Complaint: I am complaining against chexsystems today because I am having issues with Idenity theft. I have ordered my chez-systems on several occasions and just received it on XXXX XXXX. I called the number listed and I am being helped by some type of outsourced employees who are of no help at all with the issue I am dealing at hand. I am having a big problem with Identity theft to the point where I have gone to social security requesting to change me social security number because this has been an ongoing deal. There are several fraudulent attempted account openings in my name where it has left me with fraudulent inquiries on my report. I refiled another police report with the XXXX XXXX Sherrifs department and I have tried to get some help from Chex-systems in getting these removed but the incompetent employees answering the phone in chex-systems is not helping me. Complaint: Hello everything was not cleared and this is another complaint. I had mentioned in the complaint before to clear it with the bank of the debt I owed, and the bank did there job and when I went to open an account after being told it was clear from the Chex Systems credit. It has not been cleared, I need to open an account for my job it is required and I am unable to due to the fact Chex Systems has n't cleared it and I am being told to many things for something not to have been handled by now.

Complaint: I think I disputed account but not 100 % sure. I do know that I never received any communication from collection agency ( certigy ). I did receive communictions from a different collection agency asking for payment on XXXX returned checks from XXXX which I paid XXXX 2013. Certegy is reporting that the account is open and that I have XXXX late pays. Certigy should be reporting acct closed and no late pays. I never set up any payment plan with Certigy or first collection agency that was assigned my account. I also requested validation and received no response.
