however, it was only sent 10 days prior for a different amount than was originally reported. IQ sent the new collection for {$3000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I had not even seen the letter as it was sent to my attorney. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX they had already placed the collection in my credit profile without giving the required 30 days to dispute the new amount.
My complaint is against XXXX XXXX XXXX and I.Q. Data International, Inc. It is my opinion that the matter was not handled properly therefor now appearing as a collection in m y credit report. I have taken care of my credit and now there is a blemish in it.
I have all the correspondence to support my complaint.
I respectfully request your assistance and guidance on how to resolve this matter.

Two years after we moved. we started getting threatening calls from XXXX saying our family Cat XXXX all over. Which is an out right lie ... Our cat was a XXXX XXXX XXXX, indoor.And we were pristine tenants.The company was saying terrible things about what he would, or could do to us.It was horrible. Now after 6 years after our move.They still refuse to take me off the Credit standing and since contacting about not paying and their harrassment, abusive false claims. They are adding more to their balance. This company should be put in jail for their horrible threatening, dishonest scam, money collection practices ... We WILL NOT PAY, BECAUSE IT IS LIE..

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX hired a collection agency that is reporting incorrect amount on my credit report and reporting it as 30 days or more late damaging my credit and refusing to validate the debt and all mail sent to them certified has been returned to me unopened. I took XXXX XXXX XXXX to court and I won but the amounts still increased and was not taken off if my credit. IQ Data also called and threatened to damage my credit because they saw I was trying to obtain a home loan.
