Complaint: I had an account with XXXX like five years ago, I actually did nothing wrong whatsoever and of course there was no abuse I never abused any checking account with any institution and of course not with an account i had open maybe like three months. I had someone working for me in the an other state I was trying to sent her via ACH like XXXX since this was a fairly new account instead of adding i was debiting her account which i adjusted immediately when I was made aware of the error at that point someone of the bank called me and was trying to scare me of and all that he was threatening me with all he could. to make a long story short they reported me to the Chex systems so I cant open a new account now cause of this issue please help me to get my records straight. Complaint: I have contacted ChexSystems several times about removing a bad address that belongs to someone else from my ChexSystems banking/credit report. ChexSystems keep telling me that the disputed address was provided by me. I have no record of this. At any rate, ChexSystems has my current and correct address on file ; there is no need for them to keep an additional erroneous address in my file. This put me in jeopardy of identity theft. I would like ChexSystem to remove the erroneous address. Thank you.

Complaint: Good-afternoon, I am submitting a complaint on Chex-systems because on or about XX/XX/XXXX I requested a Chex-systems report online because of an identity theft issue that I have. I reviewed my report and found a fraudulent account that was established in my name for the sole purpose to apply for a credit card in my name with XXXX XXXX, because if you are not an existing customer they require for you to apply in person. The identity thieves established this account and the account went in to charge off status once they used the credit card and deposits were never made to the account. There were also a list of fraudulent inquiries with several institutions they are as follows XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The last time that I applied for a checking account was with XXXX XXXX XXXX which they have been my bank since the merger of XXXX. I sent in a fax to Chex-systems with XXXX different police reports that were filed on separate months because of the continued theft against my personal information. I have had a lot of frustrations with this issue as it has been my responsibility in contacting each institution and notifying them of the theft. I am filing this complaint and attaching a copy of what was sent to chex-systems by fax, in hopes of clearing my name from any negative reporting and inquiries that have resulted from the fraud that has been committed against me. My file should be reporting free of any charge offs and no inquiries against my report as i have not applied for a checking account since XX/XX/XXXX.

Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/2015 I attempted to open up a XXXX XXXX XXXX account, so that I may close my XXXX XXXX XXXX account. While in an attempt to open this account I was denied by XXXX XXXX and sent an email stating I needed to reach out to CheckSystem in order to find out why I was declined. The first time I called I was given no information even after I provided my:1.SSN2. Address for the last 5 years3. Telephone NumberI was actually hung up on. I received my report on XXXX/XXXX/2015 and it is full of inaccuracies. I called ChecSystems back today XXXX/XXXX/2015 with no luck. My intention in calling was to find out 1. what information was used against me in my attempt to open a checking account with XXXX XXXX ( As stated in my Summary of Rights Under the FFCR Act ) and 2. To fix the inaccuracies listed in my report. upon calling the women that I spoke to collected information from me for approximately XXXX minutes and the result was : Sorry we could not find any information about XXXX XXXX. Further more when I asked the agent what negative marks on my fail may have resulted in my getting declined she stated " ChexSytems only provides reporting information to bank agencies, we can not provide you any further information '' This is frustrating because I have had XXXX for 9 years and I do n't know why I would n't be able to transfer banks. Also there are several inaccuracies on my report and the agent could not assist me with this either.

Complaint: I called ChexSystems Security Freeze Dept on XXXX/XXXX/15. The CSR told me that she could n't help me because I had lost my PIN. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me no one there and would n't be in until Monday. She then hung up on me and so I called back and the same CSR answered the phone. I asked for her name and would n't give it to me. She hung up again and so I called back. this time she picked up the phone and just muted the line. While still on the line, I called from a different phone in the house and the CSR picked up.

I have been trying to open up an account for an auto loan that was approved but the requirements of the loan is for me to open up membership and There is a Fraudulent Checking account that was established in my name with XXXX in which they are reporting a charge off account. I had a police report filed for some other fraudulent accounts that were established in my name. I sent it in to chex-systems and they said they were not going to use my police report because the XXXX Account was not included in the police report. I have filed a new police report with XXXX XXXX XXXX Sheriff and have specifically included the XXXX account that is fraudulent. I need this account to be blocked and removed immediately from my file. This has already token way to long and I have not been able to obtain my car loan because of Chex-systems lack of trying to help me remove this fraudulent information from my Chex-systems file.

I contacted their office in XX/XX/XXXX via the telephone, XX/XX/XXXX by mail, XX/XX/XXXX by phone, XX/XX/XXXX by phone and XX/XX/XXXX by telephone to no avail. The identified the debt as XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I do not have any responsibility for the debt they are trying to collect. I have contacted the XXXX and was told I have {$0.00} outstanding items with them and confirmed with my bank that there were {$0.00} overdraft/NSF charges in XXXX. I attached bank statements showing the amount charged cleared the bank. I contacted their office and spoke to a manager after I was hung up on XXXX times. She claimed I had XXXX outstanding claims with their office. I requested in writing on XXXX XXXX : This is NOT a request for " verification '' or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above named Title and Section. I respectfully request that your office provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. This is including proof of the initial debt, my authorization to collect the initial debt, proof of your license into collect in the state of XXXX and XXXX. I received a response to my letter dated XX/XX/XXXX saying they are unable to provide a copy of the check because it was an electronic. They also indicated that it was dishonored by my banking institution which is not the case. I provided my bank statements and match the amounts in question.

Complaint: HelloI have been turned down for XXXX business bank accounts. the banks have told me that it is because of negative info on chexsytems. So i went to the chexsystem website. ( no complaints or info can be had via the site or telephone. its said i had to request a copy of my report via Mail. so i submitted my info and personal address to this company. the site syas i will get a copy in the mail in 5 business days. so after 7 days still no report. i requested again. its been now 7 6 more days and till no report. i also called the phone number yet still no report. they have no way to reach a live person. Now I have not had a bank account since 2007 this was payed as agreed and closed. I cant open my business. I want all info removed and the delay of information fro them is inexcusable. I am hoping this organization can help me asap to clear my report that they state is only going 5 years back and i am past the point of being nice i should have had that report almost 2 weeks ago. the delay in banking has cost me over XXXX in lost earningsplease make them clear my name I have tried to upload a rejection letter from a bank but system wont allow I can forward via email if need be

They established several loans in my name and opened several checking accounts with credit unions and banks in order to withdraw funds from loans obtained fraudulently. I sent chexsystems via fax a copy of the police report that i had amended including XXXX checking accounts that were reporting in my name in their system. I had received an updated copy of my Chexsystems report showing the accounts removed. But later got an updated report showing the XXXX fraudulent checking accounts with XXXX and with XXXX Bank. This has been an ongoing issue in trying to get my name cleared. I should have nothing negative reporting on my file and only XXXX inquiry that belongs to me from XXXX.
