But they closed account due to my ip being know fraud they say. Which is XXXX. i check my ip and had tech check my ip and it is clear as day. So they lying. Didn't let me do anything with this account. They should just deny me from beginning. Bad business and not recommended.

Complaint: I had a credit card account open with Huntington bank. I opened the account a little under 3 years ago as my first line of credit outside of student loans. With this they provided me with a {$4000.00} line of credit. This happened to be before i frequently checked my credit score so I am unsure what it was at this time. Considering I had not other credit line except for student loan debt I assume it was not that high. A few months after having the card my credit line was raised to {$8000.00} without a notification from them which was good with me. At this time I had a car loan and just got a full time job and was still in school. Through some time in work I had to take off time in classes and my student loans started needing paid. Since it was in multiple loans I decided to have them consolidated to make things easier. During this time I was advised to wait until the consolidation was finished. During this time my credit did take a hit but went back up higher then it was previously. Around the time my credit went back to its normal amount they lowered my credit limit to {$1600.00} due to me being a " risk. '' I was a little upset by this, but they let me know I could call to have it raised in a 6 month span. During all of this time I had never missed a payment on my credit card and other then the student loan issue had not blemishes on my record for unpaid bills. As of XX/XX/XXXX when I had last used the card they ran another report which showed my credit limit was very different from multiple other credit agencies. They did not notify me until XX/XX/2019 that my account was closed in XX/XX/XXXX. Due to this I was unable to redeem the 90,000+ points I had saved up which in their system every XXXX points is ~ {$1.00}. When I called their support their reasoning was that I am to much of a risk to leave it open and there is nothing they can do. I re-ran my credit score and it had went up. They said there is no way for me to reopen the card or redeem the points. Even after speaking to a supervisor they said that I would have to reapply in 6 months. I let them know I would be closing my checking account that I had also had with them for almost 10 years to make sure the bank nearest to me was ready for me close my account. Not understanding at all she said she would file a complaint on my behalf.

