Attempts to collect debt not owed

Debt collection: Medical debt

Debt was paid
Complaint: After reviewing my credit profile on XX/XX/2019 I identified a discrepancy with accounts listed under ARS Account Resolution. I requested a validation on XX/XX/2019 as there were multiple accounts listed that I did not recognize as I have always had insurance/Medicaid that fully covers my medical and the accounts are not under my complete legal name. On XX/XX/2019 I reviewed my credit profile again as ARS Account Resolution had not responded but the account was reflected as disputed. Therefore a 2nd validation request for the account was sent out on XX/XX/2019. Credit report was reviewed again on XX/XX/2019 and the accounts are still reflecting on my report and I do not believe the accounts belong to me nor that the creditor has authorization to legally access my medical records and to attempt to collect on these accounts and these accounts continue to negatively affect me. Please strike and remove these accounts from all 3 credit bureaus until adequate validation has been received proving that these account belong to me and that all information including my legal name are correct.

Written notification about debt

Debt collection: Medical debt

Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Complaint: Hello I am having an issue with a series of multiple medical collections being reported against my consumer credit files by a company that refuses to process my disputes. They have yet to verify anything, even though I have asked them for the better part of 1 year. These accounts are reflected against XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and are stamped as " meets FCRA requirements '' but none do as none have been documented to me. I contend that they are not mine and the company reporting them has failed to investigate the matter as directed by myself in compliance with my rights under FDCPA/FCRA. I have been given the run around for a long time and am asking for mediation by this federal agency in addressing this matter.

Debt collection: Medical debt

Complaint: Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group ( HRRG ). An agency claiming to be a Medical bill collection agency, are in fact a complete fraud and are stealing money. They have harassed me for months now. They are part of fraudulent entities within the continental United States acting as legitimate bill collectors, where they have harvested information from health providers. They collect the private user data and then use a company to produce mass mailers to collect the money In XX/XX/XXXX, I had a hospital bill that was paid ( late ) but directly to the Hospital. I started receiving letters and call from HRRG in XX/XX/XXXX. The latest letter being dated XX/XX/XXXX and a phone call 3 or 4 times a day since XXXX of XXXX. A simple XXXX search of this company will verify that they are a fraud. HRRG XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXl XXXX, FL XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX With a mailing address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX

Account information incorrect
Complaint: I recently learned about important credit is and so I decided a few months ago to pull my credit report for the first time and as I did that I fount a collection on my account from XXXX XXXX XXXX. it is a medical bill that I never have heard of these people and I also have never been with insurance. I have had XXXX since I was XXXX years old and I am now XXXX. There is no way that this bill can be legit with me haven for one no acknowledgement of it and also it reporting that I would of owed something for the simple fact that I have had insurance my whole adulthood. I have many many times disputes this account I have kept getting the verified status back but never received a single paper of how this account was verified I even called this company and stated to them as what I wrote before and they were unwilling to help me or take my insurance number or my information to actually VERIFY THAT if this WAS MY ACCOUNT it would have been paid by my insurance. Ive sent my ftc report Ive sent proof my insurance I have sent everything needed to prove myself and havent got anything back to show me proof of there verification but state this is my account and hasnt even tried billing insurance or sent them a bill. I called my insurance couple and they stated I have had no lapse in my insurance and I know this because I XXXX my son in 2012 and I had insurance whole 2012 so I decided to give XXXX XXXX a call back and again was unwilling to help me and my insurance stated to me give them my insurance billing number and tell them I had insurance If this is my account they need to send caresource a bill as if this was legit mine that they would have paid it and this company XXXX XXXX was unwilling to help me at all and by all means this is violation of my rights to keep reporting this inaccurate information on my credit report that shows it is reporting different information on each credit report and that I have no acknowledgment of this account for fact I have had insurance and my insurance states they didnt bill them nothing and this company wouldnt take my insurance billing information and send it off to them and this needs to be deleted now

Attempts to collect debt not owed

Debt collection: Medical debt

Debt is not yours
Complaint: I received a letter from Healthcare Recovery Group ( HRRG ) dated XX/XX/2019 stating that they're collecting the debt of a balance of {$1100.00} owed. Now, I didn't receive the letter until XX/XX/2019 so after reading the letter I immediately wrote a debt dispute letter. I mailed the debt dispute letter certified XX/XX/2019 and they picked it up XX/XX/2019 and part of the letter I wrote I goes like this " I would also like to request, in writing, that no telephone contact be made by your offices to my home or to my place of employment. If your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer generated calls and calls or correspondence sent to or with any third parties, it will be considered harassment and I will have no choice but to file suit. All future communications with me MUST be done in writing and sent to the address noted in this letter by USPS. '' From them receiving my letter on XX/XX/2019 on up until XX/XX/2019 I am still receiving phone calls everyday multiple times a day and yet still no validation. From my understanding, by law they're supposed to stop all debt collecting activities once a dispute is in place until it's validated or it will be considered harassment.

Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I disputed the ARS Account Resolutions account # XXXX with all 3 bureaus. ARS Account Resolution verified that this account was being reported 100 % legally and accurately. I know that this isn't true. So I sent a letter to ARS Account Resolutions via certified mail ( tracking XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) requesting proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature and complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity amongst other things. It has been past 30 days since the letter was delivered to ARS Account Resolutions. They have failed to provide me proof that this debt is valid. They have not removed the account from my credit reports. They are in violation of the FDCPA.
