Complaint: I have a collection on my credit report from Iq data international and after disputing this alleged collection with the credit bureaus it came back verified. So i wrote the original creditor and this collection company and ask for validation and the original signed instrument for proof this account belongs to me neither have answered me back. You can't verify an account through XXXX a physical person has to certify under law that the account belong to me and that the statue of limitations isn't up on the debt which it is in my state of Alabama and that they have a license to collect in my state. Which they haven't provided proof of anything.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX knew that dad was evicted. I want to know how was my SSN released to damage my credit report for over 6 years. I requested in disputes numerous times to have it removed and it always still remained, dad never made a payment according to CA. I would like to also know how is eviction process handled, and how is the SSN reported to collections without proof of knowing who was evicted? My dad is not trying to pay this debt his wife is trying to put the blame on the complex for missing documents and knowing that you cant prove it to wife she still believes its mines. Only my dad knows my SSN? I was Supposed to have been removed on XXXX XXXX and release from this debt dad owes. I suggest that you cease communication with them and let them know that FCRA laws allows the person that damages there credit report documents proving that it was supposed to be mines. Dad and wife lied to me saying they were gon na pay it when they go on vacations, and paid off other eviction to qualify them for VA housing assistant almost like county housing. They refuse this one because its on my credit report and not dads. My dad wants to fix it but I understand that wife refused to and continued to blame it on XXXX XXXX instead and still denies this being there debt?

Complaint: XXXX XXXX IQ data international debt collector XXXX Washington XXXX Called at XXXX I was at worked asked to call back at 1 they did. Stated I owed XXXX in damages from apt XXXX XXXX XXXX an XXXX XXXX property. I emailed them they did verify they sent them a debt collection. I think owned by same people. They said they if I didnt get a 16 digit credit card and pay by XXXX XXXX tomorrow they would send my credit to the credit bureaus and hurt my credit. I asked them to send that in writing. They said they would email. I said ok they still havent. I want to pay in protest because I cant review claims and I feel its a type of scam to pay only by credit card. Please help

Previous to that, they had sent me a letter stating I had 30 days to respond. I sent a letter within the 30 days asking them to prove to me that this was a valid debt, I also spoke with them over the phone and told them this is not a valid debt and it's not mine. They did not ever send me any proof that this was in fact a valid debt. I want this debt removed from my credit file. I have also sent in disputes to all 3 credit reporting agencies.

Complaint: I lived on-site at XXXX apartments where I worked as a leasing agent for the apartment community and was fired for reasons due to my job performance. XXXX was the Management company. They requested that I vacate my home within 7 days following the end of my employment in XX/XX/2016. They initially charged me for the remainder of my lease term, which isnt legal. I contacted the regional manager, assistant manager and property manager via email explaining to them that I vacated the home and they could no longer charge me for rent especially if the home was leased. I was asked to move and vacate the home after being fired but they still charged me for rent. The collection company handling the account is IQ Data International. Ive called them and wrote them letters several times requesting any and all paperwork that they have on file to prove that this debt is valid and the only thing theyve sent me is a ledger with incorrect amounts from the Management team I previously worked for. The property management company had my address, email and phone number on file due to me being a past employee. But they failed to send me a move out statement showing the balance owed to my address on file, they immediately forwarded my file over to collection.

Complaint: This involves XXXX credit bureau and the furnisher : IQ Data International who are providing knowingly incorrect information on my credit file and XXXX refuse to remove it even though proof was provided. IQ Data claim that an amount is owed from a apartment company by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX in the sum of {$3300.00}. I have a court document stating otherwise. This court document states due to two defaults where the XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ), refused to attend the jury trial court proceedings. A ruling was made on the second trial of not only another default issued against XXXX XXXX, but a decision was made that no monies was owed from said Defendant ( XXXX XXXX ) to the said Plaintiff ( XXXX XXXX ). The supporting documents were faxed to IQ Data International XX/XX/2019, poof being provided by a fax confirmation. Having this evidence in possession, IQ Data still refused to acknowledge the documents and continue to report the facts and stop reporting this inaccuracy. The acting manager on this file representing XXXX XXXX name is XXXX XXXX. The same documents were faxed to XXXX on XX/XX/2019, prior to 3 previous disputes that were filed on this same matter. XXXX and XXXX deleted the file immediately after proof was given, not XXXX!!!! Both are illegally falsifying the debt on my credit file.

Complaint: My debt is rental debt from an apartment complex for XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX. I called the company IQ data international inc. to inquire on repayment plan to repay the money owed. The account manager of my account was extremely rude. He was threatening me harshly which violated the fdcpa law with the false actuations and vulgar language. He then put me into a status of refused to pay which isnt true. All this just because he did not want to work with me. I was extremely calm and polite thought all the verbal abuse from the debt collector. He then he disconnected the call. I called back trying to resolve my case and get on a payment plan to repay the debt. They offered me onto a payment plan of XXXX $ a month for 6 months. No other options where available. I know they do not have to be super nice, but I would like for my call to be pulled and manager reviewed for the way that I was treated. Thank you for your time.