However, I received suspicious failed login attempts which have been verified to my XXXX account ( three times ) documented and shortly thereafter emails from Huntington stating ( SCHEDULED ) - Transfer Details Item # : XXXX Amount : {$250000.00}, From : Huntington Relationship Money Market xxxxxxxxxxx To : XXXX XXXX XXXX, Savings xxxxxxxxxxxx, Service : Three Business Day - OutBound, we received your request on XX/XX/2019. You should expect to see the funds in the destination account within 3 business days. The timing can vary, however, depending on the institution. If there is a problem with executing your request, we will notify you both by email and on the Bank-to-Bank Transfer Funds tab. Then, another email roughly 12 hours later states : we have temporarily suspended your XXXX XXXX XXXX, Savings account for the Bank-to-Bank Transfer service. Please contact us at XXXX ( XXXX ) to re-activate your suspended account. Email ID : XXXX. This is regarding your transaction request referenced below : Transfer Details, Item # : XXXX, Amount : {$250000.00} From : Huntington Relationship Money Market xxxxxxxxxxx, To : XXXX XXXX XXXX, Savings xxxxxxxxxxxx, we were unable to complete your transaction ; therefore, the funds have been returned to your Huntington Relationship Money Market xxxxxxxxxxx account. Please expect to see the funds in the account within the next 3 business days.Email ID : XXXX Huntington National Bank was personally called and I spoke with XXXX - HUNTINGTON EMPLOYEE ON XX/XX/2019 WHO IN REMARKS TO OUR CONVERSATION REFERENCE ID NUMBER TO NOTATIONAL POINTS ON ACCOUNT PER XXXX : XXXX XX/XX/2019 RECORDED CONVERSATION. FEDERAL RESERVE INVALID ACCOUNT HOLDER. There way to re-activate the suspension other than per XXXX voluntarily going into a Huntington Branch with a XXXX statement in hand to show that the account belongs to me, more so over, XXXX stated that I could not make any Bank-to-Bank transfers from any other account I have linked from the MMA account, period and there was nothing I could do about this. Huntington National Bank has violated my consumer rights and banking agreements set forth in the account by restricting myself to be able to move or transfer funds and essentially attempting to own said funds by freezing them and not paying me interest. XXXX stated that the Federal Reserve sent a message to Huntington National Bank that states only Invalid Account Holder. There is no other information he could or was willing to provide or evidence. I informed XXXX there is absolutely no reason why there would be any discrepancy because any prior transactions were approved between these banks before without issue too include the confirmation of adding the bank account for bank-to-bank eligiblity for verification. The account was not listed prior to the transfer as suspended or anything as such. In this instance, Huntington wrongfully suspended my account and the transfer is improperly being held by Huntington in which I believe in criminal error and a way to retain a scheme to hold the funds without paying the 2.27 % rate on the account. Because they have done this and are holding the funds then I will be due interest from the time it has been idled PLUS INCURRED DAMAGES OF ONE MORE MONTH OF INTEREST AUTOMATICALLY added into my account at the the full amount of funds held in the MMA prior to the bank-to-bank transfer on XX/XX/2019. The damages are result of not having access to my funds. The Annual Percentage Yield Earned of 2.27 % on the account is earned for that period requesting additional month as well as a courtesy for this error. Also, Huntington National Bank must provide evidence for validation displaying that there actually states INVALID ACCOUNT HOLDER from the US Federal Reserve and all laws under this regulation they have abided to in this matter which allows Huntington Bank to hold into said funds in a continuous pending status In Process in which I have uploaded Huntington Terms of Transfer Statuses Processing - The status Processing will show once the transfer has been released for processing, whereas per the supposed Federal Reserve of INVALID ACCOUNT HOLDER another term would be applied, in another words the transfer is still processing. In this instance it appears that Huntington National Bank has cuddled the funds for their own financial gain unless they can demonstrate fully otherwise. It was confirmed with XXXX XXXX XXXX that there should not be any discrepancies to any extent that would impede this transfer. A Huntington employee may have acted fraudulently. Due to the discrepancies, it can be assumed that Huntington National Bank has potentially commingled funds and as a result of all prior issues resolved into misled advertisements and account guarantees which have been validated then all matters to report to all federal, state and local regulatory authorities. If Huntington National Fails to provide actual transcript copy of message ( s ) from the Federal Reserve then it can be conferred they acted in criminal behavior recklessly under Racketeering.

Complaint: It has currently been over 3 months since I paid off the auto loan on XX/XX/XXXX and have not received the title of the vehicle. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted Huntington to get a status update on when I will receive the title and was told Huntington had no information on it. According to The Huntington National Bank , the company claims they identified that the amount of income disclosed on the application may have been entered incorrectly when Huntington received the credit application and contacted the dealership to retrieve the corrected income amount and approved and funded my request for financing with the updated information. On XX/XX/XXXX, I decided to call Huntington to see what they receive on the credit application as my income and ended up speaking with the underwriter that approved and finalized the deal. Underwriter claims it was submitted as $ XXXX monthly income, but knew the loan would not get approved so underwriter confidently assumed it was an error and added an extra zero to the end without contacting the dealership to verify which is fraud. The Huntington National Bank said the company would not do anything while another bank have decided to remove the credit inquiries as a courtesy to me and in light of the clerical error by the dealer.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I went to Huntington Bank in XXXX to open up account that would pay {$200.00} if you made a deposit of {$10000.00} and maintained for 60 days. The lady opening account open the account that I did not ask for. She closed that account and open the account that will pay me the {$200.00} but forgot to put in the promotional code XXXX. The promotion stated {$10000.00} cumulative deposits have to be done within 60 days I deposit {$25000.00}. I've talked to a XXXX XXXX on several occasions and he told me someone is investigating. This was a problem created by the bank but the bank will not correct the problem.
